[SQD][RECRUITING][SERVER][NA/EU] 7th Cavalry Gaming | Weekly Public Events | Infantry • Armor • Aviation
Tired of public Squad matches where nobody says a word?
You know the round. You spawn in, your SL has been silent for fifteen minutes, the HAB is in an open field, logi is nowhere, and somebody's arguing about armor in all chat. Everyone's technically on the same team.
Squad is a completely different game when the people around you are actually talking to each other. That's the whole pitch.
We run public Squad servers under the 7th Cavalry. Search =7CAV= in the server browser and hop in. No signup, no application, no commitment. Just come play.
Weekly public events
All of these are open to anyone. 20 hours or 2,000, doesn't matter.
Warrior Wednesday, 2300Z. Midweek games with organized squads and people on comms.
Fireteam Friday, 1800Z and 2300Z. Two sessions so EU and NA both get a reasonable slot. This one runs our Fire Team Mode format, so expect more small-unit coordination than usual.
Squad Saturday, 2000Z. The weekend one. Join a squad, get on comms, get into the fight.
New to the game? Genuinely fine
You don't need hundreds of hours before you're allowed to play with us.
If you're still figuring out where a HAB should go, or you want to try a role you've been avoiding, or you just want to understand why your SL keeps making calls that seem insane from where you're standing, ask. We have people who actually enjoy teaching this stuff.
Infantry, armor and mech, aviation, squad leading, combined arms. One-on-one if you want it. Tell someone what you're trying to get better at and they'll work with you.
Nobody's going to make you feel stupid for not knowing something. Worst case, someone explains logi runs to you for the fifth time.
Playing with the same people helps more than you'd think
If you're tired of starting from scratch with a new group of strangers every single match, this is the fix. After a few nights you start recognizing names. You learn how people play, they learn how you play, and your fireteam stops meeting each other for the first time every round.
That's most of what separates a good Squad match from a frustrating one.
If you want something more structured
Some people play a few public events, have a good time, and want a regular team out of it. That's what 3rd Battalion, 7th Cavalry Gaming Regiment is for. It's our Squad AO.
It's casual milsim / tactical realism. We play, train and improve together every week across infantry, armor, mech, aviation and leadership, and members get mentorship, scheduled training and organized tactical events.
The structure is there to make the games better, not to turn Squad into a second job.
Play first, join later
Seriously, don't enlist in anything before you've met us. Come to a Warrior Wednesday. Jump into a Fireteam Friday. Play a Squad Saturday.
If all you ever want is a reliable place to get good public Squad games, keep showing up. You're welcome here and that's the end of it.
And if somewhere along the way you decide you'd rather play with the same people every week, take a look at 3rd Battalion.
