Appreciation post for the spicy potato soft taco . What are your thoughts on it?
I work at Taco Bell and I make these and like them so I just went to know your thoughts

This thing isn't too bad! I wouldn't say it tastes like birthday cake but I'm actually happy about that because I hate that fake cake flavoring. I've literally never said this about any taco bell item and probably never will again but it's actually TOO MUCH filling đ

When news broke on Thursday that KFC was [switching soda providers from Pepsi to Coca-Cola beginning in January](file:///The%20Coca-Cola%20Company%20and%20KFC%20Announce%20New%20U.S.%20Beverage%20Partnership), the world wanted to know what would happen to combo KFC/Taco Bell locations. Would Taco Bell switch to Coca-Cola too? That would mean there would be Taco Bell locations without the chainâs iconic Mountain Dew Baja Blast.
It turns out Coca-Cola and Pepsi will service combination KFC/Taco Bell restaurants, a KFC representative tells Snackology.

Yall needa chill....these are for dipping. It had good meat portions and the dip cup is reusable.
The crunchadilla though is also good and you can get two of those for 4$ and a sauce cup for 60$ and dip those.

They almost seem smaller than regular burritos, I think

Am broke but was craving taco bell. Used my free tier reward for a drink and made a new account to get a free welcome reward burrito. Sometimes you just gotta work the system to your advantage I guess. đŽâđ¨

KFC in the US has had Pepsi products since 1997 but will switch to Coke by spring of 2027. Taco Bell has re-signed with Pepsi for 10 years.

Could not believe the size of these. I know this isnât a new take but was in disbelief upon opening the box. Weird crispy cheese bits were surprisingly good though
Edit: I do have very large hands, as some comments have mentioned, which affects their perceived size relative to my monster mitts

A lot of people dislike the burrito supreme. I agree itâs not worth it at full price, but when part of a deal like the Kevin Hart combo itâs a perfectly solid and workable item. I think most people simply order it wrong.
There are two key customization options that are both essential and cost nothing:
The first, and most essential is to cut out the lettuce. Lettuce ruins burritos. It adds nothing flavor wise, wilts quickly and completely ruins the texture. You can also eliminate the tomatoes to make somewhat of a cross between a bean burrito and a beefy 5 but personally I like to leave them in.
The second thing you must do to make a serviceable burrito supreme is to order it grilled. When it comes to good vs bad Taco Bell, texture is everything. I personally grill all burritos but I think itâs necessary for the supreme. Otherwise itâs just a soft, gummy goopy mess.
If youâre going out to get yourself a Kevin Hart combo in the coming days, follow my advice and let me know if youâre still a burrito supreme hater. I think youâll be pleasantly surprised.

As Americans continue to oppose the AI buildout, Yum! Brands is reckoning with the dissonance between this opposition and the technologyâs benefits for workers within the company.
At the Fortune Most Powerful Women Summit in Santa Barbara, Calif., on Tuesday, Yum! Brands Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary Erika Burkhardt explained the disconnect she feels in seeing the positive impacts of how the fast-food giant has deployed AI across its restaurants, such as automating the drive-thru ordering process, with coming home and going on social media to see widespread criticism of the technology.Â
âIâm seeing all the data center noise and all the things that people worry about with AI, and thereâs that constant tension,â she told Fortune Editorial Director Kristin Stoller. âOne of the things that weâve learned through the drive-thru experience is that AI is actually increasing retention among our team members in the restaurant because itâs making their jobs easier. Itâs taking away the tension points of the ordering process. Theyâre able to focus on the job with the product and the hospitality with the customer.â
The fast-food industry has been experimenting with AI to increase order efficiency, and seen mixed success.

I'm serious. If Taco Bell runs out of Baja Blast, they should give you a coupon for a free one next time.
You charged me for a Baja Blast. That's what I came for. Now you're offering me regular Mountain Dew or Baja Midnight?
Look, I appreciate having something to wash my delicious Taco Bell down with, but that's not what I ordered.
Give me a rain check. A promo code. Something!
And Taco Bell, here's why this is good business.
Sure, you're giving away a two-dollar-and-sixty-nine-cent Baja Blast, but guess what? You've just guaranteed I'm coming back.
And I guarantee you, I ain't coming back for my free Baja Blast without ordering more fucking tacos.
That's customer retention!
Because Baja Blast isn't just another drink. It's part of the Taco Bell experience. For some of us, it's half the reason we're there.
So give me the Baja Blast Guarantee.
Taco Bell is supposed to be luxury.
Where's my fucking luxury?

wasnât a goop tube either and usually I donât like lettuce paired w hot ingredients but this turned out fine, I rather keep it than remove it personall. of course feel free to add or remove whatever you want, this is just my recommendation
TLDR:

+chipotle sauce
+fiesta strips
