Torin gra-Arkha was married off at a young age to an Orc chief, an archaic title for the leaders of traditionalist Orc clans that still roam the Wrothgarian Mountains and follow the old customs. However, after accompanying her husband to Orsinium, Torin successfully sued him for a divorce under the Kingdom of Wrothgar’s laws prohibiting child marriage, securing both her and her daughter’s freedom. Through the support of charitable organizations and nonprofits, and with her exceptional talent for forging and weapon design, Tarin rose through the ranks in Orsinium Foundry and became one of the foremost experts in artillery engineering.

To celebrate Halloween, I have been drawing a new monster for every day of the month. Today is day 13, and I have drawn an Orc. I have screen recorded each of these drawings, sped them up to about 1 minute, and uploaded them to my YouTube page. Another day, another drawing! Working on my Mignola-style shadows and hatching.

Figuring out procreate. I posted the Inktober drawing elsewhere yesterday.

Orcs hordes are seasonal, emerging in spring and vanishing by winter. Why? They are the freshly born juveniles of various large Giant species. Running in packs they devour anything, plant or animal, in their path in a race to grow large fast.

They make excellent prey for dragons, only one or two will mature into their adult forms. The Tuskman here is noted for its unique jaw, which it uses to wrestle and root up plants. They are born fully formed, as compared to their parent, they are already the size of infants.
