And I only smoke from a tiny one hitter. Should I be concerned? Is there anything I can do to fix this? Any help would be greatly appreciated TY!

sorry if this post started crazy. i only used weed like 75-150 times in my life. only ate mushrooms no more than 40 times

i am military combat vet diagnosed with ptsd.

and sometimes i take weed and it makes my ptsd get worse like i was hiding in a drainage pipe for a couple hours tripping out. imaging explosions all around me. idk what tf happened. but it was scarey. idk maybe this should be posted in lsd or myshroom thread not weed. idk lol
