It's a successful🥹🥹🧿🧿🧿

OP cleared her CA inter G1 after 1.5 years. My parents cried hearing my result and I saw light in my own eyes after all this time. One "successful" is all it takes. It's one happy day. I will never forget Oct 22. Just one more group to go!

There was a lot of hard work that went through, so many days of tears and sweat behind this. There wasn't a single day in this last one year where I didn't feel like a failure. Whenever results come, I was always happy for the ones who cleared and never for me. Guess it's my turn🥹🧿

I know I still have a longgg way to go and I will🥰💪🏻 Feels like a dream already:)

Annan Ennada Thambi Ennada , avasaramana ulagathiley 🙂

Seems like none of the gang members has the guts to talk to Jason directly, so they started negative campaign at the back. Pathetic how they care much about their own reputation and none of them came in his support like they claim in the reels.

These influencers are proving with time and again that influencers are some of the most toxic people in the mankind. Even a commoner has much sense and empathy than these entitled bunch of craps.

At the end of the day , there's no Meiyazhagan in this world, only Kattappas waiting to backstab you.

I was surprised by why Harish who has got insane backing from fellow fitness content creators, has to end his life abruptly, but this is the reality of influencer community.

Unga life layum ipdi yarachum, vazhakaiyin uchathula kooda irunthu, downfall la kalatti vitutu poirukangla share your story guys.

🎤 Yap Session (rant , confession and yap) My Personal Experience with a Tamil Financial Influencer | The Dark Side of Paid Stock Consultations

Hello everyone,

Long post alert!

I hope you’re all doing well.

I’ve come across several posts regarding the recent controversy surrounding Tamil financial influencer Harish, popularly known on Instagram as “Finance with Harish".

I’ve noticed that several people, including some of his fellow influencers, have been defending him. Honestly, I have a few questions for those who continue to support him.

1. CRITICISM IS NOT CYBERBULLYING

First of all, what exactly is wrong with some of you? Have you even taken the time to understand the difference between criticism and cyberbullying?

Some of you are defending him by claiming that he was cyberbullied and that the person who criticised him should be held responsible.

**Criticism is NOT cyberbullying.**

Harish himself has made several response videos targeting other Tamil influencers who criticised his content, videos, or decisions. Some of those responses were made with considerable attitude.

So, why didn't he respond in the same way to the person who recently criticised him? Why are people automatically blaming the critic without considering the actual context?

**2. BEING PASSIONATE ABOUT MAKING MONEY DOES NOT JUSTIFY EVERYTHING*\*

Another argument I’ve seen is that he was simply passionate about making money.

Passion for making money does not justify misleading people or providing financial advice without the appropriate regulatory authorisation.

In India, investment advisers are subject to SEBI regulations. Anyone offering such services must comply with the applicable registration and regulatory requirements. The legal consequences depend on the specific activities involved and the applicable provisions.

Potential consequences under Indian law

  1. Monetary penalties

  2. Restrictions on business activities

  3. Refund of fees or disgorgement

  4. Additional consequences for fraud or manipulation

Refer the link for sources:

Link 3

So, before defending someone simply because they are passionate about making money, shouldn't we first examine whether their activities are legitimate and compliant with the law?

**3. HOW CAN I MAKE THESE CLAIMS? DO I HAVE ANY PROOF?*\*

You might ask me two questions:

  1. How can I make these allegations against him?

  2. Do I have any evidence to support my claims?

I have been in contact with him 2 times:

Early 2025: He charged ₹500 for a consultation, but I decided not to proceed due to personal reasons.

June 2026: I met him again and paid the consultation fee to proceed with the consultation.

My answer is simple: **I personally paid ₹1,500 for a consultation with him.*\*

I approached him because I believed he was a SEBI-registered investment adviser. I wanted to understand his investment approach, particularly because I had seen claims of returns in the range of 200–300% on stocks I was also investing in.

Here is my experience, broken down into different stages for clarity.

**PHASE 1: INITIAL CONTACT AND BOOKING*\*

Initially, I had no suspicions about him. I had seen screenshots on his Instagram Stories and community messages, which contributed to my impression that his services were genuine.

When I contacted him, the process was as follows:

- He collected my details through a Google Form.

- He offered different consultation options with different prices.

- A consultation scheduled with a longer waiting period cost less, while one arranged within 24 hours cost more.

- An audio consultation was cheaper, whereas a video consultation cost almost twice as much.

Honestly, I wondered what justified such a significant price difference between an audio call and a video call.

**PHASE 2: PAYMENT*\*

Before the consultation, he contacted me using one phone number but provided a different number for the UPI payment.

When I questioned this, he explained that UPI was unavailable on his primary number. To reassure me that he was genuine, he offered to confirm his identity through Instagram DMs.

I proceeded with the payment of ₹1,500.

**PHASE 3: BEFORE THE CONSULTATION*\*

When the agreed consultation time arrived, he did not call me. Instead, I was expected to call him.

What concerned me was his insistence that if I failed to call at the agreed time, the consultation slot would be forfeited and the payment would not be refunded.

I understand that clients may be expected to initiate calls in some arrangements. However, the way this condition was communicated did not sit well with me.

He also asked me to share my investment portfolio, including the complete list of stocks and mutual funds I held. I provided the information as requested.

**PHASE 4: DURING THE CONSULTATION*\*

During the consultation, he asked how much I could invest every month. I gave him an approximate range, which I prefer not to disclose publicly.

He then presented me with three investment approaches:

- \*Option A:*\** High risk, high reward.

- \*Option B:*\** Medium risk, medium reward.

- \*Option C:*\** Low risk, low reward.

After I selected one of these options, he told me that I would have to pay **₹10,000 for a single stock recommendation.** (He didn’t ask me via text but on call!)

I was genuinely shocked. ₹10,000 for one stock recommendation seemed excessive to me.

I told him that I needed time to think about it because it was a substantial amount of money.

**PHASE 5: QUESTIONS ABOUT SEBI REGISTRATION*\*

After the consultation, I asked him to provide his SEBI registration number.

He saw my message but did not respond to that question.

When I followed up, he explained that he provided stock recommendations after consulting with a senior person in Chennai who was a SEBI-registered investment adviser.

This was the point at which I began to lose confidence in the service and decided not to proceed further.

In my opinion, if someone is offering investment advisory services directly, their own regulatory status and the nature of the service being provided should be clearly explained. A claim that they consult a registered professional is not, by itself, sufficient to establish that their own activities comply with the applicable regulations.

**PHASE 6: FOLLOW-UP MESSAGES AND STOCK RECOMMENDATIONS*\*

Even after I decided not to proceed, I continued receiving messages asking me about my decision.

I ignored several of them. Eventually, he told me something along the lines of:

“You seem uninterested in my service, but as a goodwill gesture, I can still suggest a few stocks because I don't want to leave you like this.”

I agreed to hear his suggestions.

However, the first stocks he recommended were stocks I had already held since 2021.

This immediately raised a question in my mind: **Had he actually reviewed the portfolio I had sent him before the consultation?**

When I informed him that I already held those stocks, he suggested some alternatives that were not in my portfolio.

I checked one of the stocks he recommended and found that it appeared to have extremely low trading volume.

This raised serious concerns for me.

**PHASE 7: MY CONCERNS ABOUT THE STOCK RECOMMENDATIONS*\*

Based on my experience, I became suspicious about the nature of the recommendations, particularly the suggestion involving a stock with very low trading volume.

I am concerned that recommending such stocks, especially in the context of claims about exceptionally high returns, could expose investors to significant risks.

Stocks with low liquidity can be particularly vulnerable to price manipulation. In certain circumstances, coordinated buying, misleading promotional activity, and subsequent selling at inflated prices can form part of a **pump-and-dump scheme**, which may violate securities laws.

However, I want to make one thing clear: I cannot conclusively establish that a pump-and-dump scheme was taking place based on my personal experience alone. That would require further evidence and an appropriate investigation.

Nevertheless, the circumstances I encountered were concerning enough that I chose not to proceed with the service.

If the evidence establishes violations of securities laws, the individuals involved could face serious regulatory or legal consequences, depending on the nature and severity of the violations. Anyone who knowingly participated in unlawful activity could also face consequences where the law provides for them.

These are serious matters and should be investigated through the appropriate channels.

**8. WHY I AM SHARING MY EXPERIENCE*\*

I am sharing this account because I do not want other investors to make financial decisions without properly verifying the credentials of the people offering them investment advice.

Before paying anyone for stock recommendations or investment consultations, please:

- Verify their SEBI registration status through official sources.

- Understand exactly what service they are offering and whether they are authorised to provide it.

- Be cautious about claims of extraordinary returns.

- Examine the liquidity and fundamentals of any stock being recommended.

- Keep records of payments, messages, recommendations, and other relevant communications.

- Report suspected misconduct to the appropriate authorities rather than relying solely on social media allegations.

There are countless legitimate ways to make money. Misleading investors or manipulating stock prices, if established, is not one of them.

**9. ON THE RECENT TRAGEDY*\*

I am aware of the serious and tragic circumstances surrounding this controversy.

I cannot know what led to his death, and I do not want to speculate about the reasons behind it.

At the same time, a tragic outcome does not mean that legitimate questions about someone's professional conduct should automatically be dismissed. Equally, allegations should not be treated as proven facts without sufficient evidence.

It is possible to approach this situation with compassion while still demanding accountability and transparency.

**10. FINAL NOTE*\*

I will be sharing screenshots and other supporting evidence of my personal interactions, with the stock names and other potentially sensitive details redacted to avoid exposing other investors to unnecessary risk.

I have been investing since 2021. I paid for this consultation because I wanted to understand how he was achieving the claimed returns of 200–300% on stocks that I was also investing in.

Instead, the experience raised several questions about the service, the transparency of the advice, the handling of my portfolio, and the recommendations I received.

I am sharing what happened to me so that others can exercise caution and make informed decisions.

**My intention is not to encourage harassment or spread unverified claims. It is to encourage transparency, investor awareness, and proper scrutiny of anyone offering financial advice.*\*

Please examine the evidence, ask questions, and form your own conclusions rather than blindly defending or condemning anyone.

Finally, May his soul RIP

TL;DR: I paid ₹1,500 for a consultation with Tamil financial influencer “Finance with Harish” in June 2026, hoping to understand his claimed 200–300% stock returns. During the consultation, he quoted ₹10,000 for a single stock recommendation. When I asked for his SEBI registration number, he said he consulted a SEBI-registered adviser in Chennai but did not directly provide a registration number. The initial stock suggestions included stocks I already owned, and another recommendation raised concerns due to its very low trading volume.

These experiences raised questions for me about transparency, portfolio analysis, and regulatory compliance. I cannot prove any market manipulation or conclude that a pump-and-dump scheme was involved. I’m sharing my personal experience and supporting evidence to encourage investor awareness, verification of credentials, and proper scrutiny not harassment or the spread of unverified allegations.

May his soul rest in peace.

I got an auto in Rapido and was commuting to my office. The auto guy asked me how it is showing. I told him it's 250. He asked me whether I could give extra. But I said, "No, Anna, this is how much I pay every day." He didn't say anything. While getting down, he showed the scanner, and I paid the exact amount. He asked me how I paid; I said the same, as shown in the app. For that he said, "enna ma manasu persusaa irukkey konjo nerya poduvinga nu nenachen," with the hand gesture. IFYKYK. I was terrified. I thought I was a bold person, if something like this happened to me, I'd beat the shit out of those men. But what I did today was the opposite of what I thought. I just got away from the auto and ran inside my office. I am still terrified. Why such people are existing. Ruining a person's whole day with their words and living happily.

I feel like these guys are deliberately trying to set a narrative here.

Honestly, this Harish–Jason issue should be a wake up call for all of us to be more mindful of what we consume, whom we choose to support, and whom we should stop supporting. More importantly, it should remind us that these people are just content creators/influencers, nothing more, nothing less. We shouldn't put them on a pedestal or blindly support them just because we enjoy their content.
