Social and Study Spots?

Any spots on campus that are great for studying and getting to meet new people?

Most of my friends have graduated, and I have at least a few hours a day when all I'm doing is working on homework. If I get all my work done, I'm just sitting on my phone, waiting for my next class. It's boring, and doesn't fill my cup. Any spots on campus that you would recommend for studying and/or intentionally meeting new people? Could be on campus, or around the Newark area.

The question could also be phrased: Are there any good "third places" around campus?

any idea when delaware will release the first wave of acceptances?

i applied in september as an out of state applicant with high stats early action (1520 sat). any idea when i might hear and whether it would be before november 1 apps?
