Have it on during weekends and time off etc.
it was in the drawer for quite some time but this configuration has made me like it again.
Don’t use it for workouts etc. just time and notifications.

All in all - just an appreciation post about the new faces. 🙌🏻

With my s10 I used to love the analog faces and would switch them up all the time but ever since getting an ultra I can’t seem to get away from the modular ultra face. All the information right there is so useful. Anyone else feel the same? If not what’s your favorite watch face?

Really impressed with the battery life of the Apple Watch Ultra 4 so far. Extended Workout Mode performed amazing this weekend in the coms New England Fall weather. Seemed to give even more battery life than advertised. This was even the Max Extended Work Mode - looking forward to using that for a 100-miler soon.

Hi my aunt just gave me her old apple watch series 3 and it doesn't let me download spotify or youtube or almost any apps. I have the iphone 17 and i want to make the most out of this watch until i get the latest model next year. Any recommendations?

I have an Apple watch series 7. After the ios27 update I can’t update my watch and connect it to my iPhone. Does anyone have the same issue? Any solutions?

I charged it to 80% when I posted yesterday and now it’s 24. That’s 25hrs and it only drained 56%.

All I did was restart my watch and used theatre mode for 8hrs when i slept.

Didn’t know restarting your watch would make this much difference.

I can get a series 12 GPS+ Cell through Tmobile for $6.11/month @ 36 months and a watch plan for another $10 a month. Is it a good deal to get the watch this way? I’m already on a very recent 3 year with T-Mobile as a new customer.

I've read all the reviews of the Apple Watch Series 12 and the Ultra 4, and I actually tried both of them out recently to see what the differences were like versus my current Ultra Watch 2.

My main reason for upgrading is improved speed and snappiness, and improved Siri performance.

I'm fully aware that Siri on watchOS is fairly flaky, and even recent betas are only improving it incrementally. But I'm keen to see whether there are any objective analyses of the watch internals to see whether it is truly faster than previous series and not just perception.

The reviews out there at the moment simply talk about the feature differences, but I wondered if there was a more technical insight that I could read that might conclude "yes, this watch is faster and will run apps and future Siri updates better" if that makes sense

I recently upgraded to the Ultra 4 and have been using that as my daily driver. I have an old Series 9 that I would use ever now and then while the Ultra 4 was charging. I had thought that there was something wrong with the Ultra, as the charging time seemed to be very slow, so I did some doing around. I made sure to use the new charger that charges at 10W, and used the Apple branded 20W USB-C charger that they cite in their charging tests. I also used a USB-C power meter to check the voltage and wattage being pulled. I found that when connected to the phone, it did indeed charge ridiculously fast. However, when I would wear my Series 9 while the Ultra was charging, the Ultra 4 pulled significantly lower power. It could be because I have cellular active on the watch and will do some further testing, but I wouldn't be surprised if it needs some sort of connection to the phone to also enable fast charging.

Anyone else out there do any similar testing?

Very stupid question but I failed duo pre-order and may skip for the next year.

I have a gift card left over which I can upgrade Watch 11 titanium to Watch 12 ceramic.

Has anyone done the same? Can you share your opinion? I have never owned ceramic watches and they look amazing but I am not sure whether it’s worth it.

I usually keep watch for 2-3 years(AWU1 to S11).

I’ve purchased stainless steel since Apple started selling them but this year I opted for the Aluminum because I liked how the dark bronze looked in the KeyNote. I’m really glad I did, its their best color I think that they’ve released in a long time.

Anyone having issues with notifications coming in even when on sleep mode? My iOS is up to date and I never had this issue with my series 5. Tried to delete the sleep schedule, doesn’t help. Took of the priority notifications.

I just wanted to see if anyone else has had the problems I’ve had trying to download playlists or music to their watches. Since the first watch could do it, downloading music to their watch has been the most tedious thing about the watch. I love my Ultra 3 but I feel like other watches have such an easier process when most of the time my music fails or downloads extremely slow. Anyone have any tips or tricks to faster more reliable downloads?
