Hi friends!

Looking at this tree... after research, my best guess is the northern red oak (quercus rubra), but would like experts to have a look. Dankeschön:) im not sure i can give a full picture without revealing my location, but its about 40-50ft tall?

What tree is this kenyans???👇

Sorry for the low quality pictures, this was cut down a while back. It’s an evergreen with cones kind of like an oriental thuja. Leaves also browned a bit during winter. It could be that but I’m just not quite 100% sure.

UK, Essex.

Hi, new here. Can anyone help me identify this cone? I think it may be from a red spruce or white spruce in Medford, Massachusetts. I've attached a picture of the tree from Google maps and a photo of the cone.

The cone is about 1.5"/3.8 cm. (I wish I could get a better photo of the tree but I don't live in the area.) Thanks!

Does anyone know what tree this might be? Had a few pop up and I’m fairly certain they haven’t been there longer than a year or two but we just noticed it. We lost a few pecan trees due to hurricane Helene and I’m wondering if they are young pecan trees .

Hearing so many conflicting thoughts on what this tree is from people I know. Located in Virginia Beach, VA. Thank you for your help

Trying to identify this tree in order to use it for my millipedes enclosure, he can't be around any type of softwood.

I know its a bad picture, a friend sent it to me so I wasn't able to get as close of pictures as I would like.

Edit: I am aware it is rotten, its exactly what I need for my millipedes enclosure! They eat it
