Help Crayon-like stroke
Have you seen any artwork with wrinkled line art? It looks like crayon drawing...
I'd like to know if there's a way to give that wrinkled effect to the strokes.

Help Need advice on making an arc "trace" an old path
I'm trying to redraw this logo background (https://imgur.com/a/l4RP8Xf) using arcs, since the paths aren't quite true arcs. I'm trying to match the start, middle, and end points of the original paths, requiring me to change 5 of the arc's properties (Rx, Ry, ArcStart, ArcEnd, X) for every adjustment.
Is there an easier way to go about this?
I'm brand new to Inkscape and I've tried searching the internet, but I'm struggling to find useful terms. Decades ago, I used CAD in school, so my instinct is to "lock" or "pin" the end points of the arc, then adjust the remaining dimensions, but constraints don't seem to be a "thing" in Inkscape.
For those wondering why I'm trying to rebuild this, it is part of my organization's logo and I point out that it was a bit lopsided with the wrong text (not pictured), and was tasked with fixing it. Now, I'm trying to do better than "good enough", since I'm competing for promotion. The original was a CorelDraw file that was only paths, even the text.
