Discussion Is Jared Goff Elite?
Avg rating of 101.9 with the Lions, completes just under 68% of his passes. Averages 4200+ yds, around 30 TDs with 9 INTs.
It feels like he’s almost never discussed here. He’s gotta be top 10, is he top 5? Genuinely asking.

Discussion Why is nobody talking about relegation stakes for Texans vs Jaguars today?
I don't follow the AFC South too closely, but since this game is being played at Wembley, are the stakes higher? I know the Texans have a rough record right now, so if they lose today, do they get demoted to the UFL or the SEC next season?
Also, what happens if the game ends in a 0-0 draw after 90 minutes? Do C.J. Stroud and Trevor Lawrence do a penalty shootout from the 50-yard line, or do they just split the point in the standings?

Discussion Devon Witherspoon is in the conversation for one of the best overall defenders in the NFL right now. Is he a DPOY candidate?
It's crazy that people don't consider him in the conversation for the best cornerback when he's elite in coverage on the outside and in the slot (which is a harder position to cover from), as well as being one of the most versatile defenders in the entire league. Very few DBs in the league are as good at stopping the run and blitzing as he is.

Discussion This has to be the longest they’ve taken to announce a Super Bowl halftime show?
Ever since I can remember Super Bowl halftime shows always get announced before the season starts or in September at the latest. We’re in mid October and still no announcement. Are they really starving for artists? Jay Z might just have to do it himself.

Meme The 2026 eagles are the 2025 ravens
The 2025 ravens were horribly decimated by injury, never had Lamar on the field, started 1-4 and finished 8-9, missing the playoffs, my prediction is that this years eagles are going to follow a similar pattern

Discussion What’s a completely random NFL game from your childhood that’s permanently burned into your memory?
Not talking about a Super Bowl or some legendary playoff comeback. I mean a totally meaningless Week 9 game between two bad teams from 15 years ago that you somehow remember every detail of.
Maybe it was a rainy Sunday afternoon, or some random backup QB having the game of his life. What’s that game for you?

Discussion Who’s the worst field goal kicker you’ve seen? Or the worst that has played for your favorite team?
For the Steelers it was this guy Josh Scobee. He only played like two games i remember but it was the worst two games I’ve seen from a field goal kicker.
Article [Article] Panthers QB Bryce Young was born in Wynnewood, Pennsylvania, and spent his first six months in Havertown, just outside Philadelphia. On Sunday, he returns to face the Eagles with much of his extended family (many of them Eagles fans) expected to be in attendance.
Other interesting tidbits:
- Bryce Young has credited Jalen Hurts and the quarterback culture he helped establish at Alabama as major reasons he chose to attend the school.
- Bryce Young recalls being heckled by his own relatives after the Panthers’ 22-16 loss to the Eagles in 2024. Despite being in the Panthers’ family section wearing Kelly green, they immediately started bragging about Philadelphia’s win while Young was trying to greet them.
- Bryce Young’s parents attended Game 3 of the 2001 NBA Finals in Philadelphia wearing Kobe Bryant jerseys while his mother was eight months pregnant. They were relentlessly booed, and a fan spilled beer down his father’s neck. His father jokes that Bryce experienced Philly fan harassment before he was even born.

Before the Sunday slate of games starts, who are y'all predicting to just go off this week? More obscure answers appreciated, but saying Josh or Patrick or other QBs is acceptable I guess

Discussion Re-brands (Since 2020). Who got them right or wrong? Who Needs to Re-brand?
I want to know what re-brands (Logo updates, Uniform changes, Aesthetic design & team colors) you all think were a success, a failure or something that needs big or small improvements. I want to also know your personal opinions on what teams need to re-brand (even if the have recently).
For my examples:
Right:
- Buccaneers (2020)
- Detroit (2024)
- Washington (2026)
- Bengals (2021)
- Jets (2024)
- Browns (2020)
Wrong:
- Rams (2020)
- Houston (2024)
- Cardinals (2023)
- Titans (2026)
Improvements Needed:
- Chargers (2020)
- Patriots (2020)
- Ravens (2026)
- Broncos (2025)
- Falcons (2026)
Personal Needed Re-Brands:
- Dolphins (Logo, Uniforms: "Similar to 00's look")
- Saints (Color: "Darker Gold, Uniform: "Blended eras + Mardi Gras specialty)
- Jaguars (Uniform: "90's inspired + original prototype)
- Vikings (Color: 00's purple, Uniform: 80's + Rivalries)

Shit Posting Who do you think has a better Buffet method? Hjalte Froholdt or Luke Goedeke
When you watch Hjalte Froholdt, he anchors the interior with elite scanning. To me, that is the core stability of a man who enters a Golden Corral, maps the entire floor layout, and executes a perfect 4-plate progression. He doesn't panic at the carving station; he establishes leverage, holds his ground in the prime rib line, and never lets the gravy touch the salad. Just pure, zero-waste Nordic composure.
On the other hand, Luke Goedeke plays with a much higher motor and a surly disposition. He gives off the chaotic, high-energy vibe of a guy who fills a single plate into a structural pyramid of fried shrimp, mashed potatoes, and soft-serve all touching each other. He’s definitely the type to aggressively pull-block his way past an elderly woman just to get the last fresh tray of mac and cheese to set a physical tone for the dining room. Pure grit, but zero plate management.
Who are you trusting to maintain structural integrity in the third round of plates when the food coma starts collapsing the pocket?
