I have already sent a reply to support with screenshots proving the transaction directly from my Pi App Mainnet wallet (showing the exact coin amount, date, time, destination address, TXID, and my Kraken Public Account ID).I was told to exclude my ticket number here, so I will send my ticket number via Modmail. Could a moderator please look out for it and escalate this to the recovery team? Thank you!

is there anybody that works in this company that actually helps people. Hacked in August 9500 stolen. I Froze my account, tried to make secure. Then there was a fee which I was not able to pay for my stolen crypto because you closed it . yes Kraken closed my account with my money in it . Currently I have two support tickets open. I get a response from probably AI and I don’t hear anything back for weeks.
I can’t get back in my account to see what’s left if anything. Can’t I just get someone to actually do something about this.

Q: I’ve looked around (and it’s been definitely over half a year since they’ve been out) but can’t seem to find any more benefits or announcements of that type. I know it tells you a rank within your level, and you can acquire points, but there is no obvious info on any additional benefits that come from this ‘rewards scheme’ type system. Even when you move up levels there is no difference at all as far as I’ve found in my experience. I was wondering if someone could help me understand this system more?

Q2: *Just to add to the above, I saw a note about certain countries having regs and a finite disclaimer that INK points are not available for the UK. I have a couple of friends across regions w restrictions as well as in the UK, and their points system seems the same as everyone else’s - just kinda a form of data summation. I’ve spoken to UK friends who have earned points and progressed levels but didn’t know they would be excluded from any earned benefits if some were introduced. Their experience seems similar to non restricted global regions despite saying excluded on site (?). Either way, other global users seem to have the exact same points experience anyway, where currently there isn’t a clear utility more just usage data for user accounts grouped by level of activity (although if points have been earned and granted for say UK and US users, if any level / point benefits become available or are already but just not clear then hopefully they would hold the same weight for both regions rather than being earned then invalidated for some users as soon as they have utility?)

I know the VIP thing exists at the very top of the ladder, but the criteria is not only based on points, so you could get to that level and it not make a difference to eligibility. If there are benefits to the levels in between or to earning points / a way they can be utilised it would be great to understand if some of us are missing the full potential. (ik they’re not monetised, but was under the impression there would be info released on the benefits of this, and the icon for them is a little present / boosts are a thing suggesting more purpose than user data)

The last Reddit post I saw about this when I googled was >190 days ago, which suggested again there would be perks to the system / info coming soon. I honestly don’t mean these questions as a critique in any way, but with the info kind fading away and (at least in my experience) finding it challenging to understand the system, I was hoping someone from the team could help me and others understand the purpose of wanting to gain + accumulate points and (other than the partially related VIP level) the benefits of level progression in between?

I'm constantly getting marketing emails saying that I qualify for this account that I already have and also told that it can be up to a $10,000 account. I am trying to figure out how to get the larger account. The app support has been no help.

​I accidentally made a deposit mistake today by withdrawing USDC from OKX to Kraken via the Monad network.

​All of my past Kraken deposits have been sent from this exact same EVM address on OKX, so all source and destination history is 100% consistent. Unfortunately, I selected the wrong network this time.

I reset my password a few months ago but now when trying to log on, its not working and my Authenticator app somehow got unpaired from kraken :(

I did a transfer on 10/11 and was told they were doing an internal review that would take up to 7 days. That ship has sailed and I have since created two tickets with zero reply at all. How are you supposed to get assistance with Kraken when they don't answer emails and the phone number listed at the bottom does not work. So frustrating!

Kraken informed me on October 16th that they will close my account and I have to withdraw all the cash in my account within 10 days. So, I withdrew all the cash in my account. There was 8000$ and I withdrew all of that in two times. First, I withdrew 4000$ on October 16th at 11.49 am. Next I withdrew the remaining 4000$ on October 16th at 1.16 pm.

Both of these withdrawals are still on hold. My account will be closed soon. Then, I will loose access to this money forever. Please release this hold on my money and send my 8000$ to my Chase savings account. I have sent several complaints to kraken regarding their holding of my 8000$, but I have not got any satisfactory reply from them yet.

I have been unable to convert ,withdraw any positions in my account since really in late July. Dont know if I need to upload anything or what the problem is and no one will tell me . The last communication I received from support was Oct 7. I had an old ticket number that was changed by the last person and generated a new number Oct. 7. Speechless .

Usually I need around 200-300k euros a month spending limit sadly krak card is max 10k a month and also very poor per transaction limit of only 6000 euros. According to the support it cant be increased at all, no manual review or kyc available.

Anyone knows if the limit increase is in scope for Kraken or there is any way to raise this?

I have been happily testing my krak card over the last year, funding it with fiat from my bank account and initially just using the krak card as a prepaid card to test that it works as it should. That worked brilliantly.
I then bought a small amount of bitcoin using my kraken trading account and transferred the BTC to my 'Everyday' account (i.e. krak card) and set it up to use bitcoin as the primary source. That worked brilliantly too.
All good so far.
I have built up some trust and am now using my krak card for day to day spending

Now I have some large payments to make related to moving house and have some bitcoin in a cold wallet to fund this.
However I am seeing many complaints about accounts being restricted due to AML being triggered by unusual activity so I am expecting some issues as the crypto in my cold wallet was funded via other exchanges about five years ago.

Is there anything I can do to have the transaction from my cold wallet pre-authorised to avoid having my account put on hold? I cannot afford to have my day to day spending restricted now that It has become my default method for payments.

I have been trying to get my money from Kraken and have made multiple attempts to resolve this through customer support.

Despite reaching out through email and other support channels, I still have not received a satisfactory response or access to my funds.

I am requesting that a Kraken Support moderator review my existing case, escalate it to the appropriate department, and provide a clear explanation and timeline for releasing my money.

On my iphone, I signed up for the free month trial. I was charged $49.99 but my account never got Kraken+. I still get the join Kraken+ free trial screen and when i click the restore button, it keeps spinning. I’ve waited since last week in hope that it clears itself but it hasn’t.
