Hey everyone,
I'm having a serious problem with Instagram and Facebook, and I really need some advice because my entire online business depends on these platforms.
I run an online business where I sell gaming accounts, game top-ups, and digital subscriptions such as Netflix. Everything was working normally until my business Instagram account was disabled. I suspect the Netflix-related activity might have triggered it, but I'm not sure.
After that, my personal Instagram account and my personal Facebook account were also disabled.
I created a new account, and after a few days, it was disabled too. Meta asked me to verify my identity by submitting a photo of my ID. I did that, and my account was restored, but a few days later, it was disabled again. My personal Instagram account was also affected.
I even tried using a different phone and creating new accounts, including accounts for my business, but after a few days, those accounts were disabled as well.
I honestly don't understand what's causing this. Is Meta linking my accounts together? Could it be related to my business activities, identity verification, device, or something else?
My main questions are:
Why are all my accounts getting disabled, even when I create new ones on a different phone?
Could selling gaming accounts, game top-ups, or Netflix subscriptions be the reason?
Is there a way to identify the exact reason for these repeated disables?
What should I do to recover my accounts and prevent this from happening again?
Should I appeal the original account's decision instead of creating more accounts?
This is seriously affecting my income because almost all my business operations and customer communication happen through Instagram and Facebook.
I'd really appreciate advice from anyone who has experienced something similar or successfully resolved this issue.
Thanks in advance!
