trying to join cricket for the iPhone 16e deal for $9 but it says it’s only eligible with the full price after putting number in. What would be the problem?

I tried switching from Cricket to another carrier because I believed my phone was unlocked. It wasn't unlocked and I wasn't able to switch carriers. I contacted the new carrier and got an account reference number and transfer pin to switch back to Cricket. I went to the Cricket store and they told me I'm in limbo at the moment and it will be 1 week minimum before I can switch back to Cricket but it might be faster if I called the customer service number. I called, the representative didn't seem to know what to do, said she was going to talk to a supervisor and hung up.

Has anyone else dealt with something like this? Any idea when I'll be able to use my phone again?

Husband is a Cricket customer and he needs a new phone. If I buy this Walmart deal which is half the price of the phone alone, put service in my name then after the month of service runs out can we switch his service to the A17 5G? If so how do we go about doing it?

I am in Italy and have not been able to call or text. I went to the cricket store in person and had them put the Cricket Passport on my plan. $10/day for unlimited data.

It’s been 2 days and i can only call or text when I’m at the hotel on their WiFi.

It says i have 3 bars (which is more than i have at home) so I don’t think it’s general lack of towers in the area.

Everyone in the group with Verizon has been fine.

i have to wait until tomorrow to call them because customer service is closed on Sundays.

this is partially a vent but mostly wondering if there is anything I can do on my end do make this work?

I’ve been working as a sales advocate for a Cricket authorized retailer (Rymco LLC to be specific) for about 5 months now, and I’ve consistently exceeded my sales goals (I usually double my expected metrics every month). I also have almost 6 years of previous retail experience, including inventory management and training employees.

My current store manager recently put in his notice, and he’s been encouraging me for months to take his position someday. I reached out to our district manager about being considered, and he immediately scheduled an interview. I feel like the interview went really well! He seemed impressed with my answers, gave me positive feedback, and said he’d get back to me within a week. He did mention he’s interviewing two other candidates, though.

My current manager seems pretty confident that I’ll get the position, but I’m trying not to get my hopes up too much, especially since I haven’t officially been a manager before.

For those who have worked at Cricket, does it sound like I have a pretty good shot? Has anyone here been promoted to store manager after only a few months with the company? I’d love to hear your experiences!

I start Monday and my welcome email has the link to the attuid portal and also a link to order uniforms. It won’t let me do either of those today. Am I supposed to have a shirt or uniform the first day?

I've been paying for my mom's Cricket cellphone for a couple years, monthly automatic deduction. A couple months ago I forgot to update the new expiration date of my card with them so the payment declined. I called to update the payment method and was charged a "reactivation fee." They also disenrolled me from automatic payments, so the following month she also got disconnected, and once again I was hit with a "reactivation fee" which I refused to pay. I made sure to definitively set up automatic payments again. I made an account on the website, updated and paid with my card, and saved my card for this month. I even logged out of the website and back in again to make sure my card was saved. Guess what happens today? No automatic payment, my mom gets a text that her phone is disconnected and that there will be another reactivation fee. I log into my account and see that my payment info that was absolutely saved last month and enrolled in automatic payments is nowhere to be found. The amount of time I have had to wait to talk to a real person, month after month resolving these issues- I'm just done. Closing the account tomorrow and taking my money elsewhere since apparently Cricket doesn't want it.

I desperately need help! Switched to Cricket and transferred my numbers (4) online, transfer was completed and “successful.” 2/4 numbers can send and receive calls. The other 2 cannot, every time I would dial it would say “call failed.” I have tried every single possible options there is:
- go to cricket store (he said he didn’t know how to fix that and to call 611)
- called customer service (they didn’t understand)
- did live chat (4 different support agents and 4 hours later, still nothing)
- reset network settings and phone numerous times
- toggle airplane mode on and off
- provided both IMEI and IMEI2
- deleted eSIM
- customer service emailed QR code for eSIM and nothing worked! the call still failed
- both phones up to date to latest software update

Cellular data works
Devices: iPhone 14+ and iPhone 15 **iPhone 14

Hello. Ive bought an iPhone 16e ,June this year,but activated July 11. Before activation Ive asked support via chat about unlocking policy and was assured by person named Martin that my device will be unlocked in 6 months. Yesterday I asked customer support again via chat how many days Ive left in that 6 mo period and I discovered that my phone uses new policy for 365 days active service before getting unlocked. Their support,including the Supervisor Ryan absolutely dont care what I was promised ,even I presenyed screenshots from my initial conversation and sent me away. Now Im stucked with locked phone for another 9 months,awful service and empty promises….
