Moderator Post r/HighEndEscorts is online, but restricted, please read below. NSFW
Here is an explainer of what is going on, and here is a nice infographic explaining some consequences to users. Many of these directly affect us, and it's important to join in with this type of protest as an industry that really relies on free online spaces in order to network and manage our safety. One of the biggest issues with this API change is the fact that moderating NSFW content will be hugely affected, and bots used for spam removal and preventing, say, people who post in hardcore porn subreddits from also commenting on selfies of underage kids in r /teenagers will be severely limited if not completely disabled. Not only this, many people who require assistive software to access reddit, such as the users of r/blind, will be totally unable to use Reddit's native app, as it is not compatible with assistive software. Reddit has promised to fix this, but their promises have hardly been kept in the past, let alone in a timely fashion, and they have given the third party apps a 30 day window to decide whether to pay millions for API access or be forced offline... with no real action on fixes for these issues on their side shown.
When I took the subreddit offline, there were talks taking place with Reddit's administrators. These did NOT reach satisfactory conclusions. The biggest issue I foresee with our community, other than the annoyance of having to increase my policing of spam, is the potential for Reddit to simply decide that hookers are not allowed here. This is kind of one step closer to that end.
Going forward
With that in mind, I have been researching alternative platforms for us to use as a backup, as I don't believe it is good to rely upon this website any longer for the entire community's needs. We have 14.8k users, and while most of you are lurking non-sex workers, this is important for those who use and read it who are peers. To head off any questions on this: no, I will not be making any new space restricted to verified users, because this is exclusionary and limits the ability of newer sex workers who don't have any connections to find us and find information that is important. There are private spaces out there, and it is up to those spaces to vet their users; they have a different purpose to this space. Do keep in mind when posting and commenting anywhere that this is a public space.
For the meantime, this subreddit is RESTRICTED. That means it is not accepting new posts, but you can comment on older threads, and maybe this will encourage people to actually search for answers instead of asking the community to do work that has already been done!! I felt that keeping us offline past the 48h was restricting access to info that might keep people safe, and that's why I put us back up.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask them here or send a modmail.

Moderator Post Taking the sub private, moderation & approved users NSFW
Hi everyone. Thanks for being here and for growing this community to its current size; I can’t believe we’re almost at 25k members! I’m really happy to see how active and healthy the discussion is here, and I hope you’re finding the community useful.
I have received a number of DMs expressing concern for off-topic posts and comments not related to high end escorting. Please keep in mind this was always intended to be a niche SW sub to serve one particular community, not a catch-all SW sub, which is what r/SexWorkersOnly is for. I have also received messages about privacy and safety concerns regarding sensitive work-related information, such as BLs and screening tools, being posted publicly.
We try to remove anything sensitive as fast as we can when it’s flagged, but obviously clients lurk here and can screenshot anything they like. We also remove dozens of client, tourist, spam, BL-related and off-topic posts and comments every day. We have banned hundreds of troll and client accounts from the sub. If you see something that you feel does not belong, including off-topic posts and comments as well as client nonsense, please report it and we will deal with it.
Ever since r/SexWorkersOnly went private, I have been debating doing the same for this sub. We took a poll on this over a year ago which was divided down the middle with a small majority for staying public, and would like to gauge the temperature of the community on this now, especially from active contributing members. The major reason for a sub to stay public is to grow, and as its creator I am less interested in growing it than I am in maintaining a safe, comfortable environment for us away from prying eyes.
If we go private, which I personally think will create a much safer, more comfortable environment to discuss sensitive topics, then all members must be approved. If you do not have flair, you have not been added as an approved member. Only approved members will be able to view and post in the sub. If you are not approved, you will not be able to view or post in the sub.
We are currently catching up on prior flair requests. If you would like to be added as an approved member in advance of the sub potentially going private, please submit a flair request. Please bear with us as we catch up on the backlog.
If there is some reason you can’t or do not want to request flair but would like to be an approved member, comment your username on the flair request post. Your approval will be based on your comment and post history. If we deem that you are a client or SW tourist based on your comment and post history, or if we cannot verify your SW status, you will not be approved.
Questions and comments welcome! We want this subreddit to be the best possible resource it can be for our community. Thanks everyone. ❤️

Health Vaginismus, seminal plasma hypersensitivity, and queefing NSFW
Hey y’all lol. I’m looking for some advice on both how to deal with post coitus pain and queefing, as the title suggests.
For context, I have to deal with my vaginismus and pelvic floor dysfunction in my day to day pretty often. Sex always hurts during and after due to vaginismus, my pelvic floor is so fucked up now I’m dealing with urinary incontinence. It seems to be a mix of some trauma responses from childhood and a byproduct of my connective tissue disorder (I talk to my PCP about this often). I also have seminal plasma hypersensitivity, AKA semen allergy, so this contributes quite a bit to the burning and pain in some cases.
So obviously I am pretty tight during the act itself. Both in my personal and professional life, it drives me a bit crazy. Mostly just because it leads to very quick endings, which is quite annoying in my personal, and CAN be nice during a booking, but can also suck, iykyk. The pain afterwards is likewise frustrating, my puss will feel like it’s on fire for up to a couple hours afterwards. I’ll be shifting around on the drive home because it hurts to even sit down.
And for the guys with more stamina, when my PFD flares, I keep having bookings where I can’t stop queefing lol. Switching positions can be pretty common during bookings compared to regular sex. When guys pull out lately she keeps talking. I’m not a very shy person but I just don’t know how to deal with it in the moment when it keeps happening while a guy is fucking me. I’m just looking for advice from any girlies who also deal with any of this lol! Managing pain during and after mostly. Thanks ladies!

Styling & Appearance Best time of year for breast augmentation and other implant questions NSFW
Hi!
I am currently 5'4 120 lbs and have natural breasts, somewhere between an A and B cup. I have mostly lower pole fullness and am looking to fill out the upper portion of my breast while giving them a more lifted and round appearance, but not balloon like.
What time of year do you think is the best time to get implants?
When do you go back to FS?
How bad was the recovery?
The scarring is what I am most worried about, especially since I want a lift. How bad did yours end up being?
Did this change your income for the better? I worry I may lose clients. I've had clients tell me to never do anything to my breasts. I just feel I'd be more confident if they were fuller and perkier.

Marketing & Branding Recent profile review NSFW
Edit: I am not the modern girlfriend writing this I have watched all of her different posts on the topic and it got me curious with a question of my own so I decided to post.
In light of the most recent profile review post I am now curious about the different goals and outcomes of escorting. The modern girlfriend’s comments say she’s not prioritizing traditional escorting but rather wants consistent men who will provide for her and essentially wants to follow in the foot steps of Bella banks, Adelyn Moore/Ada Hopper, Caroline Kelly, and Meida Marek (who she referenced in her comments). So why does it work for them and the modern girlfriend is looked as dreaming for wanting to go down a similar path? Is it mainly just because she’s launching a new unknown brand with lackluster marketing?

Vent Clients getting too comfy NSFW
I’m curious how other providers handle clients who gradually start treating you more like a girlfriend than an escort, especially when they’re otherwise sweet and respectful. Am I crazy for feeling this way despite marketing as a GFE companion?
For context, I don’t even know if I’d consider him a regular yet, as he’s only booked me twice, although both bookings were within a relatively short period. Both were three-hour dates at his residence. He cooks for me, our time together has always been pleasant, and he’s opened up quite a bit about his past relationships and personal life. He’s divorced, lives alone, and has even described me as his “therapist” before. I get the impression that he’s lonely, which I can empathize with.
After our first date, he started sending casual texts unrelated to bookings. Initially, I didn’t mind because they weren’t particularly frequent, and I’d occasionally respond. However, the communication gradually increased, especially around our second date and afterward.
During our second date, he made a comment about how one of his biggest fantasies involving me was the possibility of what we have being “real.” That made me uncomfortable because, respectfully, we’ve spent a total of six hours together. He doesn’t actually know me outside of our dates.
He’s also started suggesting what types of photos I should post next, which, admittedly, really annoyed me. I can’t even fully explain why. Something about it felt like a subtle sense of entitlement or an increasing level of familiarity that I never really invited. But I also question whether I’m being unnecessarily irritable because, objectively, making a suggestion isn’t inherently disrespectful.
I’m generally not someone who texts much outside of arranging bookings, answering brief questions beforehand, or occasionally chatting shortly afterward. Since our second date, I’ve gradually stopped responding to his casual messages altogether. I’d rather not encourage an expectation of ongoing communication.
Here’s where I feel conflicted. Sometimes I feel guilty for being annoyed because he’s genuinely sweet. He hasn’t been aggressive, demanding, or explicitly disrespectful. At the same time, I’m an escort, not his girlfriend or therapist, and I don’t want to feel obligated to provide ongoing emotional availability between dates.
I also recognize that my irritation is mine to manage. Rather than allowing relatively harmless messages to occupy so much emotional space, I can simply choose not to engage.
For those who’ve experienced something similar, do you let your lack of responses communicate your boundaries, or do you explicitly address expectations around communication? At what point does harmless friendliness start feeling like an expectation of unpaid emotional availability?

Client Management Younger clients NSFW
Half my requests come from clients younger than 35 years old. I’m almost mid 30’s, I advertise as early 30’s. My presentation is sophisticated and quite mature I think. I’m face in, but IRL I look my age, not younger.
Do you accept to see clients a bit younger than you? I’m afraid to accept the booking and for it to feel awkward once I’m there. I’m based in Europe and I feel men in their late 20’s/early 30’s look very young here.

Styling & Appearance Strange NSFW
Do some providers think the rest of us and clients can’t see or? Why do 70-80% of high-end ads $1k+ especially $2k+ have photos that are the actual girl but a completely AI generated version of her and the background usually looks generated too. These are legit providers who I remember seeing normal pics of before they started relying on AI for fake photoshoots to create an AI version of them. I can 100% tell the difference between a professionally shot photo with polished skin/edits vs. a completely AI generated photoshoot. They must think the difference isn’t too big to spot but it’s very obvious and repulsive and I’m wondering how they’re even getting business still with obviously fake photos. I assume the ones who have been at it for a while don’t care too much about attracting new clients and are fine relying on regulars who know they’re real and maybe the AI generated photos are to show regulars “updated” pics of them.
Another thing that it could be is having actual photoshoots but asking AI to make edits which always ends up making the entire photo look generated.

Arrangements Have a good arrangement but miss the life so much. NSFW
I’m in a 20k/month exclusive arrangement in a big city.
I had made escorting my life - and honesty, I miss the potential to make more money, seeing other clients (as a single woman it’s hard being exclusive), getting gifts, being pursued, feeling desired, feeling free, etc.
Again, it really sucks not having room for higher income months. It’s depressing. But a consistent 20k/month is hard to trade for uncertainty/starting from scratch.

Social Media Is it possible to still build a reputable brand when it’s nearly impossible to grow accounts on social media anymore? NSFW
It took me a year to grow my new twitter to…. Wait for it… 3,000 followers 😩 maybe I’m not trying hard enough. My instagram has the same amount of followers. Do followers even equate to having a successful brand anymore? It used to be so much easier to build a following but now it seems impossible

Advertising advice Agencies NSFW
Hey ladies! I’m based in North Carolina and looking to explore working with an agency. I’m open to traveling or relocating for the right opportunity, so I’m not limited to NC.
I’m looking for reputable agencies that have consistent bookings, good earning potential, and a solid reputation among the girls who have worked with them. I’m especially interested in NYC, DC, Miami, Atlanta, and other major East Coast markets.
If you’ve personally worked with an agency you’d recommend, I’d love to hear about your experience! I’m interested in how consistent the bookings are, what the money is really like, and whether the agency is worth working with. I’d also appreciate any advice on agencies to avoid.

Client Management When do you know it’s time to retire? NSFW
When do you know it’s time to retire?
I’ve been in this industry for over a decade, and lately I’ve been seriously questioning whether continuing to invest in my business makes financial sense.
My biggest challenge has always been developing a consistent, dependable base of regular clients. To clarify, I absolutely have repeat clientele. I have gentlemen I see every time they visit my city or every time I visit theirs, as well as others who return every couple of months or periodically throughout the year.
What I don’t have is a reliable rotation of clients booking weekly, biweekly, or monthly. My repeat business is sporadic rather than predictable, which means I’m continually relying on advertising and new client acquisition to generate income.
For years, touring has been my way of compensating for that. Historically, I’ve had some very profitable trips, but lately even touring has become increasingly unpredictable. Some trips barely break even after advertising, accommodations, transportation, and other expenses.
The part I can’t seem to figure out is my pricing sweet spot.
I’ve experimented with different rates, and the results have been inconsistent. Sometimes I lower my rates and still go weeks without a booking. Other times I increase them and suddenly generate business.
My typical two hour minimum is around $1,500, although I’ve experimented with rates ranging from $1,200 to $2,000 depending on the market. Shorter appointments are generally reserved for returning clients. I have over 12 years of industry history, an established reputation, positive reviews, and professional marketing materials.
I also want to distinguish professional photography from misrepresentation.
My goal with photography is to present my actual appearance attractively, not create unrealistic expectations. I have positive reviews specifically mentioning that my photographs accurately represent me. The absence of predictable recurring appointments does not establish that clients are disappointed when they meet me.
I’m a curvier woman who has had two children. I don’t have an athletic physique or a perfectly flat stomach, so wardrobe, lighting, and posing are important considerations in how I approach my marketing. That’s not inherently deceptive. It’s professional presentation.
Different body types, aesthetics, and target demographics benefit from different approaches. What works beautifully for one provider doesn’t necessarily work for another. I recognize that my photographs could use updating, but that brings me to another issue.
At what point does reinvesting stop making financial sense?
Professional photography, wardrobe, hair, makeup, advertising, and travel all cost money. I’m not opposed to investing in my business. I’ve done it for years. But when I’m struggling to generate consistent revenue, spending another $1,000 or more on updated marketing materials feels like a gamble rather than a straightforward business decision.
I’m also not interested in simply increasing my booking volume at any price. I’ve spent years cultivating an upscale brand, and I’d prefer to maintain a sustainable balance between my rates, workload, and overall profitability.
What I’m trying to understand is whether I’m dealing with a pricing problem, a client retention problem, a marketing problem, a geographic problem, or a business model that simply isn’t producing the returns it once did.
For those of you who have been in the industry for ten, fifteen, or twenty years:
Have you experienced periods where your established reputation and repeat clientele simply weren’t enough to sustain consistent income?
How did you determine whether your rates were too high, too low, or whether pricing wasn’t the issue at all?
How much of your monthly income comes from dependable regulars versus new clients?
At what point did you stop reinvesting in advertising, touring, or photography because the return no longer justified the expense?
If you’ve successfully transitioned away from touring or into a different business model, what actually worked?
I’m particularly interested in hearing from providers who have experienced significant changes in their business over time, rather than those who have always had a consistent rotation of regulars.
I’m not new to the industry, and I’m not looking for reassurance that success requires effort or investment. I understand that.
I’m trying to determine whether the amount of money, time, and energy I’m putting into this business is still justified by what I’m getting out of it.
At what point do you recognize that it’s time to restructure, significantly reduce your involvement, or retire altogether?
EDIT: I never said I was broke or couldn’t afford to put gas in my car. I’m half joking in regards to the way prices go up nearly every day. Rising operating expenses affect everyone regardless of income. Perhaps I was being overly dramatic in how I expressed my frustration but I’ve still grossed over $100,000 this year.
My question was never whether my business is viable. I was asking at what point you decide it’s time to close your books rather than continue accepting appointments that no longer make financial sense.
There’s a difference between having a slow year, questioning your marketing strategy, and running an unsuccessful business. I’m not sure why those distinctions are being ignored.

Vent Feeling a bit disheartened. NSFW
I recently started sex work as a companion. I did set up a profile on Tryst about...three weeks ago? Maybe two and a half. But realized that wasn't working so about one week ago, I got a website, which I put on my Tryst profile, a social media page (Bluesky), various forms of contact including a phone number.
It worked! Except for one issue.
The only people contacting me are men asking explicit requests to what to do with my mouth, who want me to suffocate them with my ass, are calling at 1 in the morning, or just hated that I wouldn't meet them within the same hour of messaging me.
I have a 2 hour minimum rule, I have an hourly rate of $500, require a 24 hour notice, and a screening process. I have no idea if I'm presenting myself as someone who isn't worthy of being taken seriously or what but it's starting to affect my confidence lmaooo like damn, am I doing something wrong?
I was very deliberate with all the choices I made and it's been disheartening. How long did it take for you to get your first inquiry vs. your first booking?

Arrangements How do I get a billionaire regular to spend more on me? NSFW
I’ve been seeing this billionaire on and off for almost 4 years. He’s married, very discreet and obviously has a ridiculous amount of money.
He currently gives me £3k per meet, and our meetings are usually very short, sometimes less than an hour. He's paid less in the past, but £3k has become our established amount. I'm now considering raising it to £5k.
The thing is, I know he can afford a lot more, but whenever I’ve asked for bigger amounts or things outside our usual arrangement, he’s been reluctant. I’ve turned down his meets a few times and he’s come back offering more, so I know he’s willing to negotiate to some extent.
He also keeps coming back to me despite having access to pretty much any woman he wants.
I do actually like him, and the chemistry is good, but I’m starting to feel like I’m not getting as much out of this arrangement as I could.
I’m thinking of raising my minimum to £5k or asking for £10k upfront towards my education in exchange for a couple of future meets.
Has anyone dealt with a billionaire who’s surprisingly tight with his money? Did you ever manage to get him to become more generous?
I’m also wondering if I’ve made a mistake by accepting the same amount for so long.
Would love advice from girls who’ve dealt with extremely wealthy men.
Should I try renegotiating or just accept that this is probably the most he’s willing to give?

Services & Pricing Black providers in Japan NSFW
I’m planning on moving to Japan for 6 months to a year on the WHV. Whether I’ll bother to have an on the record job while on that visa is neither here nor there. I am black, and I just wanted to ask whether there are any black providers there and if so, are you as successful there as anywhere else or considerably less so? Main places I’ll be spending extended amounts of time will be Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka. Will it be worth escorting there or will it be extremely difficult to make money? I don’t speak Japanese.
