Hi, i have a pro subscription. Listener only. ai slop dominates my daily drops :(. i looking around for an option to mark tracks as "i do not like"

i hate this ai slop everywhere

soundcloud says they will not monetize ai slop BUT this doesn't have any impact on this slop producers. my lists an recommendations are full of this shit

maybe i can have an impact to my algorithm if i mark slop as "don't like" but cant find an option to do this

I released a song on soundcloud and I am not sure if there is a way to safe gaurd my lyrics(copyrights)
Lyrics are :

[Verse 1]
Some nights were a city with no way out,
A thousand windows, no open door.
I kept my dreams beneath the noise,
Too tired to ask for something more.
But every word I swallowed whole
Became a spark beneath my skin.
The silence that was holding me
Could not keep the daylight in.

[Pre-Chorus]
I have felt the ground give way,
I have watched the colors fade.
But there is more beneath the fear
Than all the shadows ever made.

[Chorus]
I will turn the weight into wings,
Turn the silence into sound.
If the world pulls me beneath it,
I will rise above the ground.
Every scar will catch the light,
Every tear will change the view.
I will turn the weight into wings—
And fly where I was meant to.

[Post-Chorus]
Oh-oh, into wings…
Oh-oh, into wings…

[Verse 2]
The mirror used to show a face
That did not know her own name.
Now I see the storms I crossed,
And I do not look away.
I do not need a perfect heart,
I do not need a flawless sky.
I only need the courage now
To let the old self say goodbye.

[Pre-Chorus]
Let the thunder fill the air,
Let the night become a wave.
I have carried far too much
To let the dark decide my fate.

[Chorus]
I will turn the weight into wings,
Turn the silence into sound.
If the world pulls me beneath it,
I will rise above the ground.
Every scar will catch the light,
Every tear will change the view.
I will turn the weight into wings—
And fly where I was meant to.

[Bridge]
No more waiting for a sign,
No more living half alive.
The fire in me has found its voice,
And now it is my time.

[Final Chorus]
I will turn the weight into wings,
Turn the silence into sound.
If the world pulls me beneath it,
I will rise above the ground.
Every scar will catch the light,
Every tear will change the view.
I will turn the weight into wings—
And fly where I was meant to.

[Outro]
Into wings…
Into light…

The song was published on soundcloud and youtube along side my other tracks (didn't register any copyright and looking for free options)

I do not use AI in any way

So this is my first hate message and I don't know if I'm being sensitive or whatever, but I also want to know what they're implying. Are they saying I need AI because my music is that bad? Or are they saying that I'm using AI and my music sucks because of that? Either way, why does someone feel the need to hate so much?

Hey everyone, I'm having a really weird issue with my tracks and I'm trying to figure out what's causing it.

Whenever I export a beat or a song from FL Studio, everything sounds perfectly fine. I've tried exporting in different formats, including WAV, MP3, OGG, and M4A, but the result is always the same after uploading.

On my master channel, I only have some light EQ, HalfTime with an automation clip, and a limiter. Nothing too crazy.

The problem is that once I upload my track to SoundCloud, the high frequencies seem to get cut off and the whole track sounds noticeably muffled, like there's a high-end roll-off. The exported file itself sounds completely fine when I listen to it locally.

At first, I thought it might be a SoundCloud issue, so I downloaded some other rappers' tracks and uploaded them to my own SoundCloud as private tracks to test it. Those sounded completely fine, with no noticeable loss of high frequencies.

This only seems to happen with my own exported files.

Today, I also uploaded one of my beats privately to Traktrain, and the exact same thing happened there.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Could this be caused by something in my FL Studio export settings, my master chain, or some kind of sample rate/encoding issue?

I'd really appreciate any help because I'm running out of ideas.

2014-2019 is broadly recognized as the "Soundcloud era".2014-2016 i feel were the of the golden age of soundcloud. In 2016 the platform started charging users and removing the hashtag and groups features. This affected both consumers and listeners and ultimately led to its end. What felt like a free secret club was now what felt like a Big house Party you had pay to get in to.The 2017-2019 isnt exactly the a part of "Soundcloud Era".Anyone rapper who got their start n Soundcloud or even a listener Post 2016 essentially had to pay for a genuine experience of what the app truly was at one point.Aesthetics were easily marketed, polished and shoved in the masses face as "Soundcloud rap".

Can we do something about it already? Im pretty tired of getting such ''offers'' every fucking time im posting a new song

just uploaded a song on soundcloud and got 0 views, I just wanted at least one person to hear it. That's all, thank you.

Hey guys, quick question to see if anyone else has run into this recently.

I just submitted a new release through SoundCloud for Artists. The upload process looked completely normal, but as soon as I hit "Submit" and went back to my releases, the track was just... gone.

It's like the system swallowed the release into the void without throwing an error code.

I know the support bot usually tells you to "just re-upload," but I'm hesitant to do that right away in case the backend is just lagging and I end up triggering a duplicate audio fingerprint flag.

Has anyone experienced this silent drop lately? Did the release end up popping up after a day or two, or was it truly dropped and safe to re-submit from scratch? Appreciate any insight!

My SCPro subscription hasn’t even expired yet, but I’m already unable to distribute my songs to Spotify. I’m not sure what happened, but the recent overall performance of the application is extremely frustrating.

Hi.

I've been using Soundcloud for 16 or 17 years so am more than familiar with all its ups and downs and generally have no issues, or if I do I can figure them out easily enough.

This one has me stumped, however.

Using the app on Android, uploading isn't working now for nearly 2 weeks as it's telling me one is still in progress. What happened was mid-upload last time it lost signal for a minute, stalled, and then it appeared to restart. It paused a while and never got past 60%.

So anyway I gave it a couple of days, went back, same screen showing. I ended up using Desktop mode to get the upload going.

Tried again on Monday as had another upload needing added. Same screen.

Closed app, swiped away, force stopped, updated app. All of this has been done but it still shows the same screen.

I'm not wanting to delete and reinstall the app as I've seen folk on here currently unable to log in, and I don't want to lose 16 years of work.

Any ideas on what I can do that I haven't already?

Thanks.

Hey everyone,

I'm an electronic music producer and sound designer focused on Psy-Techno, Bushprog, Zenonesque, and Ambient/Psy-Dub.

I've uploaded my latest tracks and sets to my SoundCloud profile:

My workflow is built around FL Studio, a hybrid setup with hardware (Elektron Digitone & Digitakt), and custom field recordings. I love blending organic textures with deep, atmospheric grooves and sharp sound design.

I'd love to get your thoughts on the tracks, the mixdowns, and the general vibe! Always happy to connect with fellow producers and listeners.

Cheers,

Hey there, I am desperately looking for those two songs to download. I just got them on SoundCloud but would like to purchase the offline version. Thanks!

Hello SoundCloud Support and community! 👋

I'm reaching out because I have not received SoundCloud royalties for June, July, or August 2026 through several music distributors, including:

• The Orchard (Sony Music)
• Symphonic Distribution
• ONErpm
• DistroKid

All of these distributors have informed me that SoundCloud royalty reports and payments are delayed.

I'm concerned because this issue appears to be affecting multiple distributors, not just one.

Interestingly, The MLC has already reported and paid mechanical royalties related to July 2026, which makes me wonder why SoundCloud's recording royalties are still delayed.

I would really appreciate clarification from the official SoundCloud team:

1. Is SoundCloud currently experiencing a widespread delay in royalty reporting or payments to music distributors?
2. Which reporting months have already been delivered to distributors?
3. Is there an estimated date for the release of the missing June, July, and August 2026 reports?
4. Are other record labels, artists, or distributors experiencing the same issue?

These delays are significantly affecting independent record labels and artists who depend on these royalties.

I would greatly appreciate an official response from SoundCloud regarding the current status of royalty reporting and payments.

Thank you for your attention and support!

Hiya.

Been using SoundCloud for years. Always paid for the annual “best quality” sound - but no auto-renewal.

Now, all of a sudden my sound is like 64 bit hurting my ears. Realised my subscription ended, so want to renew it for another year.

But all I get is 4 “artist” level options. Neither of them relevant, as I’m not uploading anything, just trying to listen to artists at the best sound quality possible.

Anyone else experiencing this? Or any pointers?

Enjoy :)

I got to everyone who posted in the last thread, just need to edit the stream and post it. Probably gonna do that tomorrow then stream right after. Post a song you want reviewed, no ai at all including the cover art!

Can anyone explain to me what the circular arrow in the top right means? I understand that pressed again in its current state would make the song I’m currently listening to replay, but what does it mean as it is now. I’m asking because it automatically turns whatever this is on when I Bluetooth my phone to my car and I want it to stop because it skips a decent bit of the songs on my playlist and makes my shuffle much shorter.
