Ok, time for the 3rd summer sale apparently! Tons of games in this one.. like 1300+ games, apps, and dlcs.. And a few crazy good bundles. There are some games or deals that I will mark with *** *** to bring special attention to.. either a great deal, or a great game that is highly recommended.
I'm not affiliated with any of the games, developers, or publishers for any of my recommendations on this list.. Yes, I talk to many of them, but a game will not appear in my list if I do not personally like it.
As always.. Feel free to comment, discuss, agree, disagree, or recommend something I may have left off. If you have questions, feel free to ask!
Action Hero https://queststoredb.com/game/action-hero-7021123758002222 $4.99 This is basically just a prettier version of Super Hot. If you like Super Hot, then you will like this one. Lowest price it has been.
Airspace Defender https://queststoredb.com/game/airspace-defender-7523170214434197/ $6.99 its an amped up Missile Command on crack! Love this one. Look for the new bundle with Banners and Bastions just a little below..
Alien Rogue Incursion https://queststoredb.com/game/alien-rogue-incursion-24882487241367228 $9.99 is a no brainer. Its not as scary as Alien Isolation, but it’s a great action game if you are a fan of the series. This is 75% off.. and its very well done. fan
Among Giants https://queststoredb.com/game/among-giants-25060508500262559/ $11.99 Dont let the low poly graphics fool you. This is "Among" the best games to be released this year and will probably be in quite a few "top 10s of 2026" lists in December. If you want a huge open world, give it a shot.. If its not your thing, then you know you can refund it. It has very positive ratings, but some cannot get over the graphics.. but others just fall in love with it.
Apex Construct https://queststoredb.com/game/apex-construct-2096570290365140/ its .99 cents .. Its a decent, but older bow and arrow game.
*** *** Arizona Sunshine (whoops someone f###ed up) Bundle *** *** https://queststoredb.com/bundle/freddys-bundle-1170744047470881/ $8.99 Seriously, this is Arizona Sunshine Remake AND Arizona Sunshine 2 for $8.99 ... Do not pass on this one! Not sure if intentional or not, but take advantage of someone's f### up.. (Yes, I'm censoring myself since these posts get like 80,000 views.. I gotta stay classy and not say Fuck)
*** *** Arken Age https://queststoredb.com/game/arken-age-29923535407244981/ $17.99 This was my Game of the Year for 2025 and I played like 150+ games last year. Love this one. 14 hour campaign.. Get it! Very replayable since it has New Game+ mode..
Banners and Bastions https://queststoredb.com/game/banners-bastions-8387152738076399 $6.99 A great little strategy game. Very addictive. Place your troops, kill the enemies and prepare for the next wave.
BannerSpace Defender Bundle .. As mentioned above, this is Airspace Defender and Banners and Bastions bundled together for 44% off.. Only $10.99 for both games. https://queststoredb.com/bundle/tabletop-warfare-bundle-1726701938719692/ Bounce Arcade https://queststoredb.com/game/bounce-arcade-6641604619291459/ the first of the "buy it cause its a buck" games on the list. Only .99 cents.. You are inside a pinball machine, your hands are the flippers .. basically..
Bulletstorm https://queststoredb.com/game/bulletstorm-vr-6565887093433499 $8.99 Yeah.. upon release this game was a broken mess, but the devs totally fixed it and its really fun now. Don't be put off by the 4.1 rating.. it got down to like 3.4 or so while it was broken, and has made its way back up. Chaotic fun! Lowest price.. 70% off
Catjinni Survivors https://queststoredb.com/game/catjinni-survivors-9319040004779451/ $7.99 Ok.. some of you guys got me hooked on Vampire Survivors, and now I have gotten hooked on Catjinni .. is it goofy? yes.. but if you like Vampire Survivors, you will probably like this one too.. especially if you are a cat person.
Centipede VR https://queststoredb.com/game/centipede-vr-26292894803687512/ $19.99 First time for this one on the list.. and to be honest, I've sat here debating whether it goes on here or not. There were issues with it when it released, those have been addressed and improved. I wish the discount was a little better. This is NOT an easy game, but most of you guys who know me also know I love a good challenge.. It was too hard on release due to ammo shortage, its better now, but you still have to play smart.
Cities VR https://queststoredb.com/game/cities-vr-4046879905345967/ $2.99 While not as good as the PC game, this one is not bad at all for $3.00 .. that is 85% off and the lowest its been.
Coastermania https://queststoredb.com/game/coastermania-7856648691073700/ $10.99 This one is in my list every time, but now there is a NEW reason! Ok, so basically what I always say.. Design a coaster in mixed reality and watch it go around your room.. then go to VR mode and ride it yourself! Ok.. Now the crazy dev has done one of the coolest things ever! Turn on the game, and scan your room, do a good job and take your time.. When the scan is done, give it some time to do some background shit.. Design your coaster while you wait.. Then, when its done you can shrink down and ride it through your damn room! Its freaking cool as hell being the size of a mouse in your room and your real furniture is huuuuge as you go by it! If you couldn't tell, I love it!
Crashland https://queststoredb.com/game/crashland-1884760688319818/ $14.99 ...out of the 700+ games I own, this will always be in my top 10. Hardest game in VR. You have been warned. Recently updated with a full 2nd campaign as well.
Dark Trip https://queststoredb.com/game/dark-trip-27793698076945636/ $4.99 Ah yes.. Dark Trip. an edgy, adult oriented escape room type game where you must consume pills (that are totally NOT drugs.. mmmkay) and you will hallucinate and see the rooms "differently" .. joking aside, I love this game. Its weird as hell. See if you can find the Penguin Easter Egg!
Dart Racer https://queststoredb.com/game/dart-racer-6918614874833696/ $6.99 now this is pod racing! There are several pod racing type games out there, including the officially licensed one , and yet this one is the best out of all of them.
Dawn of Jets https://queststoredb.com/game/dawn-of-jets-3677727965681410/ $19.99 while not the greatest discount for sure, its probably the best flight sim in on Quest.. pretty much better than all the Warplanes games combined.
Dungeons of Eternity https://queststoredb.com/game/dungeons-of-eternity-6341779295861881 $19.99 Multiplayer dungeon crawler. One of the best games on Quest.
Eye of the Temple https://queststoredb.com/game/eye-of-the-temple-5361030930653377 $12.99 nothing else like it in VR.. you MUST have the required space to play it though! 6' X 6' (not sure what that equals in heathen units lol ).. You feel like Indiana Jones, and you walk in real life to play. May cause "woozyness"..
*** Forefront *** https://queststoredb.com/game/forefront-28816918137899319/ $19.99 Ok, so this is basically Battlefield in VR. If you know Battlefield, then you know what to expect. If you like multiplayer shooters, and you are not already playing this, then you are truly missing out on an extraordinary game. 16 vs 16 battles with different classes, vehicles and somewhat destructible environments. This game will take over your life.
Ghost Signal : a Stellaris Game https://queststoredb.com/game/ghost-signal-a-stellaris-game-4302631119827554/ $1.99.. a total steal for this price. Control your ship , shoot the bad guys, mine for resources.. it’s a steal for $1.99
Green Hell https://queststoredb.com/game/green-hell-vr-3815577785147028 $8.99 a very hardcore survival game set in the jungle. Looks beautiful.. till you get leaches on your arm.. or worse! Even though it has been out for awhile, they are still dropping updates here and there.
Haymaker https://queststoredb.com/game/haymaker-27755215420792039/ $12.99 First appearance for Haymaker on my list, and there was no hesitation for this one! The dev is really making a great one here. It is early access, but its already fun! Over 1000 ratings already, and I bet most of you have not heard of it. Its a fighting game with a ton of actual moves to pull off! Its brutal and bloody.. Break bones, snap necks, use weapons, block, kick, throw and use the environment to destroy your opponents! With enemy adaptive AI, the enemies are unpredictable!
Hellsweeper https://queststoredb.com/game/hellsweeper-vr-3589244014451286 $7.99 one of my all time favorite games. Rogue like demon killing game.. extreme movement mechanics though. Not for people with weak VR legs. This is the lowest price it has ever been. Sure it does not look as great as the PCVR version, but you will be too busy jumping, flipping and killing things to care. Lots of weapons, magic, and crazy hidden mechanics to entertain you for a long time.
Hide The Corpse - Mansion Edition .. Another cracked out bundle. https://queststoredb.com/bundle/hide-the-corpse-mansion-expansion-edition-567247812623153/ This includes the base game plus the usually $3.99 DLC for only $7.99.. Yet the base game by itself is $8.99.. Because math is hard I guess. What is it about? You just killed a big guy.. You must dispose of or hide the body, get rid of evidence, and all traces anything went down.. Oh, and the cops will be there in 4 minutes ... GO!
Hubris https://queststoredb.com/game/hubris-5722114367801351/ $5.99 kind of a typical sci fi game, however it has amazing graphics for a standalone headset. Decent size campaign! Lowest price it has been.
Into Black https://queststoredb.com/game/into-black-5289374691122516/ $11.99 Explore an alien planet by yourself or with friends.. one of the top games for 2024. Seriously a great game.. long campaign and beautiful environments.
*** Into the Radius *** https://queststoredb.com/game/into-the-radius-5817243991680545/ $16.99 another must own. Hours upon hours of play time.. And quite terrifying too. This is the lowest price it has been.
Into The Radius 2 https://queststoredb.com/game/into-the-radius-2-6605328856182465/ $27.99 This one has been in early access since May of 2025, but that is getting ready to change! On August 27th, we are getting the Full Release with the story, campaign, and tons of other stuff! Buy it now, before it goes up to $39.99
Iron Guard Complete Bundle $16.99 https://queststoredb.com/bundle/iron-guard-complete-bundle-1118756800321869/ the 2 best tower defense games on Quest for one low price!
Laser Dance https://queststoredb.com/game/laser-dance-7209598115800315/ $7.99 the unexpected hit at my Christmas party last year! There are a lot of "avoid the lasers like Tom Cruise" games out there, but this is the best!

Yes it is a zombie game, but its also one of the best ones on Quest. Short but very intense game.. it is quite gory too.. and a few jump scares.. . lowest price ever!
Realm Craft https://queststoredb.com/game/realmcraft-5355683574480106/ $9.99 Normally I will only recommend games that I myself have played, however with this one, I am taking my grandson’s word on it. He says it’s the best Minecraft clone out there. They also keep adding to this one.. so its only getting better. Actually, I have played it now.. and I have no idea wtf I am doing.. but its pretty fun!
Red Matter 1 and 2 https://queststoredb.com/game/red-matter-2180753588712484/ https://queststoredb.com/game/red-matter-2-3682089508520212/ $12.99 and $15.99 best looking games on Quest. Absolute S tier... a couple of must owns for any VR gamer.

This is BioShock Infinite running natively on the Quest itself, with multiple layers removed to make VR mode possible.
There’s still a lot that needs to be fixed, but this has come a long way!
Refined flat mode: https://horizon.meta.com/shares/A07jSb8derPSBzJcpba6NeY55PcRFJ
1-hour flat mode test (unrefined shadows and clothing): https://horizon.meta.com/shares/xdIUFQrBKpQCoasKrBYrZwLFZwrMgP
VR mode: https://horizon.meta.com/shares/0vJ4AMsUjxMs5AjfY0VqoYGxXavPpV
Things I’m adding
Better currency scaling: Exploring off the beaten path should feel more rewarding.
Legendaries: Why are all the weapons normal? There should be rewards for experimentation and the choices you make.
Weapon wheel: The weapon wheel from BioShock 1 and 2 is being added back.
Gun perks and skills: More ways to customize your playstyle.
Two additional gear slots: One for weapons and one for the Sky-Hook. These will be integrated with the rest of the clothing and gear system.
Gameplay is still being refined
Here’s an example of what I’m working on:
In the area before Monument Island, you encounter Comstock, who orders every soldier to bow, and they begin praying. If you kill all of those soldiers, they’ll drop a legendary item referencing a moment in history(star wars), similar to the red-text weapons in Borderlands.
The goal is to reward exploration, experimentation, and player actions with unique loot and references that make the world more interesting.
Why I'm adding loot because for all the constant and variables a lot of variables don't seem to be shown
Last update for this week on that end
Now, the most important part and my biggest project is creating a kind of whitespace environment where AI can automatically process, analyze, and optimize everything.
For all intents and purposes, the goal is to find the best-performing format available while producing identical results in terms of visual quality and functionality. When it comes to CPU and GPU performance, this would be the equivalent of determining whether 5 × 2 is faster than 5 + 5, but on a microscopic scale.
The system would take all existing versions of the code, create byte-by-byte replicas, and test each variation to determine which performs best specifically on the Meta Quest 3, running independently through SideQuest.
The AI would run benchmarks overnight, continuously testing even the smallest details, including individual operations, textures, rendering methods, and CPU/GPU workloads. Textures and other assets would be replaced with alternative versions that produce exactly the same visual results and behave identically, but are configured to run more efficiently on the CPU, GPU, or a combination of both.
The system would automatically compare these variations, measure their performance, and identify the most efficient configurations without compromising visual fidelity or functionality.
Essentially, this would be a highly detailed, automated optimization and stress-testing system. However, rather than simply testing how much the hardware can handle, it would focus on finding the absolute best-performing configuration at the smallest possible scale.
I believe the term for this approach would be min-max testing, or something similar, where the system continuously tests, compares, and refines every possible variable to maximize performance and minimize resource usage. This would also apply to merging certain things together which a human might not be able to do or can but tedious that an ai would and would perfect it would byte replication
This is for all intense and purposes would be like native ultra even the file themselves become native if you understand me
The goal is for this to get me 36fps perfection on all ultra settings no fuzziness period ie anti-aliasing the edge wouldn't be required in vr mode

It's still a very early build of RDR1 on Standalone VR by Get_Rich, it's not very ready yet still buggy. If you want you can test it here
And yes I know that's not how you reload a colt, but this is how John does it in RDR1. In RDR2 it's more accurate

I just had to make it myself.
I’ve been working in VR since 2018, and I always wanted a Minecraft-like game that fully embraces the interactivity of VR.
I enjoy Bonelab, and I worked on Holoception, so I wanted to bring some of that physicality into a multiplayer survival game.
Back when Minecraft still had VR, the 1 m blocks always felt a bit uncomfortable to me, so I went for 10 cm blocks. Getting that to work with procedural generation, multiplayer and the performance limits of the Quest took me a long time.
I’m a 90s kid, so you’ll find a few references from my childhood in there too.
Yesterday I could finally release it on Quest in Early Access. A little sleep-deprived, but so happy I can finally share it.
One of the best things for me: my daughter now wants to see it every day. She loves looking around the world and getting fed apples and raspberries by me. (You can hear her in the trailer.)
I hope you enjoy playing it as much as I enjoyed making it. Very open to feedback and suggestions.

Hi everyone, I'm excited to share the next evolution of my VR gamestream client Nightfall.
For those of you who do not recall, Nightfall is a VR first gamestream client developed primarily for the Quest 2/3/3s. What's special about it is that it does 2d-to-3d conversion on the headset, allowing you to watch 2d media and games in 3d.
Doing depthmap inference on the Quest is quite taxing on the hardware and it comes with a lot of limitations in order to get it to work at an exceptable level.
The obvious and easiest solution would be to move the processing to the host, however this means changing the code for Sunshine, Apollo, Vibepollo etc. etc. and every host under the sun. The amount of forks makes it difficult to really unlock the possibilities of what can be done.
So I have made Meteor - a small unintrusive app that you install next to your chosen gamestream host. It doesn't do anything too special right now, it acts as a proxy, takes the frames and create depthmaps out of them, on the fly. The Nightfall client automatically detects that Meteor is available and would use it for inference. This allows doing depthmaps at 120fps (or more...) and using much more powerful models.
At this time I have only added Video Depth Anything, as this is really fantastic for stability as well as image quality, but I will be investigating many more models.
This isn't too unsimilar to other host based realtime 3d services, but I think for flexibility and ease of use, I think it will be hard to beat.
This also opens the door to add more host based enhancements that would be extremely difficult to get matching changes into every host, so stay tuned.
This is a big update, and it's packed full of fixes and improvements. You can visit the release page for more info, but here is a summary.
Some caveats: - I honestly wouldn't use Pyrowave on the headset, since it's GPU intensive and takes away from Passthrough and AI 3d, but I can see a use for it by going the USB/Passthrough off/Meteor route, depending what you are doing with it. - Hand tracking is useable in order to get you into a stream/game, but I wouldn't really use it to try navigate a desktop.
Would really love people to try it out and give feedback, thanks for reading!

PS. If you are feeling extra spicy, keep an eye out for (buggy)pre-release versions. The current dev version introduces a BROWSER. This means you can use Nightfall without a computer, watch youtube with the 3d effect, or even play XBox Gamepass! It's functional, but still in development!

I’m hooked on **Lane Rider: Highway Runner** on Meta Quest. It packs taxi-style missions, OutRun-inspired racing, and fire-truck and ambulance jobs- and more into one game. Earn money to buy and upgrade cars, then race against the clock, weaving inand out of traffic and chasing better times. There are immersive, stick, and left-handed controls, too.
It’s from the team behind **Warplanes** and **Shoguns Empire**, who squeeze out decent graphics and easy to pick up-hard to master game play for quest headsets (i'm a fan) and I played this until my Quest battery died the first time I’ve done that since **Neodori Infinity**. If you’re into arcade driving, give it a look: https://www.meta.com/experiences/lane-rider-highway-runner/6490120717730839/
it costs about $20 / £16 but if yu use code **GTVR** at checkout you'll get 10% off. FYI I’m not affiliated with Gamertag VR or HNG; I just want to support the developers :). This will tide anyone over who might be waiting for: https://www.meta.com/en-gb/experiences/shuto-street-racer/32662762526670911/

The first half to the video is sped up, so it's not as tedious to watch.
Here's the app store page for Flight Unlimited:

Hi, VR friends, having tested VR events or actions from watching movies straight for hours to playing heavy 3D games straight for hours until the battery is at zero (the brightness at 67%), Wifi on, why is the simingly simple web browsing the most battery draining even with the brightness at the lowest and Bluetooth off.
Who knew the web browsing, be in Passthrough, fullscreen or not, or in the Home Environment (does not use Passthrough) be it in fullscreen or not as well, seems to drain the battery the most so much so that it will never be charged at 100% while it's plugged in, while you browse.
What could be explanation.
Thanks
God bless the VR Masterace.

Hey everyone!
I've been working on my first VR game called KEEP HOLDING, and I wanted to share it with the community!
It's a VR climbing game where you get to experience some pretty crazy heights and environments. Right now, there are 3 different levels:
I also added multiplayer so you can climb with a friend, help each other out, or just mess around together 😂
It's currently $4.99 on the Meta Quest Store. I'm planning to keep improving it and adding more content based on feedback. Launch trailer below.

I'm a solo developer, so this has been a pretty fun learning experience. I'd genuinely love for some of you to try it out and hear what you think, even if it's criticism. I want to make the game better!
Here's the link if anyone wants to check it out:

Thanks everyone! Really appreciate any support.

I have the Quest 2 VR headset and msfs 2020. I have run it through link and through steam vr. I run it through a usb c cable which is plugged into a 3.0. My controllers work fine in the desktop mode until i enter msfs, then the dont work nor do they show up at all. In the controller settings i only find "Pointer" with no categories or controlles listed to change. OpenXR runtime is set and the interaction mode is set to Lock. Can someone please help

Hey, I work on Real VR Fishing for Quest.
Last holiday we threw in a mixed reality mode as kind of a test, not really expecting much. People ended up liking it a lot more than we thought, so we decided to make it a permanent feature.
While we were at it, we added room scanning. You scan your room and pick which parts become the fishing spot, and everything else stays as your real room. So you can leave your TV visible with the game on and fish in the rest of the space. Honestly that’s how a lot of us play anyway lol.
It’s in the base game, so if you’re on Horizon+ you can just jump in and try it.
Curious what you guys think, or what else you’d want to keep visible while fishing.

It's been a major fear of mine for a while, and it RREAALLYYY makes me nervous to stream. Any way to completely prevent it?
