I think when people say The New Empire is like a modern Showa film they are referring to:

The small core group of 3-4 characters traversing an uncharted and unfamiliar terrain.

They encounter a strange new humanoid species or tribe of people.

The film follows cartoonish physics and prioritises exaggerated and heightened action sequences over scale and realism (for better or worse depending on your preference)

And, of course, the movies prioritise fun and pure imagination about all else.

Both The New Empire and Invasion of Astro Monster follow this and they both rank highly on my Godzilla ranking. I love both of them.

Here's what they have: Both were in their weakest states before the Powerup on sequel, yet they still managed to defeat the main villain on the movies they appear on (Skull island is a Prequel to 2014, So Kotm is a sequel to 2014)

Just have a herd of magma turtles found in the hollow earth too, or monarch also moved their alongside kong and other fauna from the hollow earth.

Have them go inside their shell and use as knuckle dusters lmao.

We have very little idea of what SG’s origins will be in Supernova, but would it be far fetched to assume he might be able to communicate telepathically and that we’d be able to hear that voice? It sounds silly, but for something so outlandish even by Monsterverse standards I don’t think it would be ridiculous for him to be able to communicate with Godzilla (or humans) through telepathy, I think it would be cool to hear a kaijus voice, I have a few ideas for voice actors that I can imagine Spacegoji sounding like (also, this SpaceGodzilla art is like the 2020s version of that awesome Godzilla vs Legendary King Ghidorah artwork from 2015, and their following Legendary Rodan and Mothra Larva works)

I love her so much! I really hope that Legendary doesn't turn her into an enemy for Godzilla, she's a fine addition to the titan order and potentially ally for goji. What do you think?

SCENARIO

Both Ashtaroth and Magita find themselves in the monsterverse, their goal is simple: Kill everything!

Both monsters sub-goal is to kill everything that poses a threat to their masters, with their primary goal being to secure the planet and await for their masters arrival.

At some point Ashtaroth will split off and go to Hollow Earth before reuniting with Magita on the surface.

Start location: Boston

All the titans start all over the globe and are slowly making their way to the duo, their job is to kill both mega-monsters.

How far does the duo get before succumbing to numbers?

INFORMATION

Ashtaroth - Ashtaroth is an absolute a giant of a monster who towers 2-3 times over monster that stand at 106 meters in height, His arm upon being severed by Hyperion laser beam crushed a mountain. He has a self-detonation ability to blow himself, without much to little damage to himself, and his surroundings up, with a yield of the explosion being 72 megaton. He is also physically big enough to rose monster such as nemesis a mile away. And has a tail that is half a mile long.

Magita - a monster who even towers over the likes of Godzilla earth, making her debut in Godzilla: Rulers of the Earth. Standing in at a height of 500 meters tall.

RULES

- Cannon and soft cannon are allowed: Movies, Games and Comics.

- De-canonised material is not allowed.

- Kong gains his ape army to help him

- No crossover material

- duo get reinforcements from their respective IPs to help if unable to overcome the titans numbers by themselves, or just need reinforcements.

Magita gets her trilopod army, and Ashtaroth is reinforced by Nemesis Prime, Hyperion and Nemesis. If titans prove to be to tough for the duo to tackle by themselves.

- Titans gain access to (if they have it) their powered up forms, tools and armies to aid them in batting against both monsters if unable to handle the Mega-Monster duo.

I know this guy's a bit controversial but I personally love him. I love that he's a mix of all previous mechagodzilla's (alien, built by humans, possessed by another kaiju), I love how menacing he was especially with that creepy laugh, I love his rotating hands, red color palette and charged punches and a lot more.

But above all else I love that he's the reincarnation of King Ghidorah. Having that three headed bastard possess an entire mech just to almost kill Godzilla AGAIN solidifies him as the best villain in the MV for me.

My only complaint is that he barely got to do anything before being killed on screen, but I suppose he could always come back. Maybe have Monarch rebuild him as a good guy but he gets possessed by Ghidorah again like some Yuji and Sukuna shit. After all, Ren Serizawa's body was never found...
