ok, more of a rant, delete it if its inappropriate, mods

why tf is there no save as playlist option on the next up queue? I just spent all weekend putting tracks in queue to play and was hoping to listen to them this week on and off only to have the entire list wiped after I accidentally hit another track not on the list and it started playing. I couldn't find any way to go back and recover my list. so now I wasted a ton of time going through my fav artists likes and reposts to curate a list of a couple hundred tracks to listen to later only to have it zapped. what psycho designed this app and why tf would they design it to zap queued up tracks by simply selecting another track not on the list?

Hi! I’d like to join to share my original electronic music tracks on SoundCloud and get feedback from the community. Thanks!

I made a song from my friends free for profit beat on youtube, some dude posted after me and made some heavy garbage and now im waiting for the copyright appeal system knowing this is probably gonna get rejected. ONE of my best songs in my career so far and i just got started in april.

I was messing around with some pop/electronic ideas and ended up with this. It's pretty simple, but I wanted it to feel like one of those songs you'd hear while driving around at 2 AM.

Curious what you think, especially if the chorus gets stuck in your head lol.

Has anyone had an issues with soundcloud distribution lately? I keep getting an auto reject notice when trying to distribute my new song.

I have tried submitting 4 times now and every time it says rejected because i did not select a language, despite it being a required field on the form.

Is there any work around for this? I have tried totally restarting the distribution process and still getting the same error. Pretty frustrating when i’m trying to release on a timeline.

Anyone have any other platforms they recommend for distribution? might be time to switch.

hello! im an electronic indie/underground trap producer and after 5 years of making music for myself I decided to actually start releasing my music on SoundCloud

I started releasing on July 27th and have put out 8 songs so far. i bought Artist Pro cause my friends that have used SoundCloud suggested it and am pretty happy with my numbers so far; 6,355 total streams, 132 likes, 15 comments, 14 reposts and 34 followers, with a remix at 3k and a recent song at 1.5k.

The only real marketing I’ve done is an Instagram account thats up to 122 followers where I mostly post cover arts when I drop and random photography and videos I take. But even this account is pretty minimal.

I think the main thing I want to do is gain more followers, but I’m not really sure how to go about it. Most of my followers right now are people I know in person, so I’m trying to figure out how to branch out and get my music in front of more people. I’d really appreciate any advice on what has worked for you and what to make of the engagement I have had so far!

shout out to yall man, I know yall homies love music so I just wanted to share my stuff on some chill shi.

I be making songs on the regular, different styles, underground, rap, you name it, im doing it.

for anybody going thru a heartbreak, this song is for you, its with some deep storytelling so you really gotta listen to it.

Yall boys be safe man, keep yall heads up no matter what you go thru, imma be making music for you. 🙏

Im wouldnt call myself either a DJ or musician just yet, but i got a couple of projects with the same vibes incoming.
This just a bunch of others peoples work mashed together, but it’s what i would listen to while lying on a sunbed somewhere warm.

Hope you bother to listen & enjoy!

PRETTY SIMPLE. I have the screenshots to prove that I pay for SoundCloud Go, I have the receipts, the subscription is active, and yet, on no Samsung or Apple device does my paid account have access to any features and is listed as unpaid. I just want to cancel in despair of ever getting access to music again and stop be stolen from. Can't even do that. 'Oops, we got lost.'

I am unable to login to my account https://soundcloud.com/onecreationsound and am paying £75 per year the receipt is being sent to [dannyboyread@hotmail.com](mailto:dannyboyread@hotmail.com) but I cant can't access which is stressing me out as I wish to promote my latest music...Please help? Kind Regards. Dan

I was doing the thing where you spam the comments with your song to get people to stream it and they banned me rightfully so cuz i being annoying as shit. But now i realize my mistake and i want to get my account back but nowhere seems to be giving me any advice. What do i do? how do i contact soundcloud to get my account back?

Over a month ago I published a song through the artist pro subscription, it got published to Spotify, Apple Music etc. However, it never got published to social media sites like TikTok and Instagram. It's quite annoying because I rely on TikTok to promote my music.

Is this a common issue and how do I resolve this? I would like to continue publishing through SoundCloud, but if there's more issues like this in the future I'm not sure I want to

I released a song on soundcloud and I am not sure if there is a way to safe gaurd my lyrics(copyrights)
Lyrics are :

[Verse 1]
Some nights were a city with no way out,
A thousand windows, no open door.
I kept my dreams beneath the noise,
Too tired to ask for something more.
But every word I swallowed whole
Became a spark beneath my skin.
The silence that was holding me
Could not keep the daylight in.

[Pre-Chorus]
I have felt the ground give way,
I have watched the colors fade.
But there is more beneath the fear
Than all the shadows ever made.

[Chorus]
I will turn the weight into wings,
Turn the silence into sound.
If the world pulls me beneath it,
I will rise above the ground.
Every scar will catch the light,
Every tear will change the view.
I will turn the weight into wings—
And fly where I was meant to.

[Post-Chorus]
Oh-oh, into wings…
Oh-oh, into wings…

[Verse 2]
The mirror used to show a face
That did not know her own name.
Now I see the storms I crossed,
And I do not look away.
I do not need a perfect heart,
I do not need a flawless sky.
I only need the courage now
To let the old self say goodbye.

[Pre-Chorus]
Let the thunder fill the air,
Let the night become a wave.
I have carried far too much
To let the dark decide my fate.

[Chorus]
I will turn the weight into wings,
Turn the silence into sound.
If the world pulls me beneath it,
I will rise above the ground.
Every scar will catch the light,
Every tear will change the view.
I will turn the weight into wings—
And fly where I was meant to.

[Bridge]
No more waiting for a sign,
No more living half alive.
The fire in me has found its voice,
And now it is my time.

[Final Chorus]
I will turn the weight into wings,
Turn the silence into sound.
If the world pulls me beneath it,
I will rise above the ground.
Every scar will catch the light,
Every tear will change the view.
I will turn the weight into wings—
And fly where I was meant to.

[Outro]
Into wings…
Into light…

The song was published on soundcloud and youtube along side my other tracks (didn't register any copyright and looking for free options)

Hi, i have a pro subscription. Listener only. ai slop dominates my daily drops :(. i looking around for an option to mark tracks as "i do not like"

i hate this ai slop everywhere

soundcloud says they will not monetize ai slop BUT this doesn't have any impact on this slop producers. my lists an recommendations are full of this shit

maybe i can have an impact to my algorithm if i mark slop as "don't like" but cant find an option to do this
