I went round and round with them this summer because they missed a MONTH of pickups for a two yard bin.

Every time I called, they’d lie to me about it had been picked up or it would be picked up. One guy told me it was documented that they picked up at 230AM that morning.
The trucks don’t run at that time and I was staring at an overflowing bin.

They finally resolved it and asked me to stay. I agreed. My bad.
They missed picked up last week and didn’t notify me. Last straw.

I have now talked to 4 people and no one can just cancel my service “Willy nilly” and are saying they now only show one missed pickup in the system.

It’s damn near impossible to cancel for poor service. They said this morning that we have a service agreement in place. I have for over two years. What is this? Locked in for life? I lost it this morning.
I just need reliable service and I need this bin gone. They make us ridiculously hard to cancel even after over 12 missed pickups.

i recently applied for an "hr technician I" in co springs, and saw my application has been moved to "eligible candidate." im hopeful to get an interview, bc im dying to move out of retail management. as the title says, i have a couple of silly questions.

- i have a mildly alternative presentation, ie tattoos (coverable), minor facial piercings (nose, septum, labret), and black and white hair in chunky streaks. im comfortable removing my piercings and putting temporary brown dye over my hair to tone it down, but im curious about post-interview. i know how to dress professionally and have to for my current position, but my piercings/hair havent been an issue in this job and im wondering if it's outside of dress code for the city

- i have never had an hr position, and it seems like from the listing id be responsible for hiring paperwork, claims paperwork, and policy information. i know id be able to do this, but how can i express that im capable if im inexperienced? ive done hiring/interviewing and the sort at a retail level, but when it actually comes to issues hr has to handle, i am essentially the middleman

IF i land an interview, how can i best succeed? again, im dying for a new career path. TYIA!

Hi all! I am looking for an ortho in the Springs who does well with adults. This is a process I have been meaning to start for about a year and a half, but am finally getting into it.

I need an upper palate expander and braces. Originally, I was seeing an oral surgeon, Dr. Nathan Ringer; I had gotten approved through insurance for double jaw surgery, but ultimately decided that I do not care to deal with the recovery process.

Of course I am somewhat concerned about keeping this process cost efficient, however, I am overall looking for quality and a provider who will listen to me. Any reccommendations would be appreciated, thanks!

With the Wells Fargo Plaza foreclosure, I’m curious if anyone has speculation based on experience as to what will happen with the antlers hotel? I know we’ve all heard it could become apartments. Does anyone know if that actually might happen?

I don’t know if anyone’s looked into the OneVela building (proposed new high-rise), but it looks like it’s not gonna be built. The development firm is asking for more money from investors because they don’t think there’s a need for any more apartments downtown right now and that was like over a year ago.

I’m trying to verify if anyone saw a bus accident on Platte this morning involving a black mustang. It could have happened Saturday at 2:48 too according to the picture I was sent. But then i dealt with Apria. They supply the machines. And they are the worst.

My 2 year old husky was attacked by two dogs who got loose from the two young girls walking them tonight at the Cottonwood Creek Park at 7:30pm. She has several puncture wounds and I have two on my hand.

The girls were accompanied by their father, a Caucasian man 6'-6'3" in height who apparently works in some kind of wellness centered business from what I can remember. "John" something.

He wasn't walking his dogs, but his young daughters were. They were no older than 12yo in appearance.

There was a gray pit bull and a black and tan shepherd husky looking mix. Both over 45 lbs but under 75 lbs. Both presumably male. One named something like "Asher" "Aster". Both supposedly "well trained" yet they broke free from the girls hold only because they smelled my SPAYED dog 30 ft away and charged at us. I am enraged and I told the man that these dogs should NEVER be walked by untrained kids and especially young ones without the strength to keep them. If it could happen to me with my dog, it could happen to anybody else who walks in the evenings at Cottonwood Creek Park. This man admitted his kids walk these dogs all the time.

We did not exchange contact information. He was very hostile. He mentioned knowing every cop in the city if we wanted to get the police involved. He was even worse once my dad came to help me.

Please help me. My girl will need vet care and this man should be found. I dont think he took full accountability. A good man would have quelled the temper and offered some form of accountability. If you think you know anything about this man or have possibly seen him, two girls, and two dogs at the park, please let me know.
