Resource Official Agency Ad Accounts

Hello everyone,

It’s great to be an official partner with this community, and we hope we can provide a lot of value for you all.

We’re Agency Aurora, one of the largest providers of Agency Ad Accounts for all major social platforms, including Meta - whom we are officially partnered with.

Our network includes thousands of advertisers globally, with our accounts also being resold by many other agencies. In this post, we’ll give information about what agency ad accounts are, their benefits and how you can use our services.

What is an Agency Ad Account?
Simply put, an agency account is an advertising account that has been created specifically by the business manager of a trusted, official partner agency of Meta.

These accounts are different from standard accounts you can create yourself for a few reasons:- They can receive cashback on advertising spend.

- They are trusted, and much less likely to get restricted.
- They do not have spending limits or require a warmup phase.
- You get a dedicated rep for support from the platform.
- You can get an auction advantage and cheaper results.
- An unlimited amount of them can be created by the agency.

What do we provide?
As an official reselling partner of Meta, we can provide enterprise-tier agency accounts for advertisers.
Our goal is to support all levels, from beginner to experienced marketers. And, as mentioned above, our services come with additional benefits, including:

- Low Adspend Fees
- Cashback on Advertising Spend
- Dedicated Account Manager
- No Spending Limits & Warmup Phase
- Pay Ad Spend with Card, Transfer, Wire, Crypto
- Advertise Restricted Niches & Verticals
- Special Account Structure to Prevent Bans
- Unlimited Agency Ad Accounts
- Self-Service Dashboard to Manage Accounts
- Whitelabel & Reselling Opportunities

How does it work?
When you sign up with us, you let us know what you plan to advertise and we can create the ad accounts for you. Once created, we share them with your Business Manager and you can launch your ads. If an account is ever disabled, we can issue a replacement and move your funds. Plus, you’ll always have a dedicated account manager for support.

What’s the cost?
Typically we charge $300/month for access, unlimited accounts, dedicated support, unlimited replacements etc. However, as a genuine special offer for this community, we can lower this to $150/month for the first 3 months.

We do not have a special pricing offer anywhere else and this is the only place you can secure this offer from us. If you would like to get started, you can sign up here: https://agency-aurora.com/join/facebookads

Our team is based in the UK and around the world, with support available around the clock for clients.

If you have any questions at all, we’ll be happy to help at any time, just let us know.

Help Is anyone else still getting absolutely cooked by Facebook ads?

• Upvotes

I’m in the streetwear industry, and man, I’m going through it. Mid September and October have been so bad. I keep seeing people say results are back to normal, but what the freak? I’m nowhere close.
This shit feels like a gambling machine now. You keep putting money in, hoping something hits, and barely anything comes back. I’m honestly starting to freak out.
Is anyone else still getting cooked? Especially anyone in clothing or e-commerce how have these last two months been for you?

Discussion Abysmal Q4 performance so far - anyone else?

My ads have done reasonably well all year, but as soon as October hit, it’s like a switch flipped.

Not only have sales slowed to a trickle but my AOV has been more than cut in half. Before, customers would buy 2-4 units regularly, now I may only get a sale or two a day for 1 unit each.

I’m still getting add to carts for around the same price per ATC as before, in some cases even less, but they are simply not converting.

I’m curious if this is due to Meta prioritizing large advertisers during the Q4 rush and shifting smaller advertisers to pockets of lower quality / lower intent traffic, elections taking up inventory, or something else entirely.

Is anyone else experiencing this, and does anyone have an idea as to what might be going on?

Discussion Meta needs about 50 results per ad set per week to finish "learning". Most small lead ad budgets never get there

A lot of "Facebook ads don't work for my business" posts have the same shape. Small daily budget, lead form, a few ad sets, results all over the place, a couple of edits a week. Then it gets turned off.

I went through Meta's own help pages on the learning phase, and most of that pattern is explained right there.

What Meta actually says

Every new ad set, and every ad set after a significant edit, goes through a learning phase. Meta says an ad set usually exits it after about 50 results in the week after its last significant edit.

While it's learning, Meta says delivery is less stable and the cost per result is usually higher. Results during that period "aren't necessarily indicative of future performance."

If Meta thinks an ad set is unlikely to get about 50 optimization events in that week, the status changes to "Learning limited." Their wording is that it isn't a penalty. It means the budget isn't being spent effectively with the current setup.

The math nobody does up front

50 results a week sounds small until you multiply it by your cost per result.

  • at $10 per lead, one ad set needs roughly $500 a week, about $71 a day
  • at $25 per lead, it's roughly $1,250 a week, about $179 a day
  • at $50 per lead, it's roughly $2,500 a week

Those costs are just examples, plug in your own. But if your whole budget is $20 a day spread over three ad sets, none of them is going to see 50 leads in a week. They'll sit in learning or learning limited, and the numbers you're judging them by are the unstable ones.

What counts as a significant edit

This is where a lot of budgets get burned. Meta lists these as significant edits that send an ad set back into learning:

  • any change to targeting, creative or optimization event
  • adding a new ad to the ad set
  • pausing for 7 days or longer
  • changing the bid strategy

Budget changes depend on size. Meta's own example is that going from $100 to $101 likely won't reset learning, but going from $100 to $1,000 might.

So the habit of tweaking the audience on Tuesday and swapping a creative on Thursday quietly keeps the ad set in learning forever.

What Meta suggests when you're stuck

The "learning limited" page gives five fixes. Combine ad sets and campaigns so results are pooled. Expand the audience. Raise the budget. Raise the bid or cost control if you use one. Or pick an optimization event that happens more often.

That last one matters most for small businesses. Their example is moving from purchases to add to cart. For lead gen, the same idea means optimizing for something you can realistically get 50 of a week, then judging lead quality separately.

They also warn against running a high volume of ads and ad sets, because the system learns less about each one.

How I'd set it up on a small budget

One campaign, one ad set, two or three ads. A budget that can plausibly reach about 50 of the chosen result per week, or a more frequent optimization event if it can't. No edits for a full week unless something is clearly broken. Then judge it.

If the realistic math says you can't get near 50 results a week on any event, that's useful to know before spending anything. It might mean the offer, the price per lead in your market, or the channel itself is the problem.

For those running lead ads for local or B2B clients: what optimization event do you use when the budget is small, and how do you check the leads are real?

Discussion Since meta won’t be working in Q4 what are we doing?

What are we doing instead? All my ads stopped working or get insanely high cpc or only bot traffic. Do we have any „fast“ solution / can we switch to Google or Amazon and get profitabel within 2-4 weeks?
What is your plan?

Help ChatGPT vs. Gemini for building custom bots to assist with Facebook Ads?

Hi everyone,

I’m currently in the process of creating my own custom bots to help streamline and manage my Facebook Ads workflows (from ad copy generation and audience research to analyzing performance metrics).

For those of you who have experience building or integrating AI bots into your media buying routines, which model do you think is better suited for this—ChatGPT (OpenAI) or Gemini (Google)?

I would love to hear your insights, pros/cons, or any specific recommendations based on your actual experience. Thanks in advance!

Discussion Anyone with consistently good results?

Is anyone getting consistently good results with ads? I’m only seeing lots of complaints.

If so, can you provide any tips? Should we create a new ad account?

Meta use to work for me, but I had to get a 9-5 a few months ago bc it no longer gave consistent results.

I’m looking to possibly start back, but don’t know if it’s worth it.

Bug / Outage "Verify business location" form crashes for Åland Islands (+358) – ads stop Oct 27

My Meta ad account shows a banner: no new ads after Oct 20, all ads stop Oct 27 unless I verify my business location. My business is in Åland, which is part of Finland.

The form asks me to verify "Åland Islands (Finland), +358". It crashes with "Something went wrong" as soon as I enter any phone number (typed, pasted, SMS, call or WA). The bank option loops back to the same phone screen. My business details say "Finland" and are locked. Meta's support bot says it looks like a bug but can't connect me to a person. Tried 3 browsers, 2 devices, no extensions, cleared cookies, and the app (it says to use a computer).

Has anyone in Åland or Finland hit this and found a way through? Does anyone know a route to a real person at Meta?

Discussion Did you know Facebook Page Like campaigns are still possible in Meta Ads?

Meta removed the option to create campaigns optimized for Facebook Page Likes directly in Ads Manager, but it turns out there's still a way to do it.

By using a specific campaign setup and an external tool, it's still possible to enable Page Likes optimization.

There are no guarantees about how long this will remain possible, but I haven't seen any announcement in the Marketing API changelog indicating that this functionality is being deprecated.

Here's a short video showing how it works:

Might be useful for anyone who still wants to run Facebook Page Like campaigns.

Help Difference between campaign of interaction/sales for wsp?

Launching a new product and setting up Click-to-wsp ads.

Meta gives me two options: Engagement → WSP or Sales→ WSP. On another ad account I've always used Engagement and it brings real sales, but that was with a validated winner, so now I'm wondering if the product was doing all the work and the objective didn't matter at all. Has anyone tested both side by side? Is Sales actually better or is it basically the same thing with a different name?

Discussion "Turn Off" button has now been moved under a menu... Just another stup*d update by Meta

• Upvotes

Screenshot: https://imgur.com/gallery/4OcO6nY

Literally one of the buttons we use the most, now having to mouseover a menu before clicking it, who the f*ck thought this was smart to change at Meta HQ?

If you manage 1 ad account I understand this may feel dramatic, but when you manage 100+ client accounts, this is hours added every month just because of a UI change like that

Help Is my account bugged?

• Upvotes

I need help urgently.....Any new ad or campaign that i launch in my ad account stays active then suddenly goes to in review then to preparing stage later becomes active but does not even spend a dollar/rupee. The most confusing thing is I have an old campaign which keeps delivering and gets proper spend without facing any issues...it's so confusing i have tried everything. I even added a new ad and ad set to this winning campaign but right after I add, it delivers for 10 minutes then suddenly goes back to preparing then back to active but stops spending money in the new ad/ad set...but delivery shows active. If anyone knows anything about this please help me. I am distressed, I am not able to test new creatives, campaigns or ad sets everything just stops spending money but status shows active...and talking to support is of no use..... please help 🙏

Help Should I Continue Testing This Product or Kill It? Looking for Data-Driven Feedback.

• Upvotes

Hi everyone,

I'm currently testing a product for my e-commerce business and would appreciate some honest, data-driven feedback from experienced media buyers, performance marketers, and e-commerce founders.

Product: GearUP AVP-63 Automatic Voltage Protector
Product Price: ৳890
Market: Bangladesh
Campaign Objective: Sales

📊 Current Meta Ads Performance

  • Ad Spend: $7
  • Landing Page Views (LPV): ~300
  • Add to Carts (ATC): 10
  • Purchases: 0
  • Cost per Landing Page View: ~$0.023
  • Cost per Add to Cart: ~$0.70
  • LPV-to-ATC Rate: ~3.33%
  • ATC-to-Purchase Rate: 0%

🤔 The Main Question

Should I continue testing this product, reposition the offer, optimize the funnel, or kill it?

I'm trying to understand where the actual problem might be:

  1. Product-Market Fit: Is there enough demand for this product in Bangladesh?
  2. Offer & Pricing: Is the product's perceived value strong enough to justify the price?
  3. Creative Strategy: Do I need better product demonstrations, UGC-style content, or stronger problem-solution messaging?
  4. Landing Page & Trust: Could unclear product information, delivery charges, warranty/return policies, or a lack of trust be preventing purchases?
  5. Checkout Friction: Are customers adding to cart but dropping off because of COD concerns, unexpected costs, or other barriers?
  6. Decision Framework: What data or minimum testing threshold would you use before deciding to scale, reposition, or kill this product?

I understand that $7 in ad spend and 10 Add to Carts are not enough to draw a definitive conclusion. I'm not looking for a simple “keep testing” or “kill it” answer.

I want to learn how experienced marketers diagnose the real bottleneck, validate their hypotheses, and make decisions based on evidence rather than assumptions.

If you were managing this campaign, what would you investigate first, what would you test next, and what specific criteria would you use to make the final decision?

Any practical insights, benchmarks, or real-world experiences would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance! 🙌

Creatives or get a designer? Can people tell the difference and does that lead to lower conversion. I ask because people are so anti AI nowadays.

Discussion Not Sure I Believe in CBO Campaigns Anymore, Meta Keeps Giving Majority Spend to the Worst Ads in the Set

So recently I've noticed something strange in new campaigns I create. Say I create an ad set with 5 different ads. It seems like meta is selecting how to give ad spend almost at random, as opposed to what has the highest chance of success.

I'm also weirdly seeing it prioritize spend to static, non-video ads. This has happened multiple times in the last couple of months.

Today I had a static ad that was clearly the weakest of the bunch... then Meta proceeds to give it 60% of the budget with terrible results, all while the other ads are performing better in every way.

It seems completely random to me. I will be going back to ABO campaigns for a while for a bit more control.

Oh and this is even making sure every ad gets some spend, like 5% of the budget.

Discussion From 1.5 million€ per year to barely 120k€. Now 4 bad days in a row. From 5000€ per day to barely 150€ per day.

Insane is that I was spending 1800 euros per day and having a decent 2.5x ROAS (digital courses - teaching languages) - since Andromeda, it had been deteriorating - got better after fixing the EMQs but now it has just tanked.

So much so that I have gone from 1800 euros per day now to 180 euros per day.

I find it truly insane. Of course - the business has died so quickly - that after being in business for 10 years this year.

I have a million euros invested in the stock market where I get around 3% dividend returns - that's the only money I am living off right now which comes out to be close to 3000€ per day. I never burnt money left and right because I know a day like this would come. But still - I never thought it would come so soon.

I easily used to have a profit of 2-4k euros per day - and now I have 'made' 50€ per day the last 3 days and today a minus of 40€. Simply cannot believe that the fortunes can change so dramatically.

I have been trying other digital products / offers - absolutely nothing is working. I have a family with 2 children - what we are focusing on right now is simply reducing everything possible to the bare minimum to live till the time when something works again.

Time to rethink all the organic funnels that I never really focused on because the ads were simply working effortlessly.

All the best to all of you who are going through this. You are not alone.

The next years are going to ruin a lot of people.

Discussion Max Value vs. Max Conversion Dilemma Pt. 2

I want to run a hypothesis by you guys. I have a Max Value Campaign performing well, but underspending. $100/day budget that's spent less each day ($83.59 yesterday)

Current stats since launch (October 12) - 81 purchases at $7.64

My hypothesis is this: Duplicating the campaign, carrying over post IDs and changing strategy to Highest Volume of Conversions will increase purchases, lower CPA, and generate more revenue.

I'd run this test for 7 days, turning off the Max Value campaign to avoid overlap and cannibalization of the new duplicate. I know that 7 day test window would preserve the Max Value campaign's learnings without resetting learning phase.

Am I thinking poorly on this? Or is there any credibility to what I'm proposing?

Thanks guys!

Discussion Controversial opinion: A high-spend Meta ad account is more valuable than a Pixel.

Controversial opinion: A high-spend Meta ad account is more valuable than a Pixel.

And I know many performance marketers will disagree.
But hear me out.
A Pixel is important.
Nobody is questioning that.

What I’m questioning is the obsession with treating the Pixel as the most valuable asset in your advertising ecosystem.

Here’s why I value a seasoned ad account;

  1. Your ad account is where the execution happens.

→ Campaign structures
→ Budget allocation
→ Bidding strategies
→ Conversion optimisation
→ Creative testing all happen here

The account is where you implement your strategy and evaluate what actually works.

  1. Historical performance gives you context.

→ Years of campaign data
→ Tested creatives
→ Conversion patterns and Optimisation decisions help you make better decisions.

Your historical spend alone doesn't guarantee better delivery, but the knowledge accumulated from managing that spend is incredibly valuable.

  1. A Pixel isn't your long-term data warehouse.

It helps Meta receive website events and connect them to advertising activity.

But event reporting, attribution windows and audience-retention periods have different limitations. Don't confuse the Pixel with a permanent repository of all your customer data.

  1. Your advertising infrastructure is bigger than a Pixel.

Pixel + CAPI + accurate event mapping + a properly maintained ad account + (first-party customer data, if required)

Thats the ecosystem you should be investing in.

My point is simple;

→ Stop obsessing over the Pixel alone. Start building a stronger advertising infrastructure
→ A Pixel can be configured again
→  But the experience, testing discipline and operational knowledge accumulated while scaling an account?

Thats a different asset altogether.

Discussion Non ai ads are a huge edge right now

Ai is getting pushed so so hard right now. I don't know if anyone else has this experience but making real video ads perform exceptionally well and hold way more spend then i'd expect.

If you dumping 1,000 claude images a month into you ad account, try making a really good ad and I'd bet It will outperform all your ai ads.

Help Help thinking of giving up on ads

I run a Christian streetwear brand and products range from $49–$75, and I plan to keep the drop open for 1–3 days.
ABO has historically performed better for me, but I keep hearing recommendations for CBO with ad sets split by creative concept.
For people running clothing brands on smaller budgets:
Would you use ABO or CBO, and how many ad sets?
How do you split clothing creatives by concept without spreading the budget too thin?
Do you mix statics and videos within each ad set?
Would you separate warm audiences from cold traffic at this budget?
I have founder videos, product footage, flat lays, and photos available. Interested in what’s actually working for people with similar budgets.

Bug / Outage Q4 and 0 sales, thanks meta.

All my campaigns stopped working.

Everything died overnight, worst month ever.

There is NO point in testing new creatives as this is something outside your control.

I honestly don't know what else I can do at this point besides waiting until it get resolved.

This year this happend like 3 - 4 times since June.

Everything works for few weeks and then suddenly it stops overnight and then few weeks later suddenly performance is back.

Prior to this year, I've never had any issues.

Literally 0 sales at this pont across 2 stores.

Discussion Anyone else struggling with Meta ads lately?

Everything feels harder than it used to:

A campaign gets 8 sales one day, then just 1–2 on following days.
Results fluctuate wildly, and sometimes campaigns barely spend.
Scaling feels almost impossible.

I’m afraid to increase budgets and ruin what’s working, so I’m stuck spending less than I’d like.

What problems are you seeing lately? Has anything actually helped?
