I’ve been SO anxious about the score release day, and as it gets closer, my anxiety is only getting worse 😭😭 All I can think about obsessively is what my score is going to be. I genuinely can’t even live normally anymore because it’s consuming my every thought. I’ve literally reached the point where I BOOKED A TAROT READING SESSION 😭💀

This might be a stupid question, but I often mouth words silently (not reading aloud, I know reading aloud is not allowed) when reading stimulus, it helps me slow down and not miss anything. I am taking my first LSAT in november and I'm wondering whats the policy/how strict they are about mouthing? Or at least would it be fine if I put my hand on my chin/mouth and mouthed behind it, or does that look sus? I am asking for clarification because I'm worried because of the score holds recently, I don't want any reason for my score to be delayed.

Every topic I try to find a video on related to the lsat this guy has made 30+ videos on. I tried to find a good book to read at night regarding the LSAT and this guy is the author of the book I’m looking for.
How did he take over the entire LSAT studying Market? Is it illegal for anyone else to make LSAT material?

Im trying to do the argumentative writing and I keep getting stuck on the “please enable hardware access screen” even though i’ve enabled all the settings giving chrome access to my camera and microphone. Has anyone had this issue before or does anyone know how i can get past this? Thank you!

Hi guys. So I have yet to do my argumentative writing. I took my first ever LSAT on the 10th of this month. I've been practicing the argumentative writing with AI, trying to refine my skills in order to produce my best work.
I have a question for you guys. One thing that has stressed me out the most about this entire process is the time limitation. 35 minutes to write this whole essay. The structure I am aiming for is Intro > supporting arg #1 > supporting arg #2 > counter arg + rebuttal > conclusion.
What do y'all think about this structure? I am also thinking I might drop supporting arg #2, just because of the time constraints. Do you guys think that's a good idea? Let me know fellas, thank you!

I did my argumentative essay on Wednesday morning and I’m worried it hasn’t been approved yet because my score comes out next week (I know I did it a bit late but with applications and studying for Nov I just completely forgot). I see a bunch of people saying theirs got approved right away

I had a diagnostic of 159. I’ve been studying at least 2 hours each day for the last 5 week. Intense wrong answer review. Blind review. One PT a week. The rest targeted drilling. My highest PT is 164. So my score has increased BUT this is fully carried by increases in LR. On RC…I am not really scoring higher than my diagnostic. I just feel stuck. No matter what I try it just seems I can’t escape the 75-85% accuracy range, even on untimed practice. Is this normal to not see a noticeable increase after 5 weeks. Do I just need more reps in? Any advice would be helpful.

The video Jon Denning posted showed we needed a username/ password to sign it.
For those who watched it- what were the test, question types & any extra things mentioned?

Hello! I'm finally getting a hang of sufficient and necessary conditionals, but I am seeing a common trend in my studies. I am getting most level 4 questions (which are the hardest or most complex questions according to LSATDemon) incorrect. I was wondering if anyone has any feedback on how to improve on these questions quickly. I only have like 2 and a half to three weeks to get this right, and It's honestly a little demoralizing since in each LR section I'm getting -3 to -4 questions.
Would it be a good idea to convert a wrong answer journal into just an answer journal for both correct and incorrect questions? Or is there some specific strategy or strategies I should do?
Thank you everyone for your help, on this question and the previous ones I've asked. I'm the first person in my family to ever take the LSAT, and I can't afford a tutor, so Reddit's honestly been the best help I can get.

Hi everyone - tonight at 8 pm Eastern (5 Pacific) I'll be hosting a free webinar outlining exactly what I expect to appear on the upcoming November LSAT. That'll include recent test trends and patterns, LR content I feel is most helpful to review, and RC passages to study and topics to look for. And the entire thing will be recorded, so if you can't make the live session I'll post a link to the video archive for you to watch.
To keep things somewhat manageable, I'm capping attendance at 100 people, and that'll be a first-in login situation: the first 100 people who join the session will be the ones who get to participate. The rest will get the recording. I've also got a special guest joining me that I'm very excited about and who's going to teach a few key concepts, which is a first!
Here's the room link to join: jondenning.adobeconnect.com/prep
And here's the recording: https://jondenning.adobeconnect.com/psind9jy47px/
I'll update this with a link to the recording after it's over.
See you tonight!

Hi,
I'm a law student who built a tool to get LSAT-bound students together in small pods of 4-6 people.
The aim is to get students with similar goals (score, etc.) to keep each other accountable and be helpful within a small community.
We do not provide tutoring, just a specialized platform.
While estimated launch is in January 2027, you can join the waitlist through polsey.com !
I'd appreciate further discussion and feedback if anyone is interested.

This is irrelevant but does anyone else get annoyed they keep getting those lsat desk TikToks with the same script sharing how they scored a 172, all of them using the same score report from November 2025 and somehow in every new video the time it took them to get that score gets lower and lower 😂😂

Just wanted to rant for a quick second.
My initial fee waiver application was denied which I wasn’t surprised by because I was claimed by my parents last year but since then I’ve graduated and moved out (my parents didn’t actually provide any support in university either but that’s a different story). I make just barely enough to pay my rent/utilities. My car has been broken down for months and I don’t even have the money to fix it. I have medical debt bc I was uninsured for almost a year. My student loan repayment has begun. I provided them with proof of all of this as well as my bank balance which only ever has a couple hundred dollars after bills are paid as well as $0 in savings. Beyond that, I also receive medicaid and food stamps which I provided documentation for. All of this and I was denied my appeal and the decision is final. I just can’t understand this at all?! Wtf. The best part is that they don’t provide an explanation as to why it was denied. I cannot afford this test on my own.

I get you should apply asap but I’m worried about my oct test score. My question is what is the latest you can comfortably apply? If my Oct test score comes back low I’m looking to retake in December or January but I feel like that is putting me at a disadvantage.

Decided to try this out on a whim since law school has been in the back of my mind for some time now, and was pleasantly surprised by the results. If I were to pursue it, I would need to get a pretty high LSAT score to offset my lackluster UGPA. Im not in any rush to apply for fall 2027 or even fall 2028, so how realistic is it to get in the 170s with a year-ish of practice? I'm very new to this so excuse me if this is a stupid question.

So I am finally getting rc, finally getting the first 10 right on lr, but from 11-25, I can be lucky if I get 7-8 right, I know I’m having trouble with some level 3-4s on certain question types which is what I’m working on, but with my test coming in like 3 weeks, man I feel screwed, working with a tutor but idk I just feel lost atp, any suggestions? Thank you.

So I've been an attorney for 14 years and have been helping people get into law school for basically that whole time. For a long time Blueprint and Princeton Review where what my students said they were using. But lately I've been running into a bunch of students who have been using 7sage and LSAT Demon. Those of you who have used multiple, which did you prefer? Have the older test prep companies fallen off and the newer materials are better? What do you think? I want to know what to recommend when I get asked for one.

fuck me, while i was doing the 360 check, i noticed that the light was on on my kobo (in a bin in my room). no book on the screen, just the light. i turned it completely off in front of the camera, but i'm worried that my submission won't be approved now :/ i totally forgot to take it out of my room and now i'm stressing. i need some reassurance (or harsh truth lol)

I've seen a growing number of people (mainly those with accommodations) say their LSAT scores were held "under review" after test day, sometimes for months, and some of those holds end with LSAC formally challenging the score.
When that happens, LSAC gives you three choices:
1. Cancel the score and get a refund and S mark
2. Take a private, in-person retest at a Prometric center, where your new score has to land within a set range of your original (undisclosed) score for the original to stand
3. Contest the decision through arbitration or court
I'm trying to get a rough sense of how common this is, how people are handling it, and whether it's happening more to test-takers who had accommodations. If you've taken the LSAT in the past year, please vote. It's anonymous and takes two seconds. The "not held" votes matter just as much, because they're the comparison that shows whether one group is being hit harder than another.
If your score was held or challenged, it would really help if you'd copy this into a comment and fill in whatever you're comfortable sharing:
Test date / remote or in-person:
Accommodations (if any):
Reason LSAC gave:
How long the hold lasted:
Did LSAC give you its evidence when you asked?:
Which of the 3 options you chose (or "still deciding"):
If you retested, did your score fall in range?:
Thanks, and good luck to everyone waiting.
