Uniquely designed compound with main house and guest house. The bathroom wallpaper choices are interesting. Features steeply inclined walls with recessed windows. Asking $1.25 million.

Why do we need closeups of furniture that isn’t even going to convey with the home??

The house itself looks stunning, though.

The interior is very angular and geometric, and somewhat difficult to furnish.

I do like the terrace that wraps around to a deck and the spacious sunroom.

Used to be a time capsule, but it was recently updated and it's getting sold probably at cost.

There is a small monthly HOA fee, most likely to cover road maintenance.

I do like the outdoor sitting spaces and the large sunroom.

Floorplan is included.

Looks like renovating will be a headache.

For the time being, it just needs a pedal boat. Or bike boat. Or pedalo.

It has a unique kitchen crafted from an 18th-century Nantucket post office featuring Aga cooker - an incredible piece of engineering.

Almost every bedroom has a fireplace.

Couldn't find anything about updates/upgrades done in that house.

Three additional units, including a private carriage house, a secondary apartment, and a studio.

A little too close to a busy road, though.

I am just thankful that no one remodeled it in current fashion or painted the interior white.

That is a lot of steps to get to the beach! Needs a few coats of paint as well.

The listing says absolutely nothing about it either

*casual backyard cemetery. I’m uninformed on death industry lingo, thanks to those that corrected!

Super weird to see this one desk appearing and disappearing.

This is a nice place. Half would go unused, but still nice.

This old house was apparently abandoned/severely neglected for the past 20+ years, so I was happy to see it given new life recently. Until I looked it up on Zillow and saw the interiors, that is.

This is a nice place. Half would go unused, but still nice. YIKES, the street name is whacked.

So much to take in …

The ability to park in your living room (or LR adjacent) is not new luxury trend in Both Porsche Design Tower & Bentley Residences have the feature but both separate the area with a glass wall. Here it’s just hosted right up.

The garage bathrooms full bath with shower and urinal is practical and a Sauna w/ view of the car collection is great for clearing the mind while solving a mechanical brickwall or planning the next modification.

The $5-7K Waterstone: The Wheel Pull Down Faucet is the showstopper in the kitchen.

A 5M condo that you don’t really occupy is kind of crazy but there must be a market in the Motorsport lifestyle segment - the group bringing this one just announced plans to bring the concept to Sarasota.
