I decided that I had to read the entirity of the original run before I read anything else. Which I mostly did, I read all the trenchoat brigade, the Books of Magic tie ins and half of Spurrier's before I read Milligan's run (oops) I really didnt want to, but i knew i'd run out of other works and have to read Milligan's run eventually and I didn't want that to be the last stiff I read.

The Milligan Run to me was a series of "he would not fucking do that, he would not fucking say that, he would not fucking think that." Etc. Also, in the last issue he lists a bunch of his different partners, no mention of Dani, which irritates me. I understand she was only a love interest for 28 issues but like, she was important. I personally liked her, john got along with her grandpa really well. They were a good pair. Genuinely a terrible way to end a decades long series but I'm not a writer so what do j know. God I hate Milligan. But the design for baby punk john wasnt bad.

Forgive me if I words are nonsensical, I do not have my glasses, I think my dog stole then again. And i am too sleepy to find them at the moment. :(

Also I made three versions, one with one of my favorite panels from Jenkins' run, one with the Delano omnibus, and one just using the cover of issue one.
