Hey everyone! I’m new to streaming and currently multistreaming on Chaturbate, CAM4, and Stripchat.

So far, my results have been pretty discouraging. I’ve had almost no traffic on Chaturbate, earned €6 on CAM4, and only €0.50 on Stripchat. I’ve been streaming for around 3–4 hours per session, but I don’t show my face.

I’m starting to lose faith that it’s actually possible to make money on these platforms, especially as a faceless model. I’m no longer able to stream every day because I had to get a full-time job, and I also have a Lush 3.

So I’ve been camming for about 3.5 years now but it hasn’t been until the last 6 months that I’ve multistreamed AND kept a detailed excel sheet tracking all my earnings.

As background info, I aim to work 6 days a week around 2-4 hours a day. Sometimes I split it 2x2 and sometimes I don’t, just depends on my energy. I generally start around the same time of day but the exact time can fluctuate a bit. I always take Tuesday’s off to maintain some form of mental and physical health for myself and also do other errands and stuff since I’m also in school.

After about 6 months now, I can start looking at the data and I did a couple experiments with it this weekend and made some discoveries.

I always kind of knew that I made more money over the weekend but the results were crazy. I make like 75% of my in one Friday-Sunday, 86% including Monday. I make more on Sunday alone than I do Monday, Wednesday and Thursday combined. Like overwhelmingly I make more on the weekends and even just data aside, I can feel the difference energy wise on weekends. Even if people aren’t actively tipping or taking me to privates, people are talking, engaging with me, adding me to favorites or adding me on social media which gives me energy because I have something to interact with.

I think that’s the paradoxical thing about camming is that when it’s slow or dead, I get so grouchy and it drains me energy so much which makes it even harder to stay on. But when I get some interaction or activity, I can easily cam for longer amounts of time because I have momentum or can at least feel growth in my room and brand. But because of the way I’m doing my schedule, my slow days from midweek make me already tired going into the weekend and after a few good privates on the weekends, I log off after 2-4 hours max. So now I’ve had this idea that I’ll also take Thursday off (maybe even Wednesday later) so that I’m working less slow midday shifts and can focus on studying or just solely on content creation stuff and save my streaming energy for the weekends where I’m making more money and aim to work longer maybe 4-6+ hour shifts broken up or together.

I’m going to try it this weekend and next weekend for Halloween but I’m curious if anyone else has done something similar and if it worked or if it kinda burned you out? Like congregating my hours around Friday-Monday?

I ask because it kind of reminds me of nurses who do 4x10 or 3x12 shifts. Everyone always says it sounds good to have so many days off but a lot of nurses say it’s actually rough as fuck lmao so idk if it’ll be the same with this type of work.

How long does it take once you start your stream each day does it take you to generate significant public tips, get privates, etc? I'm asking because I see so many people here say they're averaging $100-150 an hour and I am trying to figure out why I'm not getting even close to that. (Averaging $24 an hr). I've tried to hit the ground running each time but it seems to make no difference in getting traction. For context I have been doing this for 5 weeks now and can only do three hour streams at a time due to family obligations, though I have a goal of making it my full time thing...if I can. I am streaming most days at consistent times. Seems like every day I don't get anything worthwhile until I hit my final hour, the first two hours being such a waste of time with mostly greys or occasional 1 token people. Privates seem to be my bread and butter for tokens but I wish I was doing those the whole time I was on.

I’m trying to get a little more prepared for Halloween this year, and I’d love some advice from anyone who had success with Halloween-themed streams on Stripchat (SC) last year!
Last year was honestly a pretty big flop for me. 😭😂
I tried multiple times to get approved for SC’s Halloween category, and they kept rejecting my verification videos. I had gone all out decorating, too! I printed out bats for my walls, had a Halloween bedspread, pumpkins, Halloween clothing, and even wore a full costume. IIRC, the rejection was basically that it wasn’t Halloween-themed enough. Eventually, I just gave up trying to get approved.
And to make matters worse, my actual Halloween-themed streaming didn’t do particularly well either. So between the rejections and the disappointing streams, I felt like I put in a ton of effort for very little return.
I’m determined to give it another shot this year, but I’d love to hear what actually worked for other models!
A few things I’m curious about:
SC verification: If you got approved for the Halloween category, what exactly did you do in your application video? Were you just dressed up, or did you actually perform something?
SC traffic: Did being approved for the Halloween category actually make a noticeable difference?
Tips and tricks: Did you do anything special with your tip menus, show titles, games, or interactive activities?
What didn’t work? I’d love to hear about the flops too, because apparently I’m already experienced in that department. 😂
