Over twenty in the same second all from different locations

I haven't been able to access download settings for over a month, I used to have the choice to select download quality, download over cellular and such, now it's just gone?

Lord of Mysteries

So I'm like 10 minutes into the first episode of Lord of mysteries, english dub, and I'm amazed by the animation and dub! I love the transition to the english accents! And the pipe transition from the mouse to the city! Amazing so far and loving it!

This is my first post to reddit, just felt like i had to share this.

My info got compromised in some way, idk how. Anyway. My account was hooked up to my old mail, one that i rearly use. So i just happened to check it this evening and saw that i had over 100+ emails from Crunchyroll that said i was logging in on new devices from all around the world, mostly south america and mexico. I was pretty stunned.

When i logged in to my account there were new profiles with pin codes on them. I had to delete all the profiles and 10 years worth of chunchylists/watchlists. That was pretty sad for me to do.

I have noe changed my password and updated the email to the one i currently use. So everything is fine! This post is just a kind reminder to secure your info.

FYI: i have shared my account to others before, like my sister and some close friends. And none of us lives in south america haha.

So I'm trying to watch anime in Spanish to learn the language better and wanted to have the Spanish subtitles on at the same time to follow along easier.

The dub works fine, but when I select the Spanish subtitles nothing happens.

Does anyone know what I might be doing wrong, or how I could fix this?

Thanks in advance for any help!

Crunchyroll does not provide English subtitles for Fullmetal Alchemist 2003, nor can I change the audio from Japanese to English to cater the no subtitles. It offers subtitles in practically every other language besides English, like come on! What am I supposed to do about this?

I purchased the ₹99/month plan and the payment was successful, it's been hours and I'm still seeing this! Is there any way to contact them? I've never used crunchy before so idk what went wrong or whether it's an usual issue.

Im trying to watch the second season of Witch from Mercury but past the first episode the english subtitles just arent there anymore. The English CC is there is I switch audio to english but I would heavily prefer to watch the show in Japanese.

Any known fixes or do I just report this and hope for a fix soon?

EDIT: Automod let me know how to report this directly to crunchyroll, which is great cause I couldn't find the report button on their website. Support team says they're working on it, hopefully fixed soon.

Hello all,

I was watching Ouran High School
host club anime,

I tried watching it on both ipad and my new smart TV and both have the same issues where the subtitles are delayed about 15 seconds which is super annoying.

I’ve tried all of the troubleshooting tips including installing and uninstalling Crunchyroll.

I watch mostly dubbed anime but still like subtitles

What is going on with Crunchyroll ?

with you and the rain ep 1 is missing the English subtitles. if I switch the language they appear. everyday it’s something new with cr.

If you were to get the base plan (fan plan) it says you can stream on a total of 1 device does that mean for the whole account or just on that profile? Confused about that because the Mega fan plan says you can stream to 4 devices at a time.

Just thought I'd let people know that Sailor Moon Ep1-200 Sub and Viz Dub is now on Crunchyroll in Australia!

What subscription do I need for manga? I have Vizio fan subscription is the super fan the correct one?

I just upgraded to get Manga and it doesn't seem to save my progress. I'm on ios. There isn't a bookmark feature that I can find and I will cleanly exit the book and go back to the shelf but if I go back in a few hours later, I pickup near the beginning of the book.

Any suggestions?

I've tried to watch Princess Jellyfish in Japanese with subtitles in English, but there are a lot of problems with it: they get delayed, they sometimes rush phrases to catch up with the characters, they glitch... And the worse of all...

Tsukimi's thoughts are sometimes not subtitled at all. Tsukimi talks with herself and the audience a lot, so... why arent they subtitled? Sometimes, even full conversations dont get subtitled at all, maybe a part of them does.

Then, you try the english dub with subtitles and things get worse. Tsukimi's name gets subtitled as "Zuccini" or "Kimmy", they are also delayed, with a lot of mistakes with what the characters are saying...

I love this anime but its so hard to follow it because 50% of the time I have to guess what they are saying by context.

So this started happening to me a few days ago.... The audio will say English, but it's Japanese? Okay, then I go to audio settings and it says it's on English, but I'm hearing Japanese? So then today I go down to Dropbox and I pick Spanish, so that'll work but then when I go back to the audio settings, it still says it's on English.... So it won't let me click. English audio.. what gives? I'm about to cancel my membership and just watch online sites so I can actually listen to the language I want. Now don't get me wrong. I normally do like Japanese audio. But when i'm doing homework/work i like to put it on English so I can focus on what I'm doing. And listen to the anime. How do I fix this?

Whenever the characters are texting the subtitles appear in a black font, making it really hard to read.

Somehow it looks worse in person than the picture. Is there a fix to this?

I’m from Latin America, and today I wanted to watch Lucky Star, but I noticed that the Spanish subtitles have disappeared also, the only languages still available are English and Portuguese

Is this a common issue on the platform or is it a recent and permanent change?

The way that One Piece has its specials mixed throughout the series is super inconvenient and hard to find any of them. Does anyone have a list of where they are within the show’s structure?

Does anyone know the shows included in the swag bag categories? I'm split between Action and Fantasy but not sure which shows are actually included, you used to just select the show you liked but now it's left pretty vague and curious what others have gotten or if there's a list somewhere I've missed.

I have two different LG TVs from 2019 and 2021 and both have the same issue no matter what I do (delete and reinstall, unplug the tvs to reset etc) if I go to the Watchlist it says "check your connection and try again WCP-UN-Q. I do NOT have this issue if I use Apple TV set top box instead of my LG's built in app
