Hi, I submitted my crypto recovery form for a missing Pi Network memo about 12 hours ago. I have already sent a reply to support with screenshots proving the transaction directly from my Pi App Mainnet wallet (showing the exact coin amount, date, time, destination address, TXID, and my Kraken Public Account ID).I was told to exclude my ticket number here, so I will send my ticket number via Modmail. Could a moderator please look out for it and escalate this to the recovery team? Thank you!

I currently have a $1,000 funded account on kraken (normal, not pro) the account has passed evaluation and received multiple payouts. I'm constantly getting marketing emails saying that I qualify for this account that I already have and also told that it can be up to a $10,000 account. I am trying to figure out how to get the larger account. The app support has been no help.

Can you confirm that your CSV zip for Spot Trades flags a false positive for viruses while attached for gmail? I created a CSV zip today and try sending a backup to my other computer and it has flagged it as a virus.

is there anybody that works in this company that actually helps people. Hacked in August 9500 stolen. I Froze my account, tried to make secure. Then there was a fee which I was not able to pay for my stolen crypto because you closed it . yes Kraken closed my account with my money in it . Currently I have two support tickets open. I get a response from probably AI and I don’t hear anything back for weeks.
I can’t get back in my account to see what’s left if anything. Can’t I just get someone to actually do something about this.
