We stand with Ukraine
We normally do not bring politics into our sport but extraordinary events require extraordinary actions. Someday enjoyment of life, like motorcycles, will return to the Ukraine. They need our help now and I encourage everyone to checkout the ways to help or donate over at /r/Ukraine

Tips for riding in wet , slippery clay roads.
How do you ride safely on wet, slippery clay roads after rain, where the mud feels like liquid chocolate and the rear wheel slides sideways even with gentle inputs? Any tips for handling such terrain? Edit: Managed it in a 110 cc scooter, Maestro edge, with both feet on the ground. Concerned about going through the stretch on a heavier road bike like my 390 Duke with road tyres.

This should be a battery charge or at the very least reckless endangerment

When you don’t have a stand
Couple stacks of wood should do the trick though

Tighten your chain
My riding season is over. I knew it was loose and put off adjusting because I need a new tire over the winter. Figured I would do it at that time. Well, it came off the rear sprocket and when it bunched up around the front caused major damage. So lesson learned………just tighten it. I put off a 10 minute job and paid for it.

Chrome chipped exhaust tip
I need help trying to figure out how to get the rest of the chrome off at least on the face end. i want to at least spray paint it so it looks clean.
I’ve tried steel wool, aluminum, soak in degreaser and rust dissolver to get it cleaned but its not chipping any further, even used a drill with a carbon wire disc on the end and its not lifting, just scratching the steel underneath the chrome.
anything helps, i was thinking paint stripper maybe?

Should I cancel my motorcycle order because of the seat height?
Hi. I recently ordered a new motorcycle, but I still have some doubts and want to figure things out before it’s too late. The seat height is around 790 mm, and I’m 158 cm (5’2”) tall, so I’m a little worried about whether it will be suitable for my height.
I’ve ridden a naked bike before, but I’ve never ridden a sportbike/racing-style motorcycle, so I’m not sure what to expect in terms of seat height, riding position, and reaching the ground. I can put one foot flat on the ground on my previous bike, with the other foot only touching the ground with my toes.
I still have a chance to cancel my order, so I’d really appreciate some advice before making my final decision.

Trouble shooting issues
2010 cbr600rr 18k miles. Picked up the bike about a week ago. Started first time. Went through all the gears. My friend rode it and everything seemed fine (besides needing some new brake pads). Well eventually it died at a light after i sat at it for ab 3 minutes (cause it didn’t register me) (also i was clutch in and in first and hill is on a incline if that is important). I tried restarting it and it cranked a lil slower than usual. Tried twice and nothing. Put it in neutral and pushed it over to flat ground since the light was the last one before my neighborhood. As soon as i pushed it over and turned it back on it fired instantly back up. Rode it back to my house and then turned it off and tried to turn it back on again and it was slow but started instantly again. Let it sit in the garage and tried turning it back on in 5 mins and same thing it instantly fired back up. Well now the cranks are getting a lil slower than usual (cold start video i’ll attach). And it has hesitated when i was leaving the gym after it sat for an hour ish (heat was still 170). The battery was replaced maybe 2months before i got it for a standard agm battery. The seller was a friend of my best friend and my best friend would even ride the bike to college or stuff and never had issues with it. Any ideas of where i can start looking for issues? gonna take a multi meter to it this weekend when im off work to check that first but any other ideas would be appreciated. Also the rpms will fluctuate a bit (maybe 1-200? nothing crazy)

Cannot choose
I’ve test-ridden both bikes, and I really like them both. Now I have to choose one, but I just can’t decide!
The Suzuki feels like a train on the highway—super stable and comfortable. The Honda is more agile, and the E-Clutch is amazing!
I think the Suzuki would be better for off-road riding, but it’s also a really heavy bike.
I’m completely torn between the two. I need some help deciding!

My wife has moved on to part time backpack.
Finally got a Triumph Scrambler for my wife and she’s in love with it.
