Official Dueling Arena Added for $100k PvP Tournament in WoW: Forever - Wowhead News

kinda wild we never got anything like this in retail. They should add something like this and just add a "battlemage" npc behind pvp vendors in each major city to teleport us to the dueling grounds and have a building there with a portal back to major cities or something.

I'm torn between which one to make. I plan mostly just spam battlegrounds at 60, and I could use some recommendations on which one to go with.

I love to play crazy or talk like a bot or AI by saying "Would you like me to turn this into a downloadable PDF", or "I understand that you are frustrated..."

If they are really mad or when I know they think they are insane players I sometimes reply with something like "Why do you blame me for you being clearly the bad player" even tho i know damn well that i sucked that game. Most of the time they go ham on me and I don't even report or ignore them to waste their time and nerves but I stop replying.

How do you troll toxic people in PvP if you want to mess around and not insta ignore them?

I’m about 3 weeks back after a 4 year break. When I uninstalled, it was because getting BiS required doing dailies I had zero interest in. It felt like homework.

Since coming back, I went from leveling in BGs and feeling suuuuper squishy, to snagging 4 BiS pieces & feeling like a demi-god (I can still die, but I can also hit like a crowbar & delete multiple casters, first)

I’m having so much fucking fun that it’s ridiculous. Solo Shuffle? Best thing to ever happen to pvp. Running Randoms w/ a group? Holy shit I’ve missed this.

I know there’s all sorts of things to complain about, but it’s like I have blinders on. I can’t see any of them because I’m too damn busy having fun.

Hi guys. Is there an addon (or default UI option) that allows you to increase the size of the ping marker that appears on top of a character when someone pings that character?

decided to try it in a shuffle for the first time and took a guy from 100% to 20%, the dps didn't finish the job, but it seems super strong, also do you guys have any tips on how to use it?

They actually buffed racials

Snutz is a professional e-sports player in World of Warcraft. WoW is making a new game mode that is currently in BETA. A lot of streamers are hosting a PvP tournament in WoW Forever with a $100.000 reward. Therefore some streamers are doing everything they can do win it, including breaking the games rules.

Snutz has been on the radar for getting invited to the tournament few days after the sign-up to the tournament was closed. Then he has accepted a suspicious large amount of gold, which he has gone through in a youtube video of how he got 422 gold from other players. The streamer Arkaviun who will participant in the tournament has been very vocal about streamers being given gold. He has some comments about Snutz shown in the video where he is also using an addon to scan Snutz character's gold.

Today, apparently when the servers were down there was a call on their discord to ban Snutz from the tournament. Arkaviun saw the chat and added a few comments, then got banned from the tournament. Few minutes later, Snutz announced that he won't be participating in this event.

While retail pvp is rotting since many years, this is crazy, they clearly dont give a shit about us lol

i know that blizzard has made legendary and glad achievements basically memes since they are now nerfed and just require 2300. So I guess whats the only thing that matters now? Just how many rank 1 titles you have or awc championship wins?

Why do dps feel the need to say things like this? Do you want people to heal? This guy got me heated. Then immediately blocked me.

Honestly never wintraded in my life, I still don’t even really know what it is or how people do it. I play by myself hop on shuffle for a few games and that’s it. Toxic players like this really steal my enjoyment while playing this game. If this was you, you need to chill tf out man, not everyone is cheating, some people are just playing the game for fun.

I'm thinking of playing an Alliance DPS Warrior at launch, and I'm completely new to Warrior, both PvE and PvP. It's actually one of the classes I didn't really try in beta... guess I should get on that with only 5 days left.

I've been watching streamers prepare for this weekend's beta PvP tournament, and they're all grinding for BiS gear and practicing hard. Does getting BiS gear significantly improve a Warrior's PvP capabilities, or will Warriors generally struggle in 1v1 duels, world PvP, and battlegrounds regardless?

I'd love to play Warrior for PvE too, but I'm curious how viable they are in PvP, especially on the PvP ruleset server. Any insight from experienced Warriors would be appreciated! Give it to me straight, I have very low expectations.

I played healer for the very first time - Disc Priest, was pretty easy. To my surprise I had the highest winrate I've had. Are the other healers much harder/easier or are they all the same?

I want this community to have a capable Rdruid. The only Point is , I am just used to play Druid as a feral dps. So I’m not capable of anything right now 😆

I wanna start at a point where I don’t let my team die the first minute of the game. So how do I manage that.

I have read that I should not cast regrowth outside of tree. First global should be lifebloom. And I should stun / cyclone the off target instead of pushing over aggressively into the enemy healer.

Idk is all that correct ? How do I manage to get into that specc and not being a pain in the ass for my mates for the first 50 games 😅

Do these only become available once conq becomes uncapped?

It feels archaic and a step backwards to not be able to gear alts quickly this late into the season.

I appreciate that it’s not late in the sense of the entirety of the season but it’s late for people’s desire to play, at least it is for me. More so now with forever quickly approaching.

Ive spectated this sub for years. Never really had enough game knowledge to agree to or understand the “PvP is dead posts“ but the more I play and invest time the more I see the flaws and truth to certain aspects that are heavily criticised.

I’d love some PvP devs (if any) to chime in and explain the rationale. The player retention must be extremely low.
