One of my boyfriend and I's crazy hoarder house estate sale finds this weekend. We left with sticky hands, literally. I also got an Anchor Hocking tulip mixing bowl that was covered in what looked like syrup. 🥴

Hello everyone. I recently picked up this snowflake brooch for $8 off Facebook marketplace. I had initially posted on Facebook to see if I should get it… obviously people called me stupid for asking 😂😂 anyways. I was originally going to try to get the stones out and make my own jewelry with them as I am not a snowflake girl but then I saw it in person. GUYS. I literally teared up when I saw it. It’s soo sparkly and honestly could pass as a flower. It has so much dimension to it, each row of UG sits at a different level. My question is, can you guys help me identify this? I’m amazed all of the stones glow, even the itty bitty ones.

I've been collecting for years and just recently got my hands on some uranium glass beads. So, I had to make a beaded Juliet cap! I love how it turned out, but I might make another because this was the first beaded cap I've ever made and the fit is a little wonky at times.

It took a long time to find the right cabinet to display the pieces my husband and I have collected, but I'm so happy with how it turned out! It's very old, purchased from an estate sale. We've decided to keep our collection modest and only pick up pieces we both really like. We'll be visiting my family in Texas later this week and there's an antique store with a lot of uranium there, so hoping they have something good we can bring home!

So we went to one of our local spots this weekend and saw these for sale marked as rare, vintage, whatever for $325 a piece. I don't think the owner should be blamed but the person who rents space there needs to be called out. I will go back and get pics for you guys to see!

I started collecting some years ago, but I live in a small apartment with another person, so this is all the space I have! As you can tell it shares a space with my fossil and curiosity collection. I just added the conical vase a week ago, and the lower right vase is Fenton glass (and was my first piece!) One day I'll have space for a larger collection!
I have no clue what type of UV light it's under; I got the blacklight on Amazon a decade ago for an invisible ink book. I would like to get the wavelength I dont have, if anyone can possibly identify which this is!

Bought this rusted, disgusting lamp for $120 as a sort of project piece. Was able to remove most of the metal for cleaning/replacing. Cannot get the rod out of the base to remove the bottom glass piece though 😢

1940s Fire King Vitrock vase, Fenton blue hobnail opalescent vase, hand painted Fenton bell. Thinking I need a higher quality light, open to suggestions!

Aka Lillicraps hone for sharpening razor blades. This one says “Scheerwonder” at the bottom and it’s in good condition. No chips or cracks, but it seems it was actually used so it has got a few light scratches on top.
You can still find the patent application online: https://razors.click/patents/GB346057/

Hi everyone, I inherited my granny’s collection of glass and these teacups and saucers were among the items. They DO glow with UV light (crappy pic I know) yet the Geiger counter read at 22. Would that make them uranium or manganese? Is that reading high enough to warrant uranium? Thank you so much for your help
