What subscription do I need for manga? I have Vizio fan subscription is the super fan the correct one?

I've tried to watch Princess Jellyfish in Japanese with subtitles in English, but there are a lot of problems with it: they get delayed, they sometimes rush phrases to catch up with the characters, they glitch... And the worse of all...

Tsukimi's thoughts are sometimes not subtitled at all. Tsukimi talks with herself and the audience a lot, so... why arent they subtitled? Sometimes, even full conversations dont get subtitled at all, maybe a part of them does.

Then, you try the english dub with subtitles and things get worse. Tsukimi's name gets subtitled as "Zuccini" or "Kimmy", they are also delayed, with a lot of mistakes with what the characters are saying...

I love this anime but its so hard to follow it because 50% of the time I have to guess what they are saying by context.

I purchased the ₹99/month plan and the payment was successful, it's been hours and I'm still seeing this! Is there any way to contact them? I've never used crunchy before so idk what went wrong or whether it's an usual issue.

with you and the rain ep 1 is missing the English subtitles. if I switch the language they appear. everyday it’s something new with cr.

Im trying to watch the second season of Witch from Mercury but past the first episode the english subtitles just arent there anymore. The English CC is there is I switch audio to english but I would heavily prefer to watch the show in Japanese.

Any known fixes or do I just report this and hope for a fix soon?

EDIT: Automod let me know how to report this directly to crunchyroll, which is great cause I couldn't find the report button on their website. Support team says they're working on it, hopefully fixed soon.

This is my first post to reddit, just felt like i had to share this.

My info got compromised in some way, idk how. Anyway. My account was hooked up to my old mail, one that i rearly use. So i just happened to check it this evening and saw that i had over 100+ emails from Crunchyroll that said i was logging in on new devices from all around the world, mostly south america and mexico. I was pretty stunned.

When i logged in to my account there were new profiles with pin codes on them. I had to delete all the profiles and 10 years worth of chunchylists/watchlists. That was pretty sad for me to do.

I have noe changed my password and updated the email to the one i currently use. So everything is fine! This post is just a kind reminder to secure your info.

FYI: i have shared my account to others before, like my sister and some close friends. And none of us lives in south america haha.

I just upgraded to get Manga and it doesn't seem to save my progress. I'm on ios. There isn't a bookmark feature that I can find and I will cleanly exit the book and go back to the shelf but if I go back in a few hours later, I pickup near the beginning of the book.

Any suggestions?

Just thought I'd let people know that Sailor Moon Ep1-200 Sub and Viz Dub is now on Crunchyroll in Australia!

The way that One Piece has its specials mixed throughout the series is super inconvenient and hard to find any of them. Does anyone have a list of where they are within the show’s structure?

Whenever the characters are texting the subtitles appear in a black font, making it really hard to read.

Somehow it looks worse in person than the picture. Is there a fix to this?

I’m from Latin America, and today I wanted to watch Lucky Star, but I noticed that the Spanish subtitles have disappeared also, the only languages still available are English and Portuguese

Is this a common issue on the platform or is it a recent and permanent change?

So this started happening to me a few days ago.... The audio will say English, but it's Japanese? Okay, then I go to audio settings and it says it's on English, but I'm hearing Japanese? So then today I go down to Dropbox and I pick Spanish, so that'll work but then when I go back to the audio settings, it still says it's on English.... So it won't let me click. English audio.. what gives? I'm about to cancel my membership and just watch online sites so I can actually listen to the language I want. Now don't get me wrong. I normally do like Japanese audio. But when i'm doing homework/work i like to put it on English so I can focus on what I'm doing. And listen to the anime. How do I fix this?

Im trying to watch dragon ball super: beerus, but english subs are not showing theyre only showing the language of my country and translation to it sucks so i always watch in english subs, i changed it to english in settings but its still not showing idk what im doing wrong i just subscribed, anyone encountered such issue?

I have two different LG TVs from 2019 and 2021 and both have the same issue no matter what I do (delete and reinstall, unplug the tvs to reset etc) if I go to the Watchlist it says "check your connection and try again WCP-UN-Q. I do NOT have this issue if I use Apple TV set top box instead of my LG's built in app

I was just wondering what country most of the Cruchyroll members are anime fans from? Personally, I'm Thai.

Does anyone know the shows included in the swag bag categories? I'm split between Action and Fantasy but not sure which shows are actually included, you used to just select the show you liked but now it's left pretty vague and curious what others have gotten or if there's a list somewhere I've missed.

When I first started watching Yu Yu Hakusho it was in 4:3but now for some reason it’s either stretched or cropped to 16:9 and this isn’t a tv issue as both of the places I’ve watched it on were the same

i really want to watch this anime, and episode 1 had them fine and i checked the other episodes too. but for some reason, only italiano subtitles are showing for episode 2 and nothing else. i tried everything, logging out and in, trying other devices, and even clearing cache. it’s clear this is a glitch but it’s very annoying, i feel like i have to skip over an entire episode just to enjoy it. how lame.

Recently watched the ghost stories dub, but it has subtitles that won’t go away. And the subtitles aren’t for the dub, they’re for the sub. They’re yellow, unlike the normal white ones, is there any way to make them go away or are they actually burned in?

Is anybody else experiencing out of sync with the English dubs ?

When I press A to pause it takes me back to the episode select screen. I just want to have a word…

Why S1 of Kaguya-sama is not here ?

So I’ve been subscribed for a year now (my year mark was in September) I was wondering when Crunchyroll usually sends the email about your swag you get for being subbed to highest tier? Probably a dumb question but i figured it wouldn’t hurt to ask

It claims that there is an English job available, but even when I said it to English, it still only plays Japanese audio.

Is anyone else who has gone back to try to watch the dub having this issue?

I have seen this across multiple shows now where French Dub is available but then there is no option to select French when I start watching the show.

Am I being a fool or should I be seeing the option. I am assuming there is a geographical issue with it since im in the mid west but that wouldn't make much sense to me.

Let me know if anyone has a solution to this id really like to watch my favorite shows in French Dub.
