It's actually like the fucking deepstate government created ngenuity to make me specifically me turn into a schizophrenic cause there is just no way an adult with a software engineering degree can "accidently" make this dogshit freeze my whole fucking computer for MINUTES when I try to close it and when my computer finally snaps out of it my taskbar starts going through convulsions for another few minutes I don't even how something like that is even possible. Especially pleasant because you have to turn it off and on again like my grandfather's lawnmower to get it to "work", however, unlike my grandfather's lawnmower, it takes a double digit amount of restarts for this shit to function. AND it moves my controller from slot 1 to slot 4 so it doesn't work in most games, how, literally how, I am at a loss for words at how something like that could even occur, it just doesn't make sense. Also if I change the volume on my headphones it actually just doesn't change jack shit except switching all of my audio to my left ear for a couple seconds, again, fucking how. I can't even mad at the developers because it's honestly a little bit funny even if it is so frustrating. Not even mentioning the amount of times I have unplug and plug back in my headphones. Anyways that was just the grievances I've had with ngenuity TODAY, and I've been on my computer for maybe 2 hours (I wrote all of this while my task bar was frozen and it still is not back yet) anyways hyperx if you ever need somebody to be the only person working in qa at your company my dms are open and I want 250k a year.

So I own a Haste 2 wired version and idk why but my mouse feels floaty as hell..

I used a G102 before this, but with this mouse, I am struggling to have control over my mouse. It randomly goes out of my hand, tends to glide on its own and refuses to stay still.

Aiming on it feels shaky as hell. Is this a firmware issue or is it my skill issue ? Ive been using it for 6 months so atp I should feel used to the mouse.

I was using Cloud 3s when is compared to Cloud 2 liked more Cloud 2 sound music and movie at the end of the day i refund, in the meantime using iem.

Buyed broken second hand Cloud 2 to replace my Hyperx Cloud 2 Gunmetal, notice some difference between Red and Gunmetal version like jack, hinge, sound driver.

Fixed the Cloud 2 Red, when i tested the Red version sound slightly clear and higher probably newer model im not sure anyway i like my old Gunmetal. ( Will use Red sound drivers if my Gunmetal dies)

Cleaned parts with Isopropyl alcohol, put it back together and 5 more years to go.

So once every three weeks or so, my audio cuts out and it becomes a constant buzzing, like a guy touching a jack attached to an amplifier; that dull buzzing noise it makes. I have to restart my headset to fix it. My PC behaves completely normally aside from that, so I don't think it's to do with my PC or drivers etc. Any advice? I've changed USB port once and it happened again

So my problem is when i play games, the game sounds so hollow and weird, my clips on medal weird, but my music is perfectly fine and basically the same as my old wired cloud 2 - can anyone help me fix or change so it isnt so flat and hollow

Was all working completely fine and I come on today and just completely not working checked all settings and everything fine but doesn’t pic up any mic sound on software or even testing mic in windows settings

I recently bought the HyperX Cloud III S Wireless headset and I’ve noticed an issue with the volume wheel. When I try to increase or decrease the volume by one step, it either doesn’t respond, changes the volume by two steps instead of one, or adjusts it in the opposite direction. This happens with both the 2.4 GHz wireless connection and Bluetooth.

Now I’m not sure whether I should return them as defective and order another pair of the same model, or if this is a known issue with HyperX headsets and I’d be better off looking at other brands.

What has your experience been with the HyperX Cloud III S Wireless? Have any of you experienced similar issues with the volume wheel?

I rocked the CXF1 on Xbox from like 2019-2023 and liked them a lot. Then when I switched to mainly PC, and have been rocking open back wired headphones and a DAC. Don’t recall what/why/why but I think I tossed the CXF1s and eventually got the Msft Studio Headset. Which is trash if you’re using them on windows via Bluetooth and not the Xbox wireless connection.

I wanna get the CXF2s to use with my Xbox and my ROG XAX while docked. So I need Xbox and Windows compatibility. Is the CXF2 the one to get, or is there a better alternative?

When I plug my wired Cloud 3 headset into the rightmost USB port on my PS4 Slim—the one furthest from the disc drive—it works fine; however, whenever I turn the console off and back on, the volume level drops significantly. This issue doesn't occur with the left USB port, but with the right one, I have to unplug and replug the headset every time I turn on the console. The right USB port is otherwise functional—it reads external drives and charges the controller. What could be the cause of this?

Today, it started playing the Low Battery warning every few seconds when it was at 30% charge. Then it kept going until it reached 50%. Once it reached 60%, it plays it much more seldom, but it still does it. The headset is only a few months old.

This is the first time it's done this, usually it only does this when the headset is close to being completely out of charge. Surely this is a bug? Should I return it to the store for a repair?

Recently I've been having issues with my Duo Cast. First it started off with not letting me mute so i would reset it by holding the mute and knob down for 8 seconds until it reset. then it progressed into not being recognized at all on my computer so i would unplug it, reset my computer and plug it back in.

Suddenly this week it stopped working almost completely. It lights up when plugged in but wont mute, wont show up on device manager or in the normal windows microphone settings. I've tried almost everything from the following but not limited to:

• Turning my computer off and back on
• Trying to reset the mic itself
• Tried a new cord plugging it into different USB Ports
• Updating drivers for my computer (Doesn't show up at all on my computer)
• Unplugging it and waiting a few minutes for my computer to come on and plugging it back in
• Downloading HyperX Legacy
• Downloading HyperX NUGUITY

When i go into my device manager it doesn't show up at all

I haven't had my Microphone for even a year and am a little disappointed its been giving me so many issues. any help or advice would be appreciated.

recently i have found that my computer does not accept audio input from my quadcast 2 when i have my cloud 2 headphones plugged into the jack on the microphone itself. the vu meter on the light settings also just doesnt work at all regardless of the what audio output i use. i fear that the soundcard in the microphone has an issue that i cannot fix.

things i have done to roubleshoot this issue
-verified the quadcast was set as the input device from the windows sound settings
-verified the privacy and security access of the microphone for apps and windows
-reset windows audio multiple times while the headphones were plugged in and unplugged
-uninstalled the device then reinstalled it
-uninstalled nginuity and reinstalled it
-enabled every setting in the device properties that could allow it to be read by my computer

i recently did a bios update too for my amd motherboard if that matters at all.

please i would love some help because im at a loss at this point

For a while now I can't reliably use the spatial audio. Before the problem occured I could use NGENUITY - 8 Channel Spatial as output and I had perfect sound quality. For a while now it wasn't working properly already: sometimes there was no audio until I switched to the default "HyperX (Cloud III S Wireless)", where spatial audio isn't working, or restart NGENUITY or my pc. Does anybody know why or how to fix?

When I connect the headset via Bluetooth to my samsung phone, the volume is perfectly fine, loud, and punchy. However, when I switch to the 2.4GHz USB-C dongle, the maximum volume drops drastically. Even with both the phone volume and the headset's physical wheel turned up to 100%, the sound is way too quiet, flat, and lacks gain.

Since I bought this headset specifically to use them on 2.4ghz wireless connection on my phone for gaming, otherwise for other uses mainly bleutooth.

Has anyone found a way to solve this limit of performance ?

Not the first time this has been asked and it won't be the last but does anyone here know how to sort the dongle not working on the PS5 slim? I've tried two different USB hubs now (U green USB 3.0 one and this like vemon hub that slots into both usb-cs on the front of slim from Amazon) and neither power the dongle for me. Headset works fine on my PC
