Hello. I'm sure you probably see a lot of these posts, so please accept my apologies in advance.

I'm visiting York for the first time this November on my own for my birthday.

I live right down on the south coast and know very little about York, so I'm really just looking for tips on places to visit, recommendations for places to eat, and good coffee shops where I can get a nice drink and watch the world go by.

My mam is planning to go down to York end of Nov on a Sunday and I’m getting two different stories when I google the opening hours for it - could someone who’s been about in person recently check what the actual shop opening hours are as Apple Maps and Google are giving me different answers.
