im curious because i want to get the most out of my first playthrough, I defeated the blood woman and already drained that fountain that ive been keeping my eye on since i first saw it

I know for certain ive missed some stuff (like white doors i need keys for that are named but i cant find and underwater area's i cant navigate)

but once I go down that fountains hole, how much is left? is it like dawn of sorrow where its one more area or more like symphony and order of ecclesia where you're basically unlocking the 2nd half of the game

already got the bad ending but just going off the map alone is there something I couldve missed that I should check out?

Checked multiple times against the 100% map but I can't see what I'm missing at all.

Ordog probably has the most disgusting design in the game.
The maggots remind me of the Forgotten One from Castlevania: Lament of Innocence.

Curry the Kid worked on Lament of Innocence toward the end of development. He is responsible for the games combo system. Each additional combo in the chain adds 5% damage.

I'm a massive Halloween/Castlevania fan. Earlier this month, I played through Aria and Dawn of Sorrow via the Advance/Dominus collections. The Sorrow titles were amazing and brought back fond memories of Symphony Of The Night, my all-time favorite game.

I received Belmont's Curse at launch. I've played through the first 2 areas of the game.

I have been underwhelmed after recently playing through two classic IGA-Vanias'.

I want to do quick NG+ run of Ritual Of The Night on my PS5 Pro. The last time I played ROTN was in May of 2021. I'm eager to experience all of the updates. The DLC is on sale on the PS store. I've bought the costume pack and Classic II. However, I am unsure if IGA's Backpack is worth picking up.
It looks like gimmick DLC to me. Would anyone recommend it?

Does anyone have advice for a player that hasn't played Ritual in 5 years?

Descobri um bug relacionado à transformação Bunnymorphosis, que transforma Miriam em Lili.

O que aconteceu:

1. Salvei o jogo enquanto estava transformado em Lili.
2. Ao carregar o save no dia seguinte, Miriam apareceu sem cabeça durante a partida. A textura da arma também apresentou problemas, e os atributos pareciam estar incorretos.
3. Transformar-se novamente em Lili e voltar à forma normal recuperou a textura da arma e os atributos, mas a cabeça continuou ausente.
4. Fechar completamente o jogo e abri-lo novamente fez a cabeça reaparecer.

O menu de equipamentos mostrava Miriam normalmente, mesmo quando o modelo durante a partida estava sem cabeça.

Estou postando isso pois tive que descobrir o que causou o bug e resolver sozinho pois não achei solução em lugar algum, e acho que talvez em algum momento isso possa ajudar alguém.

Ps. Não uso redes sociais e nunca postei em fóruns então espero não estar postando isso em lugar errado

I could have sworn this was a Curse of the Moon skeleton pointing me to a part of the level!

Sometimes when I start up the game on Steam Deck, the game runs at a Native 1280x800 without black bars, but as soon as I look at the settings and back out...it changes back to letterbox. I even have the properties for the game set to force 1280x800 but even that doesn't make it appear in the in-game resolutions and the highest available 1280x720.

Is there any way to get this game to run at Steam Deck's native 1280x800 resolution so that it utilizes the full screen?

I was able to purchase this from Amazon Japan.
The first one I purchased back in April took almost 6 months to finally ship. It seems they only ship internationally when they have a large enough batch to fill all the internationally shipped orders.

While I was waiting, I purchased a 2nd set from Amazon Japan using the proxy site Buyee. That order shipped to the Buyee warehouse in 3 days and was at my doorstep 3 days later.

Shipping from Buyee was more than $50, but was fast. Amazon was $40.
Price of this set ranged from $46+shipping up to $132+shipping as I watched it over the last 6 months.

The Amazon Japan listing here Currently shows the Switch or PS4 Deluxe Crystal set is NOT available for international shipping, that may change if more are made available - I saw stocks fluctuate from 0 up to 5 a few times since April.
The switch version shows they have some in stock, but not for international shipping - So you may be able to purchase through Japan based proxies like Buyee.

I think the last time I played they just added randomizer mode and bloodless/ child of light, haven't really keep up since then, I just found out they had a crossover with kingdom two crowns, so got curious about what else they added

Hey,

Unfortunately, I'm stuck right now.

I can double-jump, I can move as a beam of light, I went to the tower and defeated the dragons. I’ve also reached the bad ending. I’ve made it through the train and the lab, too. But now it’s kind of over. I think I need to get to the Forbidden Waterway somehow, and I’ve already reached everything there that you can reach without being able to dive. I’m slowly running out of things to find. I’ll attach the map. I’m playing on the Steam Deck and hope you can make everything out.

Where should I go next? What am I missing? I’m definitely missing something. Man, oh man. I like this game, but right now it’s frustrating me.
