Found this fabulous pen & ink drawing of a fox by the artist Paisley at the Goodwill yesterday. Foxy was in a crappy frame but I fell in love with him because, what can I say? I love weird hand done art. Found the current frame at the same GW and all told, both Foxy and the new frame cost me $10. Swapped out the crappy old frame and found the artist’s label on the back of the drawing. (Obviously, I blanked out any personal info because like Banksy, I imagine Paisley values their anonymity.)

So, wherever you are, Paisley, I hope you’re doing well and still doing art because 9 y.o. you had quite a good eye for it.

Just wanted to share some of my thrift finds over the past few months decorating my first apartment !

Yall loved my cute little flea market fop, so now it’s time for something horrifying. This enormous Jar Jar Binks scared the absolute soul out of me; I didn’t see it at first and when I turned around in the stall and found this thing looming over me I just about went a foot in the air. It’s hard to really give you an idea of how big it is, so I tried to use a card deck to give it some scale.

Somebody actually bought one of those book lamps based on the AI photos in the ads. It's flimsy plastic with a battery operated tea light inside.

Tried it on, felt something in the pockets, and discovered these fur lined gloves and a penny from 1991! Our girl must’ve had really small hands, because I literally have to wear kid gloves (despite being 5’8”) and they’re tight on me!

I recently got a bread maker from Goodwill for $5 (half off) and I've made near 15 loaves of bread. I don't think I'm going to be buying bread from the grocery store anytime soon!

I found this beautiful crochet throw blanket for $8. I hand washed it and let it dry on towels. It’s really soft, and one of my pups already approves lol. And it looks great with another thrifted blanket that I picked up sometime last year. Just in time for cooler weather!

Total for everything was $17. It feels good to be back❤️

I paid 15 for the jam pot and… 125 for the Ruffoni pot. But I had 30 dollars in points so that helped soften the blow a little! I have pretty much completely thrifted my All Clad collection and have been on the lookout for the next ‘step up’ and am super excited to add this pot to my collection and get cooking. Originally I saw the jam pot (condition it was in before polishing in last picture) and was like oh that’s cool but didn’t grab it right away. then I saw the ruffoni pot (not knowing it was ruffoni but I’ve researched what copper pots are high quality) in a display case but checked out without buying either. I did get a pair of Canali dress pants in my size and a neat old mechanical pencil with a lighter at the top. I got out to my car and sat on my phone for a few debating if I wanted to go back in and ask to see the pot in the display case, the I remember the jam pot and realized I really wanted that so I might as well ask to see the one in the display case. We all thought it was a beverage cooler (it really does look like one) but I was somewhat certain it was a cooking pot. Super happy! The jam pot is just going to be for decoration, but the Ruffoni pot is going to get some serious use!

Very reflective of my mood lately.

Literally the coolest thing we have ever bought.
65$!!!! From our local thrift honey hole. Works perfectly which we’re shocked about.
Life size and made by gemmy!!

I'm making everyone personalized overnight bags, so I figured some small bags for makeup/small stuff were necessary. The Airlines bag and the cube were particularly fun, but I personally love the Clinique bag best.

Found this beauty thrifting with a friend over the summer.

The Man Who Cried movie, cute skirt, perler beads and 6 vintage disney collector burger king cups from the 90s! (4.50 per cup)

$6.99 at Goodwill in a rural Texas town.

I couldn't pass this one up; original box and everything for the grand total of $15. The lady said it was a promotional item released in video stores or something? Googling isnt helping. Anyways this will be for my dog or me when im stoned, not sure yet
