The interior is very angular and geometric, and somewhat difficult to furnish.

I do like the terrace that wraps around to a deck and the spacious sunroom.

Used to be a time capsule, but it was recently updated and it's getting sold probably at cost.

There is a small monthly HOA fee, most likely to cover road maintenance.

Almost every bedroom has a fireplace.

Couldn't find anything about updates/upgrades done in that house.

Three additional units, including a private carriage house, a secondary apartment, and a studio.

A little too close to a busy road, though.

I am just thankful that no one remodeled it in current fashion or painted the interior white.

This is a nice place. Half would go unused, but still nice.

This old house was apparently abandoned/severely neglected for the past 20+ years, so I was happy to see it given new life recently. Until I looked it up on Zillow and saw the interiors, that is.
