My brand new CarryAll East-West I got in store (3 hours from my house) yesterday… I literally just took the protective stickers and tags off and noticed this stitching hiccup. It’s directly on the front of course 😵‍💫 not sure what I should do.

After a long hunt for the perfect Manhattan PM, she’s arrived and hands down one of my favorite pieces so far. She’s 19 years old 😍

Now on to find her big sister, the GM!

After debating to get this for a while I got super lucky and purchased the last one at my home store. I read many comments on here about the size and it’s bigger than most pochette varieties out right now. The strap is a little different but if you chose to switch to a crossbody one it doesn’t look awkward at all. Highly recommend this bag and plan to get a hot stamp when I go on vacation in a few months

I did the pre-order, and I picked her up yesterday. Last night was date night with the hubby, so of course she had to make her debut. It comes across extremely shiny in pictures, but in person it’s not as obnoxious as some people think it is. It does not have the extended strap like the other Alma’s, so the strap is one length. Also my SA did not recommend putting a scarf on the handle because of the color transfer. She also gave me a 5 minute discussion on how important it is to store this bag in the dust bag when not in use, due to how quick the color transfer from other items will bleed into the bag. Overall, I love it and I’m happy!

Some time ago I got LV Murakami collection shoes and I love them. I wanted to buy a matching Pochette - I even ordered one when the collection dropped but the waiting time was unbelievable and after few month my financial situation drastically changed so I had to cancel the order. But I was keeping an eye on the used once.

Last year I happened to fall in love with Trouville when I went into a used luxury resale store in Rome. I have seen it on the photoes and it didn’t do much for me. But when I saw it on the shelf - that was a match. And then I learned that there is Murakami Version. And it took my breath away.

And I feel like I got a little reward for all the difficulties I went through these last years as all over sudden I spotted this bag but it looked so bad in the photos - I contacted the seller and asked for more photos in a different light and they seemed much better. The seller was very nice and agreed to my “shame” bid but warned there will be no return option. I was fine with that deal.

And yesterday night I go to track my order and it shows that it was delivered to my home and someone named Ebba received it. We just moved to the village a week ago and I don’t know anyone here. So today I drive around (in Sweden countryside houses are quite spread apart from each other) knocking on peoples doors asking if they know someone named Ebba 🙈

The seller was very supportive, they said if the package was lost or not delivered to me they would initiate the investigation and I will get my money back (which still was a significant amount for me) but I wanted the bag.

After a number of dialogs and no one knowing a person named Ebba (and there are like 125 people in this village) the best solution I have left is to go to the village store, as I learn that there is a DHL point there. And yes, it was there. The new driver could not find the address and just dropped it off without bothering to actually report that it was not home delivered.

The level of stress I had was matched with the level of relief. And happiness

Looking to get a personal item to fly with. I don’t want this to go in the overhead bin, it needs to go under the seat in front of me so I can access my things. I’m between a keepall 45 and a speedy 35, but want to be able to store all of the following easily:

- iPad (14 inch)
- hoodie
- snacks, water bottle
- AirPod maxes
- camera
- chargers
- wallet/passport
- small purse if I have one with me (would be something tiny like a nano speedy)
- Lysol wipes, tissues, etc
- plane accessories (like a sleep mask, neck pillow, anything of that sort)
- laptop if I need it would be nice but can always bring a backpack if I have to
- book

I’m afraid the 35 will be too small, especially once I introduce a hoodie or sweatshirt. But the 45 almost seems like it would be too small as well? I looked at the 50 and it felt huge. I want to carry all my things but also don’t want to have to uncomfortably lug it through the airport or bump into people all day.

Open to other bag suggestions as well if these are not good options!

i purchased my Félicie Pochette in Damier Azur Canvas in 2020 and it stinks!!! i’ve seen all the videos about everyone trading in their bags, but my bag was loved and heavily used back then the first few years because it was one of my first big girl purchases and regardless of the smell, i wanted to love it!! will stores still accept my trade in if it’s been very used? i have everything it originally came with

Hiiii, I was gifted this yellow LV Monogram Vernis Houston (based on internet search that’s the name I found). I’m not looking for auth and I did not ask my family if it was. It was a gift and I’m a happy recipient.

I want to use it, but would like to make it my own and customize it.

I wanted to ask if anyone has experience dying this bag material ? I’ve noticed there’s areas where it looks like it has peeled? Some parts are greying. Is acrylic paint ok or just it have to be a specialized paint so that it stays out and not peel?

Is it possible to remove the remaining color layer and re-dye it with a new color?

I was in the store yesterday looking at a nano Madeline in black empreinte leather. I was shown 2 of the same bags and one had a much deeper/clear embossed pattern than the other.

Anyone who own empteinte, has the embossment faded with time or is what I saw just due to variations in lots

Anyone have recommendations for a lighter weight crossbody bag that I could wear around at trade shows? I haven’t found any LV bags that I love just yet. I’ve been leaning towards a small Gucci Brera, for reference, but LV is my preference.

Hi everyone, this is my first purchase from the actual LV store. I’m not sure how everything works and would like some insight and advice. My first time making a post also so I’m sorry in advance if my sentences are weirdly phrased.
I bought a pair of the white trainers. I tried them on in store and liked them, but didn’t see the pair I was buying.
Opened them in the car (was too excited lol) and there were loose threads, one shoe felt worn and also relaced loosely(one was stiffer than the other when I tried them on).
There were creases already on the back of the shoes. Went to exchange them the next day, was told the pair I had was the last one in that size(I was sold the try on pair, is that normal?).
They ordered me a new pair shipped to my house. When the new ones arrived, they were already creased from shipping. One shoe is bent/folded in due from not having those safety inserts in them(in the pair I bought in store, it had the inserts but no the ones shipped to me!)
The shoes will crease anyway, the stitching is better this time, but for 1.4k I think I expected better craftsmanship and superior packaging in comparison with other shoes(I usually wear jordan 1’s and their packaging during shipping is pretty durable)
Am I being nitpicky ? Should I return them and try a third time ? It was a birthday present and I wanted to splurge, I don’t usually shop luxury so I’m not sure if these little details I’m obsessing over are miniscule or actually important.

Hi , Im trying to get this bag charm appraised. It'd be awesome to get a ballpark value from the community to make sure I dont get low balled. Condition is - idk, not the worst, just dirty and tarnished . No dust bags, no boxes or anything.

Is this a recent change? What happened to France and Italy? I feel like a little bit of the magic and allure of a European designer item is diminished if not actually made in Europe. What do you think?
