Notice how the told everyone to email [toc@virtualtalk.co.uk](mailto:toc@virtualtalk.co.uk) Virtual Talk Limited is their sister company, and public UK records show it went bankrupt and into liquidation with £2 million in debt.

By forcing you to email a dead, bankrupt company account instead of their active main company (Ampay), they are trying to bury our invoices in a bankruptcy queue where creators will get zero. Meanwhile, they protect the main money gateway.

Screenshot your dashboard or earnings before they wipe them. Keep those emails! It proves you were a creator. It may be too late but perhaps they replied and sent an invoice a week before the "attack" like they did me. I've tried to hit the ground running each time but it seems to make no difference in getting traction.
