While yes, it is frustrating, it is posted about constantly and doesnât bring any value to this community.
If youâre wondering why this happens: - Fries deflate. The packaging should be full when it is initially filled, but after ~5 minutes, it begins to deflate. This is just the nature of fries.
Thank you for understanding. If you have any suggestions about what youâd like to see in this community, please comment below what those are or send us modmail.

Which menu item pairs best with strippers on a smoke break?

I donât know how to fully say the title but I had my interview on 10/09/26. They sent me a text/email saying I was hired on 10/12/26. So itâs been about 5 days since I have been hired in both the text and email it said that I will shortly get an update. For all the things I need to know so I waited the first three days and nothing I looked through all my emails. Than I called them on the third day explaining it. He said that I will have the email the next day. The next day comes no email. I wait again and then I called them today asking the same thing. She says I should have it by today. Today is almost tomorrow and still no update and I doubt it will be today. Or tomorrow since it is Sunday my question is it supposed to take this long for an update or am I just getting played?

Iâm obsessed with the ranch here, but I refrigerated the extra ranch packets I had and honestly, it was not good. Is the grocery store bottled version going to be good cold? Iâm afraid of buying it and then hating it, but I know itâll need to be refrigerated

I love chick fil a, and one of the weird things that I love most at chick fil a is their jalapeĂąo salsa. It normally comes with the burrito and breakfast bowl, but I like to order it with any and all breakfast items.
This is the ONE thing that they can never seem to get right. I have basically never received an incorrect order. My sauces are always right, no matter how many I order, with the exception of salsa. I order it everytime I get breakfast, and basically every single time, it doesnât end up in the bag, despite it always being on the ticket.
Is there a particular reason for this? Is it often stored in an inconvenient location? Are employees encouraged to skip it if itâs on a ticket that isnât a burrito or bowl? Or do the locations near me just personally suck at reading salsa?

What do you guys think of the chicken strip size here? Two of them are kind of small. Wondering if I should say something vs let it go. Employee feedback in particular is appreciated

Ran across this scarf in a thrift store today. Can't find any info about it online anywhere. Anyone recognize it? Know when it was available or if it was a team member item?

So our local area, isnât exactly great pay wise compared to other fast food options, itâs about the exact same, however we are getting two more chains soon that are hiring at almost $3/hr more. Is CFA known to try to compete with that or are we just about to lose a bunch of staff?

I get wilting due to the grilled chicken, but all these brown spots and you didnât think, âhmm, maybe I shouldnât serve this to a customer.â Very off puttingâŚ

I placed a mobile order for a bag of ice, three drinks, 2 cookies, 2 brownies, and 4 ice dreams. They brought out the ice in a large bag and a cup holder with the drinks and ice dreams stacked in there. Didnât realize until later that I never got the bag with the desserts (and straws). The app wonât let me claim it (I guess itâs too many at one time?), it says to contact the restaurant but itâs been a few hours and they are closed.
Is there anything I can do?
I go to this location 1-2x week, am signature status with lifetime points of 57k. I also currently have 18k unused points just sitting there đ

Enjoy a nice early dinner dinning in at Chick Fil A, super clean and awesome service using the QR table system. While eating I notice how much disposable dinnerware trash I created. For to go, I complete understand disposables are necessary. But for dinning in, is there a way for ChickFilA to use more reusable dinnerware? For example, my kale salad could be served in a reusable bowl or provide usable utensils as an option. Just a thought while I delightfully enjoyed my Spicy Chicken waffle sandwich, if you havenât try one, do go to try one.

If someone asked that their Mac was extra burnt on top? Is that even feasible? Donât wanna come across as a Karen, but man, the burn is my fav part.
Thoughts?

Shouldn't it be the other way around as far as points per piece?

The girls wanted to be chic-fil-a drive thru workers for Halloween softball tournament. The headsets were the chefâs kiss. After the game, instead of saying, âgood gameâ while doing hi-5âs they said, âmy pleasureâ.

Got two side orders of hash browns this morning and each had only 7 pieces.
Edit: Thanks to those who suggested leaving customer feedback. I did that and received a free hash browns side as well as another choice of side.

The fast food industry has spent decades trying to make ordering a burger faster. Digital menus, mobile apps, self-service kiosksâyou name it. Now, artificial intelligence wants a turn at the drive-thru speaker. But at Chick-fil-A, the familiar âmy pleasureâ still needs to come from a human.
While McDonaldâs is testing AI-powered voice ordering at its drive-thrus, Chick-fil-A CEO Andrew Cathy says his restaurants wonât follow suit. The chicken chain isnât rejecting AI altogether, but it believes some parts of the fast food experience are better left to humans, even if technology could make them more efficient.
McDonaldâs is also defending a different kind of algorithm in court. A new lawsuit alleges its pricing-recommendation system helped coordinate higher menu pricesâa claim the company denies. The two technologies are separate, but both put a spotlight on how much control restaurants are willing to hand over to AIâand how much responsibility remains with the people using it.
Chick-fil-A calls its approach to technology âhuman plus.â The company is exploring AI behind the scenes but wonât use it to replace drive-thru order-takers, Cathy told CNBC.Â
âWeâre not gonna substitute that interaction with technology, because we feel like that hospitality is so important to create that warm environment for consumers,â he said.
