For intensivists: What procedures are the bare minimum, and which ones are worth learning?

For those working as intensivists, what procedures do you consider essential to be comfortable performing independently? And which additional procedures would make you a more competent and versatile intensivist?

For example, central lines, arterial lines, ultrasound-guided IVs, intubations, chest tubes, etc.

What would you consider the bare minimum versus the skills that are worth learning for your own benefit and career growth?

Would love to hear your perspectives!
