What could we as a community do to help save Nashville Fairgrounds?
Is there anything we can do? Don't say there is nothing. Every problem has a solution.

I believe Bubba Wallace’s career is stuck somewhere around where Martin Truex was in 2012-2014 era. When you have a guy with race winning talent in lower series get promoted to Cup and then toy around with bad or mid teams for multiple years, they forget how to win and close out races, even if they have the speed and talent to consistently run upfront. The pressure gets to them. They make mistakes. Bubba had the 2-3 years at Roush Xfinity, then 3 years at RPM, and the few growing years at 23XI when they struggled with consistency and pit crews. Now for the last 2 years we have seen Bubba up front in contention for wins more often, but it’s always a mistake or sometimes bad luck that takes him out. I don’t think the call to take 4 tires did him any favors with the pit road speeding. Nor did getting walled by Denny last year at Kansas, losing a wheel at San Diego, etc etc etc. I think 23XI would do wonders getting Bubba in O’Reilly or trucks in multiple races a year to get him used to the pressure of closing out wins and get him the confidence he had back in his KBM days. I don’t see any reason why he can’t win multiple races a year on talent and speed given what he has shown these last couple seasons if they iron out these end of race woes.

Went through the lap data after Sunday because this keeps happening.
Phoenix: started 23rd, was 6th at halfway, led 52 laps, finished 17th. He was out front when the late caution sent everyone to pit road, got caught speeding, and went to the back.
The season: 33 starts, zero wins, two runner-ups, laps led in 15 different races.
The part nobody's talking about: his teammate Reddick took two tires on that same stop and won. The booth said Bubba was coming out on four in about 8th or 9th even before the penalty. And the 23 ranked 8th in the field by the lap data, so leading 52 laps doesn't mean it was the best car.
Bubba himself: "I just can't seem to close the deal out."
So is it Bubba, or is the 23 getting the wrong calls while the 45 gets the right ones?

I think there's a possibility that Kyle Larson will be a potential candidate to host Saturday Night Live possibly on November 14 or somewhere in December and he may become the first Nascar driver to host SNL since 2003 with Jeff Gordon

I almost have enough points to get two tickets to a cup race and I had some questions
1: do you get to pick your seats? I’m guessing not but wanted to ask
2: Are more tickets posted throughout the year or are the ones posted now it?
Thank you for any help!

I enjoy the NASCAR Channel. I don’t have interest or inclination in watching much television, but it’s nice to have NASCAR-related content on semi-regularly.
However, they don’t seem to actively tend it all that much. Right now, despite the channel saying “Monday, October 19th, and 10:42pm ET,” they’re running updates about Saturday’s NOAPS race, and have the pre-Phoenix standings.
I understanding needing to have staff get in on Monday to make changes, but if you’re going to bother with a channel, it should receive a little more attention.

Now, I am in the minority of people who thinks Love earned the shit out of the title last year. He passed Zilisch on the track and paced him. Not like he backed into it with a yellow or taking 2 tires or something. He beat Connor, who faultered downtown he stretch.
Given it looks like Love might won a second in a different format, and how Connor has looked this year, I'd say that Love is really in line as one of the most well rounded prospects since Reddick.
Now, I know all you folks will tell me about how bad the Trackhouse cars are and how great Berry is running and all that. I just think Love has shown a lot while driving RCR cars.

What are y’all thoughts on this?

It's showing the next race up is for all three series is Pheonix. Also, when Brad K was in the top 16, it was showing that he had 18 top 10 finishes on the season. Still a great channel overall, just find some of the inaccurate information funny

I remember in the playoffs most of the field let the top 4 battle it out. I don't know if the same applies for the drivers in the chase. Seeing Briscoe, Blaney, Bell, and Hamlin towards the front a lot of the races makes me believe they are but I don't know if they're just driving better.

With 3 races left, how many Chase contenders are mathematically eliminated? Points are tight for the top 7 but curious on the others

Once again, I was extremely impressed by the way she ran on Saturday. Straight up caught the #18 and gapped him once she got around him. Truly unfortunate that funding is her issue and she can’t put together a full time program, because she’s more than deserving.
Yes, she was in good equipment, but it’s a testament to her ability that she was able run right around where, the other guys and gals in that car have. Doing that on a PT basis, isn’t easy at all. Hoping that a manufacturer or a team, takes a chance and invests into her. She got what it takes.

What if when drivers get penalties, instead of going to the back of the line or doing a pass through. They just had a point deducted and remained in the spot they were on the track?

As someone who enjoys both racing and sports statistics, I just wanted to spur some conversation about the downfall of Racing Reference since NASCAR took it over a few years back. As of 4:40 p.m. ET on Monday, the results from Sunday's Cup race and Saturday's NOAPS and ARCA West races STILL have not been added to the site.
R-R used to be an invaluable resource with timely updates and a place to have discussions about historic races. Now, it offers neither.
It's just disappointing.

They’re doing a great job promoting their young driver, and I hope this partnership can keep up going forward.
I can’t even remember the shop it was in, but I believe it was close to her gallery of clothes.
