Can Heavy achieve more speed if he used a Buffalo Steak and then get whipped by soldier than just getting whipped by a soldier/eating buffalo steak?

I am a little desperate at this point.
So full details, if I try to Create Server, use the Map [Map Name] command, or even enter any of the training courses, or the training combat with bots, about a second after the map loads, the game crashes entirely. It locks up & I need to close it through Steam or with Task Manager, or sometimes it crashes, sometimes the window goes black for some reason?

I am 110% certain I've used these features before but it's been a while & I have no idea when this could have actually started, as Casual & Community Servers work perfectly fine as far as I can tell.

So it seems there's something breaking when I try to run a server, even though I haven't had this problem before.

I've tried restarting my computer, & verifying my game files, but neither have helped.

i seriously don't understand how. any ideas on how?

You know, everyone talks about good this, bad that, meta this, viable that, which makes sense. But nobody ever talks about weapon designs and how they fit into the game. So what is the worst designed weapon in the game? I'm not saying it has to be good or bad, it just has to be a weapon where its inherit design is flawed. Some of my votes go to:

Darwin's Danger Shield & Razorback: This entirely nullifies two classes (including sniper's supposed counter) and doesn't require any interaction on the Sniper's part.

Sharpened Volcano Fragment: The class that can apply afterburn with its much better flamethrower doesn't need a melee weapon to do that, surprisingly.

Natascha: Slowing down your enemies is just simply annoying to fight against.

What do you guys think?
