Very interesting, Geissele with the tabs chopped, amongst other things
body text, very weird build. Elcan is a very interesting choice in optic.

Hello all. First time Elcan owner. Is it common for the ARMS lever arms to not go down all the way? This ~45 degree angle is where they are very snug on the rail. I’m worried if I close them all the way, they will eventually break. Any advice appreciated.

Recently updated my old KS Pattern 84. Used to use it for airsoft but figured I’d see how it worked as an actual chest rig with all the necessities.
Left-to-right, I have a canteen, then a compass. 6 mags, doubled up across the front. Radio also has an extra TQ jammed in with it.
Admin pouch has all the boring admin shit and a rangefinder, with a dump pouch under it. Full IFAK in the dangler, as well as a casualty card and maps in the map pouch.
Please tell me why I’m dumb and kick my dog if needed. Setup will probably change when I stop being poor and buy a decent pack and NODS.

The original MAS grey. Before it was associated with a color, it was just known as the Maritime Assault Suit. I have absolutely zero use for this now, but it’s still cool to have.

I’m a starting shooter from Europe so mainly indoor range shooting rim fire and 9mm pistol. Range isn’t too busy but will be doubling up with earplugs eventually. I always go with a buddy and in this stage an instructor so active is what I’m looking for. Mind you the walkers razor around here are about 100 bucks so not the cheap option they are in the us. I’m looking at the peltor sporttac for about 160 as an alternative but I want to know if there are similar options that have omnidirectional sound projection so you know where the sound is coming from or do I need to give up on that in this price range?

I’m a combat medic and looking for a smaller dismount bag. I’d be carrying mostly medical but few sustainment items. I usually do 12-24 hr operations mostly in vics.
I just wanted to know what you guys think of the PCP in general or as an aid bag? Or what y’all use or recommend over this?

Hi all!
My kid used to collect equipment etc, specifically things purchased out of Ukraine (although they had a soft spot for African surplus too), and they had this particular bag when they died last year.
We didn’t get a chance to really talk about this piece before it happened.
I was wondering if anyone could give me some insight as to what it is?
There are no tags or anything. Just the logo on the buckles (see attached photos)
Thanks in advance.

I’m not very good at it yet, you can kinda see where I tried and failed at M81 pattern in the middle

I just got in my plates and a slick carrier. Medium multi curve is literally fitting me nip to nip, is this sub optimal?

Recently bought a MEPC V3 for work and as everyone says the shoulder pads leave a lot to be desired. Which pads does everyone like?? I’ve used the ones that come with a Shaw ARC and some cheaper Velcro ones one my issued carried when I was still in the Corps but never got much past that. Thanks!

Hey guys, I’m planning a 14.5" HK416F build with the standard 11" Picatinny rail and a full baffle suppressor. I really like the platform, but I’m wondering about the light and IR geometry on that shorter rail. How bad is the suppressor shadow when running a weapon light on an 11" rail with a 14.5" barrel, and what cantilever or offset mounts are people using to push the light head forward? Also curious how crowded the top rail gets if you try to fit an IR laser, light switch, and keep enough hand placement. If anyone is running a similar setup or has pictures of their rig, I’d love to get your feedback before I pull the trigger on this.

I like the quality of their gear and generally consider them good investment. But a four figure price tag? Do you think it's justified?
