Well everybody. I did it, finally. I woke up today and decided I would do an attempt after my lunch. After just over an hour and 20 minutes, I have completed my solo flawless sundered doctrine.

I took your advice, I changed my build up to use queenbreaker, used the ignition build for zoetic, and kept doing what I was doing for first encounter.

I appreciate everyone's advice on completing the SF, you all helped me greatly. Yes you were right, using a rocket in SF, in hindsight (or any sight really), was not the best idea.

Long story short I have an unlimited orb Kvostov Warlock buddy build and currently have 195 grenade 100 weapons 100 super and 65 class roughly with low melee and close to 0 health. Is it worth me trying to push weapons or super past 100 to unlock the ‘enhanced benefit’ or is the difference negligible for my build? I started playing last week so I’m still a noob tbh bear with me in the replies :)

If I have acquired most of the weapons except for Helen vengeance and found verdict, would opening the door at the beginning drop those weapons for me and the chest after?

looking for any tips and advice for an (in)finite weavewalk build to crap out threadlings while in weavewalk (using anarchy/charged bolt crossbows and area denial GLs), using eye of another world and empowering rift to help slow the heavy melee drain, open to any other suggestions ive heard dawn chorus can give big big chunks of melee energy but i dont know of any scorch weapons that can tick while in weavewalk

Currently grinding competitive to get the shotgun and hand cannon and I’m also chasing Fast Talker for a good SMG.

What are the weapons and archetypes I should be chasing?

As the title says. Maybe the other question is does it only drop from the boss encounter? It feels like I have tons of everything else but the pulse isn't dropping.

In the second encounter, I can’t do nearly enough damage before dying. Titan, and I’ve been running Cuirass. Any advice on either this encounter or the next would be appreciated. Thank you!

hello all, just decided to buy destiny 1 plus the two expansions and was just wondering how much the game has changed and what all a new player could do to get a solid start? i played probably like 8 years ago but i was much younger and payed less attention😂

While Bungie took us into the Fate Saga with The Edge of Fate and the Nine i always felt like the death of the Witness left a massive narrative door wide open. What if the Witness's death didn't just end the Light and Dark saga—what if it tore a hole into a mirror universe?

My idea: When the Witness died, it tore a rift in reality. Through it, we see a parallel universe where Guardians never became heroes—they became conquerors. The Light was a lie there, so they drowned in the Darkness. They call themselves The Blightborn. They've enslaved entire races and and their traveler is corrupted and enslaved and now they've seen our universe. They want to "correct" it.

The Blightborn invade the EDZ. You cross the rift into a dead solar system to fight back, teaming up with a defector The climax involves fighting the Blightborn versions of our own Vanguard (Zavala, Ikora, and Cayde), forcing you to put them out of their misery to save our universe.

The Main Villain:
The First Blightborn. The leader of the blightborn A colossal, masked Blightborn who has mastered all three classes (titan hunter warlock)
He doesn't want to kill u he wants to correct us by killing or destroying the light

i really wish bungie did something like that instead of Edge of fate. Even though the live service is over i want to share this.

I’ve done the seraphs shield mission 18 times so far and have somehow only gotten a red border for the shotgun only one time. Am I just really unlucky or is the drop rate for the shotgun really low?

For context I've been playing Destiny for over a decade, I was banned before they came out and said they were going to unvault everything, after the monument of triumph update, which has only made my frustration grow. Just on Destiny 2 I've gathered over 8000 hours, I've already made an appeal and now 45 days later there has been no response, absolute radio silence. The only things different from before I was banned was that I had IDA and GameVox opened, normally I'd-ve closed IDA beforehand, but I've forgotten it before and had no issues, so I personally believe GameVox was to blame, since it's a newer gameoverlay. I doubt I'll ever get unbanned but I'm still upset, Destiny has been my main game for a long time, even through the content droughts I've been there, and now it is all meaningless.

So I’ve played Destiny since the beta and can’t tell you how bummed I was to hear it being sunsetted a few months back. And now how psyched I am to hear it’s coming back. I never really stopped playing.

I’m mainly a lone wolf so I’ve come to the conclusion that I’m probably missing a third of the game. But hey, that’s ok. This game is massive. And love that there’s so much to see and do.

I just wanted to come on here and share that I just learned about the exotic quest from Moment of Triumph. Somehow I totally missed this. Must’ve been too bummed at the news. Anyways, I was able to solo it today and still can’t get over how this game just keeps giving. Anyone else feel like this at all?

Console players (specifically Xbox if that matters) what are your thoughts on Destiny’s sensitivity settings? I have never been able to find settings that feel good, no matter what I do my micro adjustments feel extremely sluggish. Is there a setting I am missing? For reference I used to play Apex and loved the feel of the linear response curve, any way to replicate that on Destiny console?

I have seen lots of people running with this SMG. Anyone know how I can get it. Thanks

one member of my fireteam got stuck in the Darkness screen after a wipe, for shit and giggles we did the encounter with him stuck there, and to our surprise the darkness screen for him was registering our damage in real time.

I’m jumping back into the game after a 4-year hiatus. It feels like there are so many expansions I’ve missed. Should I get the latest one? All of them? None of them? What are the mainline missions I should be playing? I haven’t been in this thing since forsaken

I gave clan founder status to another active player in my clan so I could leave to join another clan for clan triumph runs (our clan doesnt have enough active members). When i rejoined my old clan the founder was unable to promote anyone they only had the option to demote to beginner. They werent even able to promote another admin only demote. We have tried using the companion app but same thing and we cant seem to promote thru the website as it doesnt have an option to promote ppl. Is there a wait period for new founders to promote ppl.

Playing on Steam with the SteamFix. When playing any other activity (Gambit, campaign, patrols, strikes, etc) there is no issue whatsoever in Destiny 2. However, if I do a solo ops it WILL disconnect me every single time without fail and give this error.

I always know ahead of time it will happen because the enemies will stop moving and stop taking damage for 10 seconds and then booted.

What the actual hell is wrong with the servers? Cause Destiny 1 on PS5 also has nothing but issues. No other games have any problems.

I’m a returning player from years ago and had to start a new account. I got a hunter and titan up to 460 so far but I was looking to do VoG raid and I can’t find the legends tab to get into it. Also looking for a sherpa to help me get through it first time.

I'm a controller player and always have been. Back in D1, I used to be absolutely cracked with NLB. In fact, I remember having skirmish matches (3v3) where everyone left the match except for me and the other NLB user on the other team. It felt so good to use but now it doesn't.

I think it needs a change. Like, I don't know what it is, maybe I'm going insane (possible), but has anyone else felt this about NBL now? I feel like I have to hard scope down lanes to get a kill in PvP and I'm pretty good with a sniper. Just not this NLB for some reason.

Recently picked up destiny and can't find a conclusive answer to a query. So I joined FWC faction to unlock tier 3 legendary weapons did so within 4-5 days topped up with donations. I now want to join another faction and do the same so I left the FWC faction. How soon can I now join another faction?I realise you can only change once per week but does it take into account the 5 days so 2 days left.Or is there a certain day I can do this or do I now have to wait a full week from leaving the previous faction?Thanks for any help!

Well everybody. I nearly had it. I was this close. I was on the 2nd last DPS of Kerrev on my flawless, the third time id made it there. I was using a truth set up, you know what killed me?

I shot one of his PROJECTILES right in front of me. One of his bullets. It blew up in my face and ended the best SF run so far.

Words cannot describe what I am feeling. Why, on EARTH are enemy bullets able to blow up my own rockets?? Anyway how are you guys.

I've come back after walking away back in 2021, so I'm still getting some feel for the new Armor 3.0. Up until Stasis was available, I pretty much split my time between Void and Arc. Sorry, I hate playing Solar 'lock.

I've got a question on the Voidlock. My favorite armor was Nezarec's Sin. I'd combine that with overcharged Axion Bolts plus Cataclysm Nova Bombs and it was brutal. Didn't get as many kills, perhaps, but that was because I was tanking on the big guys. :-)

This brings me to my question...

I did an infuse on my old Nez and it is still giving me a brutal build. However, Xur has the new version and I have the Strange Coins. Is it really worth it to get the new version? I did some searching and couldn't find much discussion on it. So, if you play a Void'lock regularly, what are your thoughts?
