New Jakobs Castle…

This new song reminds me of a lot of the issues I found with UTSE. The production feels one dimensional and flat. High hats and cymbals don’t crash and bite, the bass is tucked in so much that you can’t feel it and vocals heavily EQ’d.
It would be nice to hear a Sublime song/ Castle song that his longtime producer Jon Joseph didn’t touch.
Feel Like That & El Camino (People R Ugly) are some examples of songs where I think Jakob shines and there’s dimension and separation.
What do yall think?
