A lot of promotions back then were simply opening a bottle and checking the lid!

Used to love this game. I played the version with the first picture, the purple guy on the box. I can not remember if the little figurine or the hammers were the same color. I just like tapping the ice cubes gently and strategically, to not make the character fall in. I usually won. The good thing about this game, is that you can also play by yourself, at least to practice.

I remember this from I think Joe Cartoon? Me and my buddies would all do the hand gesture and go "fire bad!!"

My Saturday just got better! I had no clue Captain Planet was on right now (MeTv Toons) 😱 I’m almost in tears 🥹 This used to be my show back in the day! I had some of the action figures!! The power is YOURS!

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles on the MeTv Toons channel! Ever since I connected an antenna to my crt tv, I’ve been watching classic shows! It feels like the early 1990s again 🥹 Sing along if you know the song 🎶

On October 17, 1989, on this day, Game 3 of the World Series between the two Californian MLB teams took place at a stadium. Unfortunately, before it began when the teams warm up, the earthquake suddenly interrupted and caused a massive panic, leading the MLB to delay the game for 10 days. The A's eventually won the Series later on after defeating the Giants.

One of my favorite possessions, my original full series 1 Topps Wacky Packages set from 1979. 66 cards in all. I loved collecting these as a kid!
