Frank's driver's license says he was born on July 31, 1943, which means he was 62, almost 63, when he joined in the second season. And in Season 18, they kept mentioning that the twins are 50 years old, which means they were born in 1976.
By 2038, they would turn 62, and the rest is history. The show ends with the gang at 62 years old, and then you revisit the second season, where Frank turns 63 during the season.
Of course, I don't mean that seriously, even if it sounds like an unpopular opinion, but I do miss those S1 vibes!

I'm working my way through the complete IASIP on Hulu and after watching this episode, I felt the need to come here and let the world know this. The humor of course works best if you've seen all the prior episodes and know why the characters act toward each other and everyone else the way they do. But the main cast applying their 21st century sociopathic personalities to the world of 1776 is an absurdist meta-humor stroke of genius that elevates already pristine comedy to a whole other level. I wonder if we get more of this in later seasons.
I appreciate that by S4 FX was allotting the series a production budget that allowed the creation of a realistic revolutionary-era Philly. And the smash cut to closing credits after Dennis launches into the directors cut version of their bullshit story after that wonderful reverse shot of the aggrieved historical society lady is television perfection.
Do the cast-slash-writers-slash-producers visit this sub and read these posts? If they do, I hope they see this. You are all doing God's work. I've never looked as forward to watching my way through a show as this one.

Each time we see him, he’s the crazy old man, rambling gibberish (Specifically in the court episode) But now he just talks normally and coherently with no explanation?? Someone help

For a long time, Glenn had one foot out the door, dreaming of something bigger — even leaving altogether in season 13. The idea of "staying over for the whole night" to participate in juvenile antics with the gang was terrifying. But here he is, finally accepting IASIP as his home. These are his true friends.
To me, this episode is statement about longevity, artistic peace, and the beauty in making magic with your best friends.

Dennis and Dee planned to jump the Waitress. A drawing I did fairly recently.
