Im trying to watch dragon ball super: beerus, but english subs are not showing theyre only showing the language of my country and translation to it sucks so i always watch in english subs, i changed it to english in settings but its still not showing idk what im doing wrong i just subscribed, anyone encountered such issue?

This is my first post to reddit, just felt like i had to share this.

My info got compromised in some way, idk how. Anyway. My account was hooked up to my old mail, one that i rearly use. So i just happened to check it this evening and saw that i had over 100+ emails from Crunchyroll that said i was logging in on new devices from all around the world, mostly south america and mexico. I was pretty stunned.

When i logged in to my account there were new profiles with pin codes on them. I had to delete all the profiles and 10 years worth of chunchylists/watchlists. That was pretty sad for me to do.

I have noe changed my password and updated the email to the one i currently use. So everything is fine! This post is just a kind reminder to secure your info.

FYI: i have shared my account to others before, like my sister and some close friends. And none of us lives in south america haha.

Im trying to watch the second season of Witch from Mercury but past the first episode the english subtitles just arent there anymore. The English CC is there is I switch audio to english but I would heavily prefer to watch the show in Japanese.

Any known fixes or do I just report this and hope for a fix soon?

EDIT: Automod let me know how to report this directly to crunchyroll, which is great cause I couldn't find the report button on their website. Support team says they're working on it, hopefully fixed soon.

I just upgraded to get Manga and it doesn't seem to save my progress. I'm on ios. There isn't a bookmark feature that I can find and I will cleanly exit the book and go back to the shelf but if I go back in a few hours later, I pickup near the beginning of the book.

Any suggestions?

Just thought I'd let people know that Sailor Moon Ep1-200 Sub and Viz Dub is now on Crunchyroll in Australia!

Whenever the characters are texting the subtitles appear in a black font, making it really hard to read.

Somehow it looks worse in person than the picture. Is there a fix to this?

I’m from Latin America, and today I wanted to watch Lucky Star, but I noticed that the Spanish subtitles have disappeared also, the only languages still available are English and Portuguese

Is this a common issue on the platform or is it a recent and permanent change?

So this started happening to me a few days ago.... The audio will say English, but it's Japanese? Okay, then I go to audio settings and it says it's on English, but I'm hearing Japanese? So then today I go down to Dropbox and I pick Spanish, so that'll work but then when I go back to the audio settings, it still says it's on English.... So it won't let me click. English audio.. what gives? I'm about to cancel my membership and just watch online sites so I can actually listen to the language I want. Now don't get me wrong. I normally do like Japanese audio. But when i'm doing homework/work i like to put it on English so I can focus on what I'm doing. And listen to the anime. How do I fix this?

If you were to get the base plan (fan plan) it says you can stream on a total of 1 device does that mean for the whole account or just on that profile? Confused about that because the Mega fan plan says you can stream to 4 devices at a time.

I have two different LG TVs from 2019 and 2021 and both have the same issue no matter what I do (delete and reinstall, unplug the tvs to reset etc) if I go to the Watchlist it says "check your connection and try again WCP-UN-Q. I do NOT have this issue if I use Apple TV set top box instead of my LG's built in app

I purchased the ₹99/month plan and the payment was successful, it's been hours and I'm still seeing this! Is there any way to contact them? I've never used crunchy before so idk what went wrong or whether it's an usual issue.
