Trying to finalise my CB build pretty much got the armor sets sorted with the jewels gog/gore (which seems to be the base of many end game builds) but I'm wondering about the skill resentment and if it actually synergies well with gores frenzy or not? I know what the skills do and how they work. Frenzy starts. I lose hp resentment kicks in with red recovery bar boosting my attack after the frenzy subsides coelenses then procs rinse and repeat right? Or am I wasting my time trying to use resentment

There are a good handful of monsters that I hope don't return, mostly because it would feel redundant to see them again.

Nargacuga can take a break, as can Zinogre. Velkhana I can definitely live without. Diablos I'm bored of, Azure and Pink too.

I hope to God Rajang doesn't come back, though I know in my heart he will.

Fatalis can stay in Iceborne, more so because I want a different final boss on his level.

Today is the day I finally learn that you have to hold Y or B when attacking with the savage axe. I have been playing this game for several month now, and i was wondering why I thought the charge blade was kind of mid in this opus. Yeah no joke dummy, you didn’t removed the safety of the weapon 😭

Hey guys, AMD introduced a new Driver update that, among other things, enables FSR 4.1 for RDNA 2 (6000 series) cards. As I'm currently unable to test it and want to try to collect information from more people than just myself, I hoped to get a few people currently running a 6000 series GPU to chime in and share their experiences with the new driver.

• Have you been experiencing repeated crashes prior to the new Driver version?
• Which version of the Driver where you running? Most recent or the recommended, downgraded one?
• Have you updated to the new driver?
• Have you noticed a change in behaviour? More crashes, less crashes?
• Have you tried out FSR 4.1 in the game? How does it run and look?

Hello, would like some advice on a better LS comfy build. I just frankensteined this since I wanted to have Quick Sheathe 3, Divine Blessing 3 and Earplugs 2 a bit of stun resist and flinch free but I lack any set bonus. Haven't fought HR Zoh Shia (which ad I understand is the most comfy set there is) yet and I am trying to get a comfy set to solo it for farming.

This weapon is entirely new to me and while I can figure out executions, combos and playing music, is there something else I should know about hunting horns? Like skills like Horn Maestro is the only clear skill I know that works exclusively for HH, but what else?

I'm a sucker for cosmetics and layered armors/weapons, so the Gold Edition is super tempting to pre-order. But I don't really care for the NPC outfits, and with the base game on a pre-order sale right now, it just feels like not a good deal and better to just get the DLC Collection seperately down the road whenever it goes on sale.

I'm kinda on the fence though! Super excited after the demo, so I was wondering what everyone plans to pre-order for when it releases on Switch 2? If anyone has gotten the Gold Edition on a different system, would you say it was worth it?

I limit myself, i wont be able to teleport, i wont be able to open minimap, i need to explore everything by myself.. i use seikeret but without sprint only, weapon resharpen only can be use once per boss.. potion is 3 per boss, if potion ran out then i need to expect my cat to heal me or i find vigorswasp

Anyway thats not the point, the point is, the game became better and to me, a bit better than elden ring,

-the boss moveset is so unique every bosses,

-you have moveset that is not overpowered,

-you dont attack unless you know you not gotten hit

-the focus is crazy.. that intense 20 minute game.. it almost like better than elden ring idk why.. but damn man..

-when limiting like this, its not only me hunting bossess, sometime im the one retreating and boss should be hunting me.. likewise.. its better for the game experience.

My suggestion, boss sometime doesnt show real monster behavior but now state of the monster naturability gesture is should be a praised.

-now when monster badly hurt or injured, they can still full sprint, no way come on man thats not a monster behave.. right.. like why the fuck they absolutely must go to their nest to die?

-(monster pov : always focus on the wrong thing, when facing such entity (player) but you as one of the alpha monster in the region (giant dogashima), why would you lock targert to stupid small cat, then your real enemies is the player, the bossess need one more phase which is the immitate phase, they tried to follow player tempo since in their tempo the bosses can't control the player..)

- monster pov need to be real, as in real life.. thats alpha monster not stupid insect we fighting..

Map exploring, all material shouldn't be available on minimap, now if user want to farm material, they just open map, mark location and let seikeret auto run...

The mh wilds map design is so beautiful that user almost skipp whole concept about the gathering material... Now its just became a boss slaying game instead map exploring, boss hunting... Comeon capcom, i know you guys aren't this stupid, take some lesson from fromsoftware.. imagine cluthing every awards and rating.. thats crazy. Learn.

I haven't played in a while, since the Omega boss, and wanted to come back and try to kill Gog/Some AT monsters. I start with a fire Artian GS, then when I get to the 2nd phase and it mentions dragon damage I swap to the Omega GS. I eventually get to the phase where he flies around most of the fight and out of reach and it SEEMS like the only thing I can do is laser beam him with the ammo he drops, then eventually I screw up and run outta carts. Obviously I gotta quit eating damage, but on that flying phase am I doing it right? Is there a better way to get dam in or do I just shoot him when I get ammo? Also, is Fire Artian and the Omega GS a good choice for that fight or am I trolling myself?

We only get Quests for Chatacabra, and Quematrice, but I was able to find and hunt some Balahara. Can't get his quest rewards though, just breaks and carves.

I'm confused at what I should be rolling for Gore Maga's Tyranny or Gogmapocalypse + lord soul.

I was aiming for gore maga's tyranny but got Gogmapocalypse + lord soul. Now I'm confused on what to build.

I've been messing around in handheld mode trying to get the game to look as good as I can.

I've messed with the brightness a bit, and cranked the saturation all the way up to restore some color, but, still looks a bit grainy and washed out.

Anyone have any settings they've used to make it look nicer?

It does seem to run very smooth with the uncapped framerate so far.

I'm a dual blade main. Thousands of hours between rise, world, and wilds.

I have almost not used, any other weapon. I know what I am good at, and generally stick to it.

But it is time. My buddies have joined me in full db parties, now it is my turn to learn something and join them.

I'm trying to learn a new weapon, currently undecided, so looking for the input of dedicated weapon mains on their preferred weapon.

Anything you think is relevant to picking it up quickly and being competent, confident, and less likely to eat up all the carts in your confusion while still getting good dps/uptime.

And for you dual blade players, I would still hear your input, because there is always the possibility of learning something new, and I am sure other players would like to hear it.

With all the talk of Kulve Taroth possibly coming back because a very niche evidence in the sky bound Erie. which I don’t agree with. it begs the question: how could Capcom implement Kulve? I am going to ramble a bit: I don’t think that Kulve is likely to come back however I think its guardian form could be very interesting. Her armor is a fan favorite, as well. What if in the sky bound Erie , the ancient civilization kept a treasure trove- like a loot room. And maybe they needed a guardian to guard it. Or perhaps a normal Kulve Tartoth, stumbled upon it as well? I don’t know. It’d be cool because it could have like different gem colors and things and perchance be an interesting iteration of her fight. maybe they just have a sub species that adapted to finding their treasure trove? But why would she have fled El Dorado in the New World?

I’ve been playing the demo for the switch and I already preordered because, how could I not with the 25% discount. This series has been my favorite game series for half my life and I’m just so happy to finally have a way to play wilds. I’m absolutely loving this iteration of the Swaxe and am looking into playing more HH since I’ve picked it up in rise. If anyone has any tips with weapons or general things to do once the full game comes out and while we all anxiously await ascendance, that would be much appreciated.
