hi! (ftm 19, on T for 1yr 4months) basically what the title is asking.

i have had several facial piercings myself, 14 over the years if im counting right. right now i only have my spetum, nose rings, lips, a handful more still in. though… i want my downstairs area to be pierced now. im an incredibly nervous guy and dont know how to just ask around, so im asking here first, see if it’s something i’ll even be comfortable asking. i want to know how other people got their piercings done. im thinking a triangle of a HCH… pain level? howd you go about asking the piercer? issue of rejection? anything to know. howd to go about a piercer even being comfortable to do that?

my tdick is currently 1.5in so im not sure if that’d be an issue either… really anything about the whole process would be helpful.

I am interested in getting a Frenum piercing, but I am not sure if anything like this has been done before. I am interested in this piercing as a way to make my tdick look more like a natal penis. I have been on testosterone for over 2 years and have had a decent amount of bottom growth. My tdick looks like it has the anatomy that would be required for the piercing, but I have not been able to find any information on it actually being done on someone with my anatomy.

Has anyone heard of a piercing like this being done?

Hello, I just joined and need your kind advice from personal experience. So, I am a transmasc on TRT and am considering taking Finastride (recommended by the doctor) to reverse hair loss that's becoming unbearable for me. I plan to do both Finastride and Minoxidil and monitor progress. The former to prevent further hair loss while the latter to promote hair growth.

Research says 'Breast tenderness or enlargement is a recognised finasteride side effect, but the risk after top surgery isn't known.' Can any trans male bro please verify if this is a valid side effect and how bad is it?

As well as how confirmed are side effects of mood swings, depression and loss of libido?
