Hello! I'm finally getting a hang of sufficient and necessary conditionals, but I am seeing a common trend in my studies. I am getting most level 4 questions (which are the hardest or most complex questions according to LSATDemon) incorrect. I was wondering if anyone has any feedback on how to improve on these questions quickly. I only have like 2 and a half to three weeks to get this right, and It's honestly a little demoralizing since in each LR section I'm getting -3 to -4 questions.
Would it be a good idea to convert a wrong answer journal into just an answer journal for both correct and incorrect questions? Or is there some specific strategy or strategies I should do?
Thank you everyone for your help, on this question and the previous ones I've asked. I'm the first person in my family to ever take the LSAT, and I can't afford a tutor, so Reddit's honestly been the best help I can get.

I get you should apply asap but I’m worried about my oct test score. My question is what is the latest you can comfortably apply? If my Oct test score comes back low I’m looking to retake in December or January but I feel like that is putting me at a disadvantage.

I did my argumentative essay on Wednesday morning and I’m worried it hasn’t been approved yet because my score comes out next week (I know I did it a bit late but with applications and studying for Nov I just completely forgot). I see a bunch of people saying theirs got approved right away

I wrote my argumentative writing sample today and i am stressed it didn’t record audio or video. When i started the proctor u setup screen popped up but for some reason it popped up twice. I didn’t notice this till I was done but i went through the security process(no camera view or ask about allowing a recording for camera and audio) and wrote the exam. Every time my laptops camera is on, the white camera indicator light is on and when i finished the exam and closed everything it was still on? turns out the 2nd proctor u setup screen was still up and when i closed it, that’s when the light disappeared. would that invalidate my sample? Nobody has seemed to have this experience in this subreddit so I wanted to know

fuck me, while i was doing the 360 check, i noticed that the light was on on my kobo (in a bin in my room). no book on the screen, just the light. i turned it completely off in front of the camera, but i'm worried that my submission won't be approved now :/ i totally forgot to take it out of my room and now i'm stressing. i need some reassurance (or harsh truth lol)

So I am finally getting rc, finally getting the first 10 right on lr, but from 11-25, I can be lucky if I get 7-8 right, I know I’m having trouble with some level 3-4s on certain question types which is what I’m working on, but with my test coming in like 3 weeks, man I feel screwed, working with a tutor but idk I just feel lost atp, any suggestions? Thank you.

So I've been an attorney for 14 years and have been helping people get into law school for basically that whole time. For a long time Blueprint and Princeton Review where what my students said they were using. But lately I've been running into a bunch of students who have been using 7sage and LSAT Demon. Those of you who have used multiple, which did you prefer? Have the older test prep companies fallen off and the newer materials are better? What do you think? I want to know what to recommend when I get asked for one.

Every topic I try to find a video on related to the lsat this guy has made 30+ videos on. I tried to find a good book to read at night regarding the LSAT and this guy is the author of the book I’m looking for.
How did he take over the entire LSAT studying Market? Is it illegal for anyone else to make LSAT material?
r/LSAT • u/scriptedwalls • 13h ago
This is irrelevant but does anyone else get annoyed they keep getting those lsat desk TikToks with the same script sharing how they scored a 172, all of them using the same score report from November 2025 and somehow in every new video the time it took them to get that score gets lower and lower 😂😂

Did anyone think the retest was much harder than the original, especially for RC and even for LR?

I feel like 3 weeks ago something finally clicked for me with the LSAT… I was drilling with good accuracy and my PTs increased 6 points. Now this week I’m struggling immensely, my drilling is okay but I feel like I’m not mentally there and it’s taking longer for me to understand and the questions just don’t click anymore. I’m not sure if it’s outside stress from life, my cycle, stress bc November exam is coming up. But has anyone dealt with this and have any advice for moving past the mental regression. I can’t even do a section… I’m really frustrated

My lr sections are -1 to -4 and my rc is MINUS 10😭😭😭😭😭😭please someone tell me how can I improve… it’s plummeting my score insanely…
The first two passages aren’t as bad as I get -1 on each of those and the last two is where shit goes wrong and I get almost all the questions wrong
How can I get good at difficult passages

I'm at a 140 diagnostic and can't seem to score anything on LR. Tutoring does not really help me and I don't know if 7sage and LSAT demon are worth their price. I need a 165 minimum for the law schools near my hometown and I need to take the LSAT in January. Send help and prayers lol.

Hi everyone - tonight at 8 pm Eastern (5 Pacific) I'll be hosting a free webinar outlining exactly what I expect to appear on the upcoming November LSAT. That'll include recent test trends and patterns, LR content I feel is most helpful to review, and RC passages to study and topics to look for. And the entire thing will be recorded, so if you can't make the live session I'll post a link to the video archive for you to watch.
To keep things somewhat manageable, I'm capping attendance at 100 people, and that'll be a first-in login situation: the first 100 people who join the session will be the ones who get to participate. The rest will get the recording. I've also got a special guest joining me that I'm very excited about and who's going to teach a few key concepts, which is a first!
Here's the room link to join: jondenning.adobeconnect.com/prep
And here's the recording: https://jondenning.adobeconnect.com/psind9jy47px/
I'll update this with a link to the recording after it's over.
See you tonight!
Looking for an LSAT Tutor!
I keep scoring 134 on my practice exams and when I'm drilling, I'm usually scoring anywhere from 3/7 - 5/7 on RC. I study every single day, anywhere from 1-3 hours a day; which tells me the way I'm studying is not working and I need to change it up ASAP.
I'm scheduled to take the exam in November however, I have accepted that I might have to pay and move the test date to January or even February.
I'm aiming to score a 165+ & am really only considering schools in Florida.
Please share any tutors you may know or have used! :)
Thank you!

I've seen a growing number of people (mainly those with accommodations) say their LSAT scores were held "under review" after test day, sometimes for months, and some of those holds end with LSAC formally challenging the score.
When that happens, LSAC gives you three choices:
1. Cancel the score and get a refund and S mark
2. Take a private, in-person retest at a Prometric center, where your new score has to land within a set range of your original (undisclosed) score for the original to stand
3. Contest the decision through arbitration or court
I'm trying to get a rough sense of how common this is, how people are handling it, and whether it's happening more to test-takers who had accommodations. If you've taken the LSAT in the past year, please vote. It's anonymous and takes two seconds. The "not held" votes matter just as much, because they're the comparison that shows whether one group is being hit harder than another.
If your score was held or challenged, it would really help if you'd copy this into a comment and fill in whatever you're comfortable sharing:
Test date / remote or in-person:
Accommodations (if any):
Reason LSAC gave:
How long the hold lasted:
Did LSAC give you its evidence when you asked?:
Which of the 3 options you chose (or "still deciding"):
If you retested, did your score fall in range?:
Thanks, and good luck to everyone waiting.

155 lsat and 3.48 gpa… when i did running start my gpa sucked but at university i had a 3.78. Any ideas for any online programs ? Thinking of southwestern, seattle u, or dayton ohio. Currently a full time paralegal at a criminal defense firm and have been a legal assistant for three years prior to this. Got a LOR from my university’s criminal program chief and one of the judges i worked for at a superior court.

I am wondering if anyone has any tips for consistently scoring in the 170s? I have been able to score a 172 on PTs twice, but in between and after, I have scored in the high 160s and mid-160s. I have been studying for a long time, almost a year and a half now, and am testing next month and would really like to make this my last one.

Just venting. I’ve been doing so well on drills and practice sets of 5-20 questions with 95-100% accuracy. But when I take a full section or a PT, I’m still getting -5 or -6 per section. I’m just feeling discouraged that I’m understanding the test and it’s content more and more, but that the progress I feel like I’m making isn’t being reflected under timed conditions. Any words of encouragement? ☹️

Hey yall, I’m on the fence of just giving up and withdrawing from the November lsat.. I was practicing in the high 160s and low 170s for awhile and got a 165 on September’s test. In recent weeks though my accuracy has really plummeted especially on RC and I’m wondering if I’d be better just getting the apps in early.. any advice?
